Every time I have a delivery from FedEx they drive through my yard. On Sat. 3/4/2022 the driver came through my back yard right, drove right onto my sewer pipe which is almost on top of the ground. I have had with these people. They have no respect for anyones property and I can tell you now, if something happens to my septic or sewer/field pipes they will be sued !! I just bought this land and worked hard getting it where it is, trying too to get grass growing and these idiots want to make it a driveway. The sad thing on Sat 3/4, my back drive was right there, he could have used instead of cutting through my yard onto my septic. read more

I just want to add that I am glad that I am not the only one that has the worst experience from this distribution center. I never had soo many issues before! I never get my most important packages on time. Every month I order my dogs food which is PERISHABLE!!! It's frozen food that only stays frozen for 2 days before the dry ice just disappears and then the food will warm up and rot. It was supposed to arrive on Saturday and it's Wednesday and still not here. They just kept extending it by another day. Soo freaking ridiculous! They might as well keep that box because I'm not feeding my dog that rotten food! This distribution center is the most incompetent, unreliable, moronic location ever! Cmon! The box was perishable! I have never had an issue with FedEx delivery until this week. The mobile app is downloaded to my cell phone plus I receive alerts via text message when a delivery is coming. On 2/27/18 I received a text at 6:07 pm est stating a delivery was scheduled for 2/28/18 estimated between 9:20 am & 12:25 pm. I placed a note on the door advising the driver that I am at home, knock and please give me time to get to the door. I was at home all day, checking the door. I last checked the door at 3:10 pm, nothing. My granddaughter came in from school at 3:20 pm and handed me a door tag from FedEx. I called FedEx and the automated system stated an attempt was made to deliver at 3:13 pm and no one was available. Lie, I was home. I spoke with a supervisor who reached out to dispatch and was told the package would be delivered. Nothing came. On Thursday, 3/1/18, I stayed home all day waiting on FedEx as I was expecting 3 packages. One arrived at 12:03 p.m. no problem. At 3:00 pm est, I went downstairs and sat in my vehicle to see what time FedEx would show up. The driver pulled in to the complex at 3:20 pm. I went upstairs before they got out of the truck, waited for a knock which never came. I opened the door and a small package was left at the door. The driver never knocked, even though my note was still on the door. I then received at text at 3:25 pm stating my package had been delivered at 3:23 pm. Approximately 17 minutes later I received another text stating my box that was due yesterday was rescheduled for delivery tomorrow, 2 March 2018. I called FedEx again and the automated system stated "an attempt was made to deliver your package at 3:31 pm but no one was available". Another lie, because I was at home. I asked for a supervisor to escalate the situation, and was told they would reach the contractor for status and call me back. Two hours later I called again as no one had called me back. This time a contact was made with the Ocala office who contacted the driver to have my package delivered and the driver told them she was no longer in the area. So I asked the representative what is going to be different tomorrow. I told them that I could not believe FedEx allowed their employees to input false/fraudulent information into their system; thereby denying customers the commitment of excellence on service provided by FedEx. I am going to do everything in my power to have any packages I am expecting to be delivered by UPS and not use FedEx service. read more

Dec 2021 FedEx driver leaving packages by the road in my neighborhood and they get stolen. This is a rural community with long driveways which is why we pay extra to have packages delivered. Maybe they shouldn't have as many deliveries in rural areas so they can do it properly. read more

