My shipment was to go through this location and delivered 10 miles away. INSTEAD, they ship it back to the sender as undeliverable. JUST LIKE ALL THE COMPLAINTS IN ALL THE WEBSITES REVIEWS. So this is my story. I send $70 dollars to The Dominican Republic for a very important package to be sent to me using FedEx my package was sent three times to the wrong address The Bronx I called three times and they still could not get the address right this company is very very Bad customer service is not good drivers do not do the job they are very lazy because the driver called me and I told him the right address and I even said that I was going to give them a tip if he comes back and bring me the package he said no now I have to go and pick up my package when I pay for delivery at one point they was very good but now it getting worse every day Will never use this service again read more

This is the worse location in the world in terms of the drivers. They NEVER ring my bell they NEVER leave a tag and they NEVER even come out of the truck in my neighborhood. There's been times I've literlly sat by the door waiting, by the window for hours and then I refresh the status of the shipment and it says "delivery attempted" I called 5 days in a row with complaints speaking to managers and supervisors and waited for call backs and nothing! I'm expected to give birth any day now and I'm awaiting a debit card that I paid express shipping for and STILL have no successfully received it's terrible. This review Is not particularly about fedex company but about one employee there Mr. Samuel who went above and beyond to help me send my package. He helped me with my shipping label and figured out why it wasn't scanning , which he was patient and persistent. I am sure someone else would have send me on my way home with my package. He kept such a positive attitude while I was frustrated about the label. I've never come across such a helpful hand especially at a shipping company. Honestly. read more

So fedex is officially the worst Delivery service ever. I have had orders in the past come Through fedex an i have had problems every time. Mostly they say the address is incorrect. An after reviewing my address was correct. I realize they don't know how to use Google maps or something. Cuz the same excuse was used several times. But the info was correct. Had to give 1 star because can't give anything. This location is the worst of them all. The drivers they hire are LAZY!!! I have a full functioning elevator (no need to take the stairs to the 5th floor) and still they "claim" that they attempted to deliver and no one was home. I work from home so how am I not available???? Complete and utter disgust with this facility! I even installed camera in the lobby because this has happen 1 to many times and not once in the footage do you see a FED-EX driver attempting to deliver at the time they said. Also no door tag is ever left, why, because they NEVER attempted. I never have this problem with UPS, USPS or any other courier service. No matter how many complaints you file, no matter how many times customer service is contacted, NOTHING IS DONE to better service the consumer (us). read more

The drivers at this location are very unprofessional. I waited at home for my package to be delivered while also monitoring it online. I refreshed the FedEx tracking page to see that a delivery "attempt" was made.No one rang my doorbell nor was there a notice on my door about my "missed" package. Total bull. the driver/deliverer basically lied that they attempted delivery when in fact we were home the entire time. happened three times. stunning to receive text that they attempted delivery but could not deliver because no one was home while we were sitting in front of the house waiting for package. speechless. reading through some of the comments this is a pattern, not an isolated incident! shameless. Honestly Im shocked at the bad reviews. Maybe it was the individual that happened to help them. I am sitting in my car in the FedEx parking lot writing this because it was imperative that I shout out a very kind and courteous African American woman that goes by "T". She was so helpful to the gentlemen she was assisting that was in front of me and was also very welcoming and informative with me. I work in the service industry and know how stressful it can be dealing with customers. In NY most people are prepared for bad customer service at places like the banks,mail offices etc. ...Ms. T is nothing short of Excellent!!!! i will keep it short and non sweet,ok every time a package or letter arrives at this fed ex center and its final destination is to my apt, well i can tell you that i will wait all day, make endless phonecalls to get status updates and get sooooo many different bullsh#t stories from customer service. its sometimes no apt number, sometimes its on the wrong truck, sometimes its no one was home, sometimes its the address is wrong, but sometimes is always with fed ex. when i call customer service its usually someone who speaks english so badly that i have too keep asking what the hell you talking about willis (lol). i have had nothing but bad dealing 's with this branch so if you are waiting for some parcel or letter from fed ex (mount vernon) i would recommend to tell the sender to choose a alternative option, maybe ups or the dreaded post office, good luck. p,s. i once was waiting for a letter that was suppose to arrive before 12pm well after 25 or more phone calls to fed ex center i finally got it 9pm just wonderful. read more
