I just found this Postal Annex close to my home! They did a terrific job! Later that same day, I received a text message about my package zipcode being wrong on a package. Instead of clicking on the link, I called the Postal Annex. They pulled up my record and confirmed the zipcode on my package sent was correct and to delete the message, as it was not from them. They also said the zipcode would have been flagged originally if there was a problem. I like the woman that helped me at the Postal Annex. She was professional and efficient. read more

Lost $249 due to a recall of an international shipment that was recalled and never reached its destination. Postal Annex would do nothing to assist. I spent many hours attempting to get a refund from DHL, but DHL insisted that Postal Annex should be seeking the refund. No follow-up and no assistance whatsoever from Postal Annex even through I went back to the store several times, called several times and sent many texts and emails. read more

This is my go-to place for mailing off packages, Amazon returns, stamps, etc. The staff are always extremely friendly and I have never had any problems - ever. They are conveniently located near a large HEB plus and a Dollar Tree. And, if you ever need anything notarized, they do that, too for a small fee. read more

I currently maintain a monthly service for mail pick up with them. All 3 visits to the store for mail pick up and notary were seamless. Staff is friendly and efficient. read more

This is my go to place for all shipping needs. I love that they offer shipping through various carriers and therefore making it easy to compare rates. Their staff have always been very helpful in answering all of questions by phone or in person. I have not used their other services as of yet , but I'm sure I will in due time. I am very satisfied customer! read more

I had a package to send off (flashlight) n was to lazy to drive all the way to post office, lesson learned. This trip was costly. Staff is very friendly n knowledgeable but hang on to your shorts for prices!!! Package cost me $22 to ship, ouch!!! This location is very convenient n prompt service but I'd rather save the money next time around. read more

Had to drop off some mail and get some items printed for work. Had everything adressed quickly and efficiently. Glad to know where this location is for my quick one stop shop office needs....and even found a few cool items to purchase - like a 50 caliber bullet, now bottle opener...will make for a great stocking stuffer for Christmas! read more

If there were more than 5 stars, I would give more. This place is amazing and is a full stop service for everything you might need. I've shipped extremely large items with ease, faxed, printed items on cardstock, bought stamps, boxes, etc. It is a family owned business and they have AMAZING customer service. So nice and helpful and they always get you in and out quickly! Use this company and support local! They deserve your business! read more

I went here just to drop off a package and was surprised but how cute and friendly everyone/everything was inside. They have a lot of packing supplies but also fun unique gifts as well. read more

I called last minute to get some funeral programs printed. I spoke with Tammy. She was extremely helpful and professional. She was especially knowledgable as to what types of paper to print on that would compliment the pictures and program. She had the programs available within an hour or so. From the paper it was printed on to the quality of the printing, it was a beautiful program! My family was so pleased, touched and appreciative at how professional it looked! I would definitely recommend Postal Annex! I was calling from out of state and was able to order smoothly and pay over the phone within minutes. The staff was very educated and showed excellent customer service! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the area. If I ever need anything printed in that area- I will definitely use them! Maria Honolulu,HI read more

Place would be so much better if employees would not jump on you for going back to the box bin and perusing the boxes. The setup in the back doesn't make it very clear that you can't go back there. Consequently the lady running the place got real snarky with me. read more

This is a very nice and clean place, staff are very friendly BUT you may want to shop around if you're sending Fedex or UPS. Had a Fedex box with insurance and the quote was $34 and some change. Went to a stand alone Fedex and paid $19 and some change for the exact same shipping and insurance coverage. I know from now on. I know they have to have an additional upcharge since their 3rd party but thats quite a bit. Anyway, nice people and place. Regular mail is probably fine, just shop around for parcel shipping. read more

I have been to this place maybe 3 times and every time I walk out I say I will NEVER give this place my business again! The owner can be rude and condescending and always makes you feel like she is all about the money only...I needed copies one time and could not figure out the machine...i made two bad copies before someone finally helped me and she CHARGED ME for the two bad copies! Really? .30 was more important to her than a lifelong customer! (Now, I understand they make the copies for you...maybe because this has happened to others!) Her prices are over inflated and I would rather drive to the post office and stand in a line at the post office than give this place my money! She is greedy and rude! read more

I absolutely love love LOVE this place. Number one, I don't have to walk in to the post office and smell it but I also don't have to wait in long lines. The employees are very fast, tentative and offer top quality service and are always friendly. They take that extra step to go above and beyond what you have asked of them. You should skip the post office and just walk inside one time and you will be hooked! read more
