Instead of clicking on the link, I called the Postal Annex. They pulled up my record and confirmed the zipcode on my package sent was correct and to delete the message, as it was not from them. We called Junk Out and scheduled service for a Saturday at 10:00am. They arrived promptly and wasted no time getting to work. They take pictures of each room before and after (excellent for insurance reasons) and they didn't even take a break. It only took them about 2 hours to clean out a 3 bdr house. They are straight business and very professional. I never thought I would see that house cleared out and I'm extremely thankful to them. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Also, the electronic payment through Venmo made payment easy. Use them. It's a no-brainer.

I've always paid rent on time and 6 months in advance to get the 7 month's rent free. Although my next payment was not due until Oct. 1, today I got a delinquent notice in the mail because the management had changed the terms in Paragraph 6 , Special Provisions, of the "Self Service Storage Rental Agreement" without notifying me in writing. When I expressed my concern, the management told me that businesses changed policies all the time without notification. Management was argumentative and unreasonable but later agreed to wave the late fee. Also without notification, I was informed that The Storage Company no longer honors Paragraph 38 of the Rental Agreement which entitles tenants refunds of prepaid rents. The management would not give out the owner's phone number; however, it was said that one of the owners, Lindsey Adame, would be given my phone number and she would return my call. I then researched the owners of the company and located the phone number, and when I called, the owner wasn't available. I left a detailed message. I now wait for their reply.
