Very convenient. Usually no wait - it's tucked away but parking is easy. I recommend using them here.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible…read more I mail quite a few items to my mother, whose mail is serviced from this location. Invariably it takes longer than expected to be delivered, or as we have experienced multiple times, items are not delivered at all. Several years ago when I was visiting her, we ordered an item from Amazon (I have an Amazon Prime account). Tracking the shipment, it showed that the item was delivered via the USPS, but we couldn't locate it ANYWHERE on her property. In fact, we watched the mail truck drive by the house that day, never stopping. When we called about this "delivery," we were told that the item was left at the next door neighbor's house (for what reason, one can only imagine). I immediately went there looking for it -- and NOPE -- nothing there. Called the Post Office back to gripe. This time I was told that they were "looking for it" and would get back with us. How can they "look for it" if they claim it's already been delivered? Well, sure enough, later that day the item showed up at the front door, with a ring on the doorbell to indicate there was something waiting for us to retrieve. My latest go-round with this location is with a flat-rate envelope I shipped from my hometown to my mother. It's got a tracking number on it, so I pulled it up online, only to be greeted with: "We attempted to deliver your item at 1:57 pm on November 24, 2017 in NAPLES, FL 34110 and a notice was left. " I immediately called my mother: she had NO mail delivery yesterday and there was NO notice left. The bizarre thing is that she was actually home all day since she was without a vehicle! Now, as I sit on hold on the phone for going on 40 minutes in an attempt to speak with someone regarding this "attempted" delivery, I'm reminded that instead of paying $6.65 to ship this item through the USPS and run the risk of it NOT being delivered, I should have bit the bullet, paid $10 and sent it UPS or FedEx instead. No wonder the USPS is losing billions every year!

This FedEx Center seems like your typical unassuming place in the oasis of everything industrial…read more Although there is not a lot of parking, I have always found a spot during business peak times. I have been here on a few occasions to pick up packages. Although this center is not large by any scale, they do make sure to get you in and out in no time. One would expect to get the overworked/underpaid customer service experience, but I was more than elated to receive a genuine smile, people that knew all services offered, and people that were quick on their feet. Completely impressed. I wish that I would have caught specific names to give them accolades. It's never too much trouble for anyone to say "Hi, how are you? How may I help you?", but it seems like a hot commodity in this day and age of any service industry. Here, you are pleasantly greeted with a smile in the sterile, fluorescent lit, ugly grey carpeted box of a room. It truly put people at ease that were behind me who were freaking out at a line where people were served and done within a whole 2 minutes. I should have held their horses for them and chucked them out the window. Enough about cranky customers....these FedEx people were professionals in a typically non-professional world. A big YAY to them.

Two condo's upstairs and two on ground level. This FedEx driver left the refrigerator in the parking lot at the entrance to the two flights of stairs to 2nd floor. Amazon Prime free delivery is supposed to be a delivery to the purchaser's front door. They take a picture and send you an email notifying you of the delivery. My wife was so mad. Our main refrigerator blew a compressor from the electricity flickering on and off during the hurricane last week. When the delivery driver sees the package is addressed to Debbie T_____, you would think he would have had the courtesy to deliver this mini-fridge to her front door landing, like he was supposed to. Instead, my wife ends up dragging this cumbersome box up two flights of stairs. Pretty lousy and lazy service. This will end our relationship with FedEx. Never again! Jeff
