It's a bit pricey and the store was pretty dead, and the customer service was really lacking. The staff weren't mean or rude, they just didn't seem to care or notice I was there. With the store being empty you'd expect quick help, but instead, I had to hunt someone down for the little help I had needed. On the other hand checkout was fast and the cashier was friendly I was grateful for this. If it wasn't that I was short on time I probably would have gone elsewhere. I do want to say that a few weeks ago I had a pre labeled FedEx drop off and this had been taken care of rather quickly and it had gone fairly smoothly. So if you know what you are looking for and do not mind paying a little more or have a FedEx pre labeled drop or a pick up it may be worth your time. I feel this business is taking advantage of elderly people buy selling them shipping insurance on their packages they send via FedEx, UPS, DHL or any other carrier. They inform their customers that they are buying shipping insurance through the carrier they are shipping with i.e. FedEx and charging $1 for every $100 dollars of coverage. Unfortunately, the customer is buying Sentry Storage's insurance which does not cover the package from damage unless THEY PACK IT for you (which is not disclosed to the buyer) and their insurance will only cover the loss of the package. The other sad component of this misleading purchase is that if you buy coverage through your shipping carrier i.e. FedEx for $0.98 for every $100, this coverage is not only cheaper but DOES cover for damage or loss of the declared value. Unfortunately, having to now file claims against their store Bond and Insurance for selling false coverage on packages they do not cover unless they pack it. SAD SAD Situation!

From the moment I called and found out they would come to my house for free to give me a quote, to the moment I decided I was going to move forward with their services, each person I came in contact with was pretty amazing. Kind, polite, efficient. I was amazed at the teamwork and how seamlessly they worked together to remove items from the house. Honestly, I learned a thing or two! Who knew one could find inspiration from the seemingly mundane task of junking items. But I did. Needless to say, I got so much more than I bargained for and highly recommend using Junk King. They were at my house in about an hour after my call and the truck itself fits way more than what it looks like it can. First you do a walk through and then they give you their expert opinion on whether or not everything will fit, how many truck loads you may need, and the price. If I remember correctly, the truck holds up to 6 pick up trucks worth of items. I can attest to the fact that they really accurately were able to give me an idea of how much space I would need.
