Never showed up and they could not find it even after 5 days looking. Still another incident I got a package that was not mine. I would not recommend this at all their employee. Kayla had my merchandise in her truck for two days. She was supposed to drop it off instead of dropping it off. She went back to her warehouse and called it a night and I had to wait and a whole extra day to get my merchandise and on top of that this is the second time I got something from them delivered and they don't put it in the right spot nor do they take pictures anymore so now it's out on my front doorstep while I'm currently at work and people can steal it. She should be reading instructions. I told her exactly where to put it and she put it right where I told her not to. I was tracking a very expensive package that was on the truck out for delivery on 12/26, the time changed as the day went on, and then the delivery date changed to 12/27. Then out of nowhere it changed to cannot be tracked at this time. I tried to call, all automated. Put in a support ticket. It is basically the same info that online tells you, wait. I called the company I ordered from; I still have to wait for FedEx because they have no idea where my package is. How does it go from being on a truck on its way to me, to being missing and unable to be found. Shouldn't it be on that very same truck?! I was expecting a package today. I was sitting at my desk ALL DAY. The only time I stepped out for a moment, my boss was in the office, and would have received the package for me. The doorbell never rang. I go to check the status, and the driver said delivery exception requested by me. I NEVER REQUESTED a delivery exception for a future delivery. Horrible service. The reviews are true. I have an important package arriving before my work trip and I got guaranteed delivery for today (Saturday) a signature is required, so I stayed home most of today to except the package. They sent me a text saying that the delivery was delayed for an operation error and will be delayed till Monday. They were unable to help in any way. I will never in my life use fedex again. I had a similar experience with UPS about a year ago however, they were able to coordinate me with the driver and I was able to come pick it up in route, even though the store was closed. Absolutely horrible, I don't even know how they're in business. Once again I have an expensive item on the way and of course I have to be there to sign for it & they don't give you exact times. So it can be there anytime from 12-4 , so just like most people I have a job! So I leave work early (lose 4 hours of pay) I'm sitting around watching out my window & now it's 430. So I check my tracker and all of sudden the driver has reschedule. I'm not even surprised because this isn't the first or second time they've done this! I call and obviously there's nothing they can do & there is no way I'm able to come pick it up. Now they're telling me it'll be here at 11am tomorrow! So basically I have to leave work ONCE again lose money because they can't do their jobs right. I wouldn't even be upset over this but since it's a package that needs signed for means I have to be there and now I've lost 4 hours today and who knows how many I lose tomorrow if their not actually here at 11. I received someone else's package (label had a different name and address than mine!) and it is still sitting outside my door waiting for the driver to 'pick it up today' for about 4 days now. I've been calling Fedex every day and get the same promise daily! What is wrong with Fedex drivers? Can they not read? Why toss it at my front door when nothing on the label matches my name/address? Today I was told that there is no way Fedex can call the driver directly to tell him to pickup the package. Great system. Luckily, packages in this area go to this facility in Hunker after 6 PM, and they're open until 7, so there's a solid plan B. The building is dark and not very well marked, but once you find it parking is plentiful. The employee was very friendly, and it took under two minutes to get my package and be on my way back home. I've had many packages delivered from the hunker pa fed ex. Many of my packages arrive destroyed or partly broken. They often give you a delivery date and say it's "out for delivery". Stay home all day and it doesn't show up. Comes next day or later. When you call they all tell you something different. Place seems to be poorly run. I never have any problems with UPS. If I could choose to not use fed ex I would but many places online don't offer them. After checking later at night it said customer not available. I literally stayed home while my wife went out to wait. Had my dogs outside so they bark when someone comes while I eat food. It was a sunny day so I was outside almost all day. Or right beside the door. The comment left by fed ex is a lie. If they would call and say " hey we can't make it today we're to busy" I would say no problem. My 2 packages were to be delivered on 11/30 all day I waited and checked the tracking page to see that no delivery was attempted rescheduled for 12/1. I wait again and when the Fed Ex driver comes he has only one of the packages that were to be delivered on 11/30. He told my husband we are running behind you might get it Monday or Tuesday.