So I'm expecting a delivery, sit by the front door with nothing turned on so I can hear anything. The driver gets here I guess while I'm in the kitchen, but instead of blowing a horn or coming to the door. They walk past my truck and drop off a tag saying I'm not home. Uhh, do ya not see a truck?! What happened to go to the door to drop off?! Do they expect customers to sit in 90 something degree weather waiting on a package? I think not. So now I have to wait, God, knows how long for them to come back to drop it off. This is a very important package but due to the incompetence of a driver, I'm having to wait even longer. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. I ordered a package well in advance for a birthday gift. I called three days in a row and they said it would be delivered that day every time. Not true. It never even left the facility. Now it's my husband's birthday and I don't have a gift for him unless I want to drive 2 hours to pick it up. Inexcusable. Because of this experience, FedEx can expect zero business from me. I online shop very often and I will ensure not to shop at a business that uses fedex to deliver. Had experiences similar to the complaints expressed here. Packages not delivered out of Ocala despite multiple calls to Fed Ex customer service, which is NOTHING of the kind! They are completely USELESS and will lie to you time and time again about your package delivery. Finally I sent an email to the CEO -- FWSmith@fedex.com, and my package was delivered. FedEx is currently not delivering another package to me (they don't want to deliver to rural areas) so I will be emailing Mr. Smith again tomorrow. This company really is just pathetic. I used to get my deliveries just fine until a couple weeks ago. Now everything is being delivered somewhere else, or so the text msg. says. Maybe the FedEx driver is doing his Christmas shopping with our packages! I have multiple cases open... but still no deliveries. Not sure why they can't do their job correctly. This shipping center is an absolute disaster. I have a package somewhere that Fedex Tracking claimed was delivered at 4:33PM Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2021. This package was never delivered and this isn't the first time this has happened. It is a nightmare trying to get to anyone who is willing to help. The package was shipped from Home Depot so I called there first. After and hour of taking information and calling Fedex, their representative stated Fedex would give them no information and they had to talk to me in person. I called Fedex and tried to communicate my issue with someone who spoke very broken English. After a horrible experience, I was able to file a claim and was told someone would contact me. That hasn't happened as yet. They will not provide me with the Ocala, Fl. phone number. The last time this happened, the person Fedex delivered my package to called and told me Fedex had thrown a package over their fence that had my name and address on it. Not lucky enough to happen this time. I live in a rural area, on a short dirt road. This delivery person drives in and out of this road at a high rate of speed. If I could talk to the driver, I should be able to find out where he left my package. If anyone can furnish a phone number for the Ocala office, I would greatly appreciate it. It is about an hour and a half drive from where I live and not worth the drive without knowing if there is someone at this facility who is willing to help. I have filed a claim with Home Depot, Fedex, and a dispute for the charge with my credit card company so I hope something helps, but won't hold my breath. This Fedex facility in Ocala is the very worst on planet earth. With all the 1 Star reviews on Yelp for Fedex, I truly doubt there is anyone at Fedex who even cares. read more

Placed order and door tag was left on my door so I followed Instructions for tax for the next day delivery no one ever responded got home the second day another door tag called FedEx got someone from another country and they said they would ask for it to be till delivered the third day after 430 got home at one and third door tag and I called FedEx again receiving somebody from out of the country and they told me the door tag number was invalid and could not help me I told them that I had requested delivery after 4:30 per FED Ex advisement and they said they don't make that promise. My package arrives there on 12/8/18 then on 12/9/18 the package says indifferent and undeliverable they said nothing was in the box meaning they stole my package no one ever contacted me from customer service about I had to contact them. So efficient they are not effective in package delivery! The person on the route no longer bothers to ring the bell, just leaves a note saying I can go fetch the package at Walgreens - they don't come back to deliver. Yesterday I was home and 25 feet away from the door, bell never rang. Later in the afternoon I found the note third time this has happened. I NEVER asked for or authorized leaving my packages at a remote and inconvenient place. Saving FedEx a LOT of money I am sure but not doing what they were paid to do which is deliver the package. I am very disappointed with fed ex. I shipped a package to be delivered overnight and paid $90 to do so! I was guaranteed a 10:30 am delivery, which changed to 1:30 pm delivery. After checking tracking information it was still at the fed ex facility in Ocala at 2:40 prior to getting on the delivery truck. After calling the customer service phone number they guaranteed it would be delivered by 8-9 pm. I was supposed to receive updates via text, which I didnt receive. I checked tracking status and it said delivery exception due to incorrect address. That was not the case. The address was correct. I contacted customer service and asked to speak to a manger as the representative indicated my package would be delivered on Monday because the Ocala facility is closed on Sunday. I explained that was unacceptable and specifically paid for overnight to arrive today, Saturday. The manager I spoke with said he would attempt to call dispatch because it was still on the truck and call me back within ten minutes. I never received a return phone call, tried to call customer service again to follow up to only be told that they don't have supervisors on duty. One representative hung up and when I called back the second representative stopped talking or muted the call. Very unprofessional. I will be receiving my $90 back and that is a guarantee. I will also be using ups for future deliveries. They at least are open on Sundays for delivery and communication. read more

