I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today. It was "out for delivery". According to the FedEx website it could not be delivered because "the business was closed" at 4:52pm. This is a residential address. Called FedEx Customer Support and the lady was no help at all. She said that I need to talk to the shipper. It is not the shippers problem. The shipper had the correct name and address on the package. It is the driver's inability to do his job. He can not read the address and does not care where he leaves the package. And today I received a package that wasn't even addressed to me. Now I am waiting for FedEx to pick it up and get it to the right address. When I have a choice to ship a parcel, I will be using UPS. They are 10 times better than FedEx. read more

My problem is with actual drivers. Today, 3rd "attempt" to deliver for my signature. First TWO "attempts" we were HERE waiting! Driver did not knock but tapped. 30 seconds later the driver left. I've been using this store for years to overnight business legal stuff. They're open til 6pm through the week . Open until 2pm on Saturday and closed on Sunday . What blows me away is how I can drop something off right before 6 pm and it gets to It's destination by the next day. How do they do that?? They are always helpful if you need help filling something out or need the correct envelope, etc. Parking is easy to get into and you can usually pull in right by their front doors and drop something off in a few seconds w your car running w door open and be back leaving there in seconds. This place has the worst drivers in Florida, the driver was suppose to deliver my $1600. 00 farm sink last Thursday afternoon, supposedly dropped it off and somebody signed for it that has never lived in our building, we have a Cam and maintenance personnel onsite, nobody has ever heard of the last name that signed for it, the driver never removed it from his truck as it weighted 112 pounds, just more bullshit from these companies, I would never ship anything with FedEx, worst customer service and delivery service in Panama City. They had my package that was sup to be an overnight delivery but 6 days for them to even talk to me about it but it was at there facility for the 6 days. I asked them to hold it at the location and I would pick it up, they told me it was there waiting but when I got there it was on a truck. Not the first time this has happened... Paid for Priority Overnight delivery, received 2 day delivery and FedEx refused to adjust the difference between $61.46 and $22.71. The package was on the truck that morning for delivery but ended up being taken back to the FedEx facility that evening and delivered the next day, and weather was not a factor. read more

So I had something (two days) shipped to me, and it said it was delivered yet it was not delivered. Three weeks later I get the envelope in my mailbox smelling of chemicals soaking wet and covered in rust stains. The letter that was inside the envelope was moldy and so wet that it could not be opened. 4 days after it was supposed to have been delivered I call to claim that they never delivered it and was never able to speak to anybody and nobody ever called me back. FedEx is a crap company! I probably only had FedEx deliver stuff to me about a dozen times and four of those times the products were damaged or just never delivered. read more

By far the worst delivery service in our area. They don't even pretend to care about being so poorly rated. Overnight packages from ATL consistently deliver 3-4 workings days late. I cringe anytime I'm forced to use them due to shipping contracts. The Lynn Haven office is in need of a complete overhaul from the front desk to the drivers. Fire everyone and start over. read more

Do NOT use Fedex if you have the option of selecting a different carrier service. If a package is not delivered in the intended time, I get it things happen, but when the carrier writes the delivery up as being delivered and it hasn't....that is extremely poor business practice. I ordered pre-made meals online that should be same day delivery for obvious reasons and not only was it not delivered but written up as 'Delivered' with a time stamp when I went online to track the package. So you can understand my frustration. What makes it even worse, the apartment complex I live at, the front office said many residents have complained of the same type of incident occurring with them. This seems to be a normal business practice for Fedex. Please forgo using their service to avoid this type of frustration. read more

This always happens happens when I order from this specialized place. The order is always delayed by Fed Ex for some reason. This time it's been "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" the past two days then checked back into the facility at the end of the day. To 9/18 there was a delivery out on fedx vehicle @4:24am and scheduled to be delivered to me I waited all day and saw fedx pass my house several times but never delivered even delivered one block down the street at 6:00 pm and I waited in my driveway from 4:30 to 7:30 and never got a delivery only to call at that time and find out my package went back at 7:00pm and said they attempted to deliver but no one was home and now all it says is future delivery does not even say redelivery tomorrow this is a bad practice I see after looking at reviews this happens quite often in Lynn Haven fl 2108 Mosley dr read more

And then did not deliverer the package to, and calling the home office is no help because the manger of the fedex in lynn haven Florida will not answer there phone from the home office. So now my business will be hurting in the morning for I have no phone to contacted anyone work.
