It's a bit pricey and the store was pretty dead, and the customer service was really lacking. The staff weren't mean or rude, they just didn't seem to care or notice I was there. With the store being empty you'd expect quick help, but instead, I had to hunt someone down for the little help I had needed. On the other hand checkout was fast and the cashier was friendly I was grateful for this. If it wasn't that I was short on time I probably would have gone elsewhere. I do want to say that a few weeks ago I had a pre labeled FedEx drop off and this had been taken care of rather quickly and it had gone fairly smoothly. So if you know what you are looking for and do not mind paying a little more or have a FedEx pre labeled drop or a pick up it may be worth your time. There are other services offered so it is possible that I just came on a bad day and you may want to stop by if you need anything in Staples one day. This was the most disrespectful and unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.. every year I have…read morethem make calendars for me and spend $1,000 yearly.. this is my fourth year and the designer and printer Zach Markham was insulting and rude to me After expressing my concern over being later than he told me (told me two weeks ago they would be completed) sent me a rude message saying "Derek very well may have been able to help you at a rate that you were satisfied in the previous years - but I am not Derek" I came in to approve the print three weeks later and noticed the images that I took were too dark.. and rudely he told me "that's how you gave them to me" I opened my phone and showed him how much lighter the files are and he throw my calendar in the garbage and Asked me to leave I am thoroughly disappointed how i was treated and I hope nobody else has to deal with this company
