Let me tell you the process was fast service, very satisfied with the return process. The facility is clean and well kept, the scent of a new building. Instead of clicking on the link, I called the Postal Annex. They pulled up my record and confirmed the zipcode on my package sent was correct and to delete the message, as it was not from them. They also said the zipcode would have been flagged originally if there was a problem. I like the woman that helped me at the Postal Annex. She was professional and efficient.
