We use this FedEx Ship Center many years for drop off and pick up without any issue. Staff here are always very helpful, courteous and professional. This place can be very busy and they do a lot of volume. The only problem is that the parking lot is narrow and if you have big pickup truck you may have problem of manipulating into the parking space! Today, just like prior visit; two large packages were dropped off and scanned under 60 seconds flat with a print receipt. Good and quick service here! read more

With a routine delivery of refrigerated medication that's left on our porch every time, today the FedEx driver returns the package to the terminal undelivered - We were home waiting for it. $300 box of medication and driver never even came past our house. Called service number and got told we can get it Monday - After the ice packs melt over the weekend and medication is ruined. Terminal supervisor told my wife address could not be located. But they delivered every month before now? Complete and total lack of service, lack of performance and blatantly lying to us. read more

I have ordered 2 TV's from Sams club. both times the TV's. were leaned up against the wall on my front porch with the edge of the tv down. it put Torque on the center of the tv cracking the screen. and both times I have to return the tv's taking time out of my schedule to do so. If they had set it down with the proper side up probably wouldn't have happened. It was on on-line only order. not stocked in stores. FedEx should have to be the ones that pay for the broken TV"S mot Sams or myself. read more

I had 2 different deliveries on two different days, both times the driver wasn't wearing a mask. The one yesterday caught me off guard as I had just woken up and didn't think to ask him to put on a mask. The one today however I asked if he had a mask and his reply was"yes I do, but I'm just delivering packages, I don't need to wear one." They should ALWAYS wear a mask, wether they want to or not. Especially when the delivery requires a signature! I messaged FedEx help on Twitter and was pretty much just blown off. I was told pretty much "oh we're sorry, hope it don't happen again." read more

We were expecting an overnight package with our phone number given and no signature required. We were waiting in the apartment and the buzzer never went off. We discovered a post it message saying delivery was attempted, another attempt will be made. We were waiting upstairs the entire time and the driver could have called or left the package at the office. Instead we had to drive a half hour to the FEDEX shipping center at 7:00pm and wait over a half hour for the driver to return. Very disappointing service for an $80 overnight charge. read more

I had a notice from Amazon that my purchase was being delivered today (January 29, 2021) from FedEx. Of course, no approximate time can be given so I waited at home ALL day!!! I went into tracking to check on the status and this is the message: FedEx tried to deliver your package The business was closed, so please look for a note from FedEx or contact them for the next steps. I am NOT a business, rather an individual living in a condo. No one came to my door to try and deliver this package. When I called, I could barely understand a word I heard from the representative. What I did hear was that I could expect another try tomorrow between the hours of 8:30-4:45. I am NOT a happy customer .. did the delivery driver even come here to try and deliver?????? 0 stars- I have never seen a more botched operation that this organization. I ordered a package from Amazon with Amazon Prime. I was expecting the package two days ago. normally, stuff like this doesn't bother me. I am also usually very patient about such things. However, because I work and cannot sign for a package at the given time. i left instructions with how the package was to be delivered. They basically stated it would cost extra to have it delivered at such time. Then when I drove down to pick the package up at their own advice. I was met with, well, the delivery driver isnt here yet and it is after 6 pm. I understand that I have to sign for the package because of security reasons. however, given that I expected the package two days ago and they couldn't rework a delivery to support the customer for two days. Now waiting for the delivery of the package that was supposed to be delivered two days ago at the FedEx Express dispatch and distribution center. I even left instructions on how the package was to be delivered. Twice!!! I called the help center twice. read more
