I tried call this location to inquire about packaging services. The automated phone line was totally unhelpful and would not connect me to a person without a tracking number or door tag number. I asked for a representative and it told me to call back at another time. If you can't get to a representative easily what is the point of having a phone for people to call? read more

Service has improved over the last few years. They have a much better driver. I haven't had a misplaced package in a long time.

I had to order a pool liner for my pool.After trying several local businesses, none were available due to the pandemic. I found one on-line and ordered it. When it shipped I received a tracking number. I had a party on a Saturday. There were people everywhere including the living room which has a big window which faces the street. After the party I checked the tracking number which showed the package was delivered during the party. As I said goodbye to my guests I realized that the package was not by the front door. I filed a lost package claim with fedex. Several days later I was informed by a form e-mail letter that my claim was denied, the package was delivered, and thank you for shipping with us. I replied that I did not ship with fedex, I will never ship with fedex, I am asking the shipper to not use fedex, and that I would be leaving a review. This excursion cost my over $ 300 dollars and I still do not have a liner. read more

This place is a joke. Along with whoever was behind the counter on 9-23-22. Mind you I had just left UPS to return something from Amazon AND send off dog bones to a rescue with ZERO issues And I come here to a circus. All I was trying to do was return 2 pairs of work pants that didn't fit me to Lexington Kentucky. I was told "we are not a packaging and printing center" while the dude ordered me to go to "Staples" or "Office Max" to print off the label and to buy tape to tape shut my box that my pants were in. Than to drop it off at "Walgreens" or another drop off center...... after even asking "Can't I just pay for that here?" He proceeded to try to ship me out the door until he realized that I realized how full of it he was. He than allowed me to pay for tape, he printed out the lable, and allowed me to pay to ship my box. Never in my life have I experienced such ridiculousness. From now on before I order ANYTHING I will be calling and making sure they don't use Fed-Ex. If so I won't be ordering. Tryin to send me on a wild goose chase when you are completely capable of providing service that I'm asking for? I think not. read more

This location is the absolute worst. I've been here numerous times and each more unproductive than the last. I have literally never been able to ship an item from this location. By far the most frustrating experience I have ever encountered. read more

This location is disgusting! Never have I been charged 24 dollars to ship a flat rate envelope that has never cost me more than 11 dollars to ship. When I brought the receipt back in the store to question it, he immediately blew me up. He said that its some thing I have to ask for and that the one rate price isn't an option. I even told him I've shipped out at least 20 of those envelopes and it was never more than 11 dollars and he told me he has never seen me use one of the packages. I told him that's because the other guy is working and he said that he is new and isn't supposed to use the one rate option. I wished I new his name so I can suggest to walk out if you see hime because he will screw you over, he does me every time. He is a disgrace of a person, you can see it written all over his face. read more

This is literally the most unprofessional FedEx location I've dealt with. I wish I could give zero stars. No one in this facility knows how to do their job and there is absolutely no communication from one employee to another. Everyone at this location except maybe James (a manager) has an attitude problem. Also, every single time I've come to their office to pick up a package that I was not home to receive earlier that day, they are always late. For example, if the door tag says available for pickup after 6PM, expect to wait at the facility till 7:30 until the driver gets back. Yes this actually happens all the time and no it's not a typo you are often waiting until 7:30PM -- AFTER THEY CLOSE to receive a package that they could have left at the doorstep (no signature was required). I used to love FedEx prior to having to deal with this joke of a facility. read more

I won't be back to this center ever again. Not only was I treated rudely, but I watched other customers in from of me treated poorly as well. The woman at the front counter is a perfect example of how NOT to treat customers. She was rude and short with everyone. I received an email with a FedEx bar code scan. After printing the label, I asked her where I should put the label and she said just put it on the front. So I placed it on the front of the envelope where the instructions indicate to apply the address label. When I brought it back to her, she was quite snippy and said "Oh, you would put it there", to which my reply was "just following the instructions." I'm sure there are other people at this location who may be kind and good at their job, but I won't be back to this location any time soon. read more
