They are there to help and they certainly go out of their way to help. The practice is fairly big, has a selection of toys for children to play with whilst you wait, the receptionists are lovely and friendly. There is a selection of magazines and papers to read whilst you wait but don't get too comfy as you won't be waiting for long!
