We had tacos & queso birria tacos and also added Mexican Street Corn ( in a cup). They grilled all the fresh corn, seasoned it, shaved it off the cob and had a big hot pot of it to make individual portions in cups. Plenty of fresh queso fresca was there to use as well. Best of all, Donovan gave us everything that wasn't eaten so we had plenty of tacos for days!
