If they have to move trash cans or other objects to mow, they put them right back where they found them. They will mulch or take away your clippings for you. Trimming service, leaf blowing and they'll take away small branches they find while they're mowing. The owner is very hands-on, and is clearly focused on customer satisfaction. If you're not happy, he is more than willing to work with you, until you are. I have them mow my front and back yards every week. This year, they came today and when I politely asked why they were here so soon, as my lawn has just turned green and started to grow, they canceled my service entirely. Apparently, asking a simple question was enough for them to drop me as a customer. While speaking with the owner, he bragged about having 175 customers and implied that he didn't need my business. Last year I was told I could skip service if there was no rain, but this year they've suddenly switched to a weekly schedule without consulting me first. He would only use Google maps. Well, my property lines and the easement that were my responsibility were not mowed or weed whacked. He did have a crew come by and cut the rest of my lawn but it took several days. I then used his girlfriend, Audrey, to help me pack boxes at $20/hour CASH. Honestly, save your money and pay the movers to do it. It took her 20 hours to wrap and pack six 5 piece place settings of China and about 12 glasses and two vases. Yes, 20 (!!!) HOURS at $20/hour. Jacob was constantly coming into my home and checking on her throughout the few hours each day she worked. I could have found faster workers for 1/2 the price. But the kicker is that he gave me a written quote to move me from a large two bedroom apartment to a smaller two bedroom apartment in Manteno. Approximately 2 miles from each other. After him and his friend moved me, he wanted more money. I gave him the extra money he requested that was above his original quoted price. He moved me in his lawncare trailer and did not take any precautions whatsoever with my new furniture and TVs. My new sofa from Turks Furniture in Bradley suffered tears and oil marks. He said that the tears were from my cat. My cat is declawed. He won't take any ownership of problems or issues. They didn't put some of my office furniture together before leaving. I didn't notice that until after they left because I am physically disabled and took his word that the furniture was put back together. My bed which has an adjustable base was not put together either. Jacob wouldn't return to fix these issues. So, I had to hire someone else (and pay someone else) to do the job that he quoted me and was paid handsomely in cash for. I think this business takes in a lot of cash and I doubt he reports his income or true income to the IRS. I have reached out to the IRS to let them know how much money was paid to him and to his girlfriend, Audrey. Maybe they need to stop ripping off disabled people and the elderly!!!

During one of the visits... a cable was damaged with a weedwacker - no problem I understand and they wrapped electrical tape around it for me. Another visit... my side skirting on my home was chopped up in a few spots. I let it go. And my final straw was when someone was taking their time to ensure the weedwacking was done properly - they were scolded saying that they don't need to take the time for that and that it doesn't matter. I don't see my neighbors using them anymore either. What a bummer.
