The massage was thorough and well done…read more I don't mind the lack of privacy (the massage tables are separated by sheets), I also don't mind the lack of professionalism (no paperwork or questionnaire, just walk in and jump on a table), those aren't the problems I have. I went here this past Friday with my friend, we started 15 minutes apart. Here are my issues... During my massage she answered her phone twice, and texted twice, (so I was getting one handed massaged at times). Then she left me to see who was walking in on two separate occasions. So that was 6 interruptions while my timer was still going. She pulled my underwear all the way off without asking, which I don't mind in a more private setting but these sheets have some gaps so that was mildly uncomfortable. She then offered to do me for 15 more minutes, because my friend was still getting his for 15 minutes. I thought to myself "Hey that's perfect because I was interrupted so many times." But when I was done and getting dressed, still hadn't had an entire minute to change, no shirt or shoes on yet, she the pulled the curtain open, huffed and puffed, gave me a nasty look and said, "I'm busy!" and started changing the table. So in other words, "Hurry up." So now I'm pissed because the whole situation was ridiculous, I go to pay, and she charged me an extra 20 minutes. I told her she offered the 15 minutes so I'm not getting charged. She refused to take it back and acted as if I was ridiculous for thinking otherwise. Then I tip her (generously) 20% on the original price I was supposed to pay. She then got mad at me and said "I worked hard for you!" I told her "You were on he phone and I was interrupted multiple times, then charged for a service I didn't ask for." She yelled at me, so I walked out. My friend was also given a hard time for his tipping amount and his experience was equally as frustrating. I loved this place before which is what kept me coming back. Now, I will never go again. Like I said the environment doesn't bother me (which is run down and trashy), but the lack of customer service is what is deterring me in the future.

He was very courteous, and professional, asking me if the pressure is all right, and even what kind of music I want in the background. I was made to feel very comfortable and my pain was gone after the massage. He did an excellent job, and suggested some things I can do to reduce the pain, like taking a peppermint bath after the massage. I do not understand why he has any negative reviews...

However, the massage room itself is what you'd expect - comfy bed, soft music, aromatherapy, dark lighting. I purchased a deal though Amazon Local for a 1 hour massage, which lasted significantly longer. Belinda was knowledgeable about my medical needs and focused attention just where it was needed. I would absolutely go back to her or recommend that those with pain - localized or general - give her a call.

It wasn't until my sister gifted me a massage at Massage Envy that I realized how great Belinda really is! For example, Belinda always has bottled water & granola bars in the room (massage envy gives you tap water), Belinda always makes it a point to respect my privacy and makes me feel very comfortable with extra WARM blankets (massage envy didn't do a great job of this, and I was cold during my entire massage), Belinda has very soothing music that it extremely warming (Massage Envy's was eh), Belinda offers heat pads and ice packs (M. Envy doesnt) , Belinda has these amazing smelling candles & incense that make you feel very at ease & like you are stepping into a spa (M. envy-nope)... I think you get the point & I could go on and on. I also loved Belinda's personal touch.You can tell she really knows the anatomy of the body and again I would never have known this had I not gone to a different therapist.