FedEx delivered package more than a block away. 10 days later a neighbor who found it where she was housesitting brought it to my house. Vendor had already sent me new one. Manager at FedEx called me and gave me his number, 352-690-4888, to call with call tag number, so they would pick up wrongly-delivered package. A total incompetent woman answers the phone. She cannot figure out simply how to pick up this package that has a call tag on it. She has no clue and is wasting my time. I asked to speak to a manager and she will not let me. Got notice pkg to be delivered on 1/4 and stayed home all day to receive. No pkg. Next morning email saying it would be delivered 1/5 and stayed home all day again. Then about 3pm I received email saying they attempted delivery at 2:40. BIG FAT LIE. I was sitting outside at that time and FedEx NEVER came by. Called and complained and was told they would send it back out and I would have by 6PM. Waited by door for 2 1/2 hrs and never received. Now they say it will be delivered on 1/8. I have already waisted 2 whole days waiting. This is the absolute WORST service. Drivers are even allowed to lie about attempting to make deliveries. Apparently, no common sense is required to drive / deliver for Federal Express in Ocala. Regarding a shipment of expensive, dry natural cat food which was very clearly labeled as such: The driver left the package outside of my driveway gate, on top of a huge red ant bed, in the rain, without a plastic bag! WOW! I called and complained to the customer service advocate - big joke there. He listened, I never received a return call. I was told that I could not file a complaint, that the sender would have to do so. Well, what huge company has the time to file a complaint for a product delivery? I am so disappointed. I purchased an item from Home Depot online. It was shipped via FedEx. The FedEx tracking shows that it arrived at their facility on October 17, went out for delivery, then was returned. Same thing on October 18. On October 19, it is once again out for delivery. Knowing the typically sterling reputation of FedEx and horrible experiences I've had with Home Depot, I thought for sure it was Home Depot's fault. Like maybe no one is there to receive the delivery. Upon calling FedEx so that I had proper information when I confronted Home Depot, FedEx informed me that they put the product on the wrong truck, twice! I don't understand their system, but apparently it weighs too much for the driver of whatever trucks they put it on the first two times. Slightly over 25 pounds. When your business is shipping and receiving products quickly, it seems like they would have a better handle on things like this. My delivery was delayed two days, and actually still hasn't been delivered so we'll see. read more

Put packages on hold until the 1st. Fedex arbitrarily assigned them to be delivered the 5th. Went to pick them up only to be told they have a future delivery date on them and would be too difficult to locate. So nice that they can just keep your stuff until they decide to give it to you!!! I shop Walmart and they use FedEx to deliver. Since I am 100% disabled and cannot lift nor carry heavy objects, I have always requested that my products be delivered to my carport. The first couple of my deliveries were delivered appropriately. After that, ALL of my packages were being dropped or left at my gate. My gate is about 200ft away in one direction. My gate also sits about 10ft from the main road. Packages have been taken from this spot numerous times due to me not being able to retrieve them and FedEx's lack of following directions. FedEx finally asked me to go into their delivery manager and leave specific directions on how and where I wished for my packages to be delivered. I did, and for the next couple of times they were brought to my door. After that, FedEx reverted back to leaving my packages at the gate. I have spoken with managers who are in charge of these drivers and they assure me that the drivers will get it right. Walmart has replaced several packages that were left by the gate and again the replacement packages were left by the gate leaving me yet again without my packages. I am disabled and cannot get to the packages and bring them to my home. FedEx will leave packages at the gate when it is raining and the boxes get soaked. One of the last two packages that was left, Walmart replaced, yet FedEx left this one at the gate, hence I now regard as "not delivered" since I am disabled and cannot retrieve the package. So this time Walmart is refusing to replace the order and make their delivery service honor my delivery instructions and they refuse to refund my money which is almost $100.00 dollars. Due to my disabilities, I really need to be able to shop online. When I order from Amazon, and UPS delivers, I never have issues. the UPS drivers ALWAYS brings my packages to my door, gives a low knock and waves to me to let me know the package has arrived. If Prime is delivering the same practice is provided. Yet FedEx absolutely refuses to follow directions on the deliveries and it causes me lots of stress and problems. I spent one entire week calling and reporting these concerns to FedEx and their managers and to Walmart. I live in a rural area, not everybody in my neighborhood does the right thing by their neighbors, packages go missing from my gate, they sit in the hot sun for days, or in hard, heavy rain and I never get the products that I ordered, and paid for. Walmart and FedEx has now limited or eliminated my ability to be able to shop from Walmart. A lot of the items I can get from Amazon, but there are some that I can't and if I want free delivery, my order must be $35.00 or more in expense. I am beside myself in what to do about my money not being refunded or the products not being delivered to my carport so I can have access to them. When I do call, the first thing they always ask is, have you looked around your yard, bushes, all doors for the packages and do you have a neighbor who could come and bring my packages to me. Again, I live in a very rural area, most of my neighbors are in their late 70s and 80s and they are not able to perform FedEx's duties either. I just do not know what to do. Had some packages that were supposed to be delivered on Friday and the guy never showed up. Said he left a door tag which is BS because I was home waiting all day and he never came. When he finally came on Saturday at 1pm he only had one of my four packages, He said the rest were on another truck. Stupid!! Then he bitched and complained because he had to drive on a sandy dirt road to get to my house. Umm HELLOOOOO!!! I live in Florida, Florida is sand you idiot !!! I hate Fedex, I never have had a good experience with these drivers. All they do is complain because they're expected to do their job. I never have any problems with UPS. Those guys are always kind and helpful and go out of their way to make sure everything is delivered. If for any reason there is a problem the drivers call me and I meet them somewhere.
