They lost my package and lied about it. Fedex customer service told me 3 times on three different days that my package was located in Pensacola. After digging deeper today they said the last time it was scanned was in Memphis. They are the worst. I had to send back a laptop because it looked like they shoved it in a spot so tight it ripped the box and it looked like they almost folded it in half. My wife has had issues as well. Everytime my package arrives here for customs, I always always pray that they won't lose or worse steal my package like the last time they did. If only buyers have an option to prevent packages from going here but we have no control and it sucks. This FedEx Hub has a bunch of workers who are targeting packages from UAE and as soon as they see where it's from, their eyes sparkles in excitement coz they know the contents of most of the packages are gold. Most of my cosellers in the gold jewelry business has been victimized of this Hub. They will hold your package at their vicinity for days up to 4 wks telling you your package is waiting to be release or they're doing thorough investigation etc etc. But in reality, they already took the contents and will send you an email that it's declared loss! My package was worth $6k worth of gold that they took or misplaced. Told me they saw my package and it's already empty and they can't do anything anymore. BS!!! Same goes to my cosellers who lost more money than I do. This is the only FedEx Hub who does this. Other FedEx Hub, we never have issues. Start with I called to get a quote to ship a package, gave them measurements larger and heavier so I would be covered, quote 406.00 to ship. I gave a credit card for payment. They picked it up, lost it then all the sudden it showed up at my door damaged. I called about the damage and that was put on the back burner. Then when they charged my card there is an additional $1115.00 dollars with out any notice there would be an increase and they will not discuss it any further. So my total cost for shipping without a call, email or anything else that the total cost would be 1462.38. I had no prior notice or any chance to say no to the additional charges. So I had snake being shipped through Fed Ex to my local hub that's about 45min away from my town! The snake was supposed to be picked up at the local hub yesterday 12/22/22! To be clear, I gave this a one since there are no zeros or minus numbers. We are in San Diego and we ordered some items (three packages) and followed the tracking information. It showed all items were sent from Oklahoma City on the 20th with the delivery date scheduled for the 23rd of May. Then on the 21st it showed the items arrived and left Hutchins, TX. That is where the tracking ended, and as we experienced before, FedEx chooses not to update their shipping information. Then on the 22nd, it still showed delivery at our house in San Diego on the 23rd even though the "update" still showed it in Hutchins. We had another appointment on the 23rd so that was changed so that we could be home for the delivery. Just like a previous experience we had with this horrible service, (totally unlike UPS which is on time and sometimes even a day early), Saturday the 23rd came and went with NO delivery as promised. I contacted the customer service that I believe is in the Philippines and they said it was being given to the Post Office for delivery on the 26th. I then spoke with a "manager" who said no, the packages will be delivered by FedEx. So, we'll see if it even arrives on the 26th or if we have to continue playing these guessing games with this "going-down-hill" company. read more

The problem is that the fourth box never arrived and no one notified my even after I asked to have updates through the website. I'm out $ with no expectation to receive the shipment as promised. Now with covid, they have changed their guarantee policies: they no longer honor their promise or refund missed shipping commitments. More excuses and misdirection can be counted on when speaking with their customer service. The message is just, "wait and see, it might show up". In the meanwhile, FedEx does nothing to keep the customer apprised of delivery dates or conditions. I'm seriously really starting to despise Fedex. Having a diabetic brother and having to ship medication, delays can be a real problem. A life affecting problem. Lately when I ship with them, it's nothing but unreliability and a hassle. This particular time, I sent a package two day shipping (because the don't offer overnight to the midwest apparently) and they let it sit in Memphis for an entire day without doing anything with it. So today, when the package is supposed to arrive, in Kansas, you know, during tornado season (anyone watching the news), there is a "weather" delay and the package which was one hour from where it needed to go, is now in another state! OH, and they can't trace it until AFTER it's officially late, so I have to call back after 7pm tonight. All this could have been avoided if they had just planned for the rough weather (again, pick up a newspaper), and shipped it to Kansas yesterday instead of letting it sit in a warehouse overnight.
