This review is for FedEx corporate. FedEx doesn't care about your packages. They don't care about you. Nor do they care about your elderly disabled dog's wheelchair. I purchased a $500 custom wheelchair for my 13yo disabled dog Joey in July. It took three weeks to make to my dog's specifications. He's disabled as he has degenerative myelopathy preventing the use of his rear legs. The company that built the cart shipped it via FedEx. FedEx claimed they delivered it to my UPS box Friday 8/7/2020. The reps at my UPS swear repeatedly FedEx never delivered the package. As a matter of routine and policy, package delivered to my UPS are always signed for by the attendant on duty who signs their name. In this case the FedEx tracking only indicates "signature on file" which is BS. I made a claim yesterday with FedEx demanding they give me answers as to who delivered it and where it was delivered to. They said they'd get right on it. Now more than 36 hours later there's still no answer. I've called FedEx, gotten hung up on several times, been on perpetual hold status, and have yet to get an answer as to what happened to my package. Today I had to call them as usual, and they advised they still don't know who the driver was that apparently works for them wearing their uniforms and driving their trucks. They also don't know who signed for the package or where it was left. They said they would keep investigating but that I should embark on a chase with my shipper to file a claim. So, just so we're perfectly clear, FedEx is in the business of losing your packages, hiring struggle drivers who don't know their asses form a hole in the ground and are very adept at shrugging in the face of queries about your shipment and kicking the proverbial can down yonder. If you care about what you are shipping or receiving, insist on a company OTHER than FedEx. They are as incompetent and dysfunctional as the day is long. They don't care about you, your disabled dog's wheelchair, or making his last days comfortable. At least that's been my experience. The photo below is my Joey....still waiting for FedEx to find his wheelchair so he can walk again and enjoy the last phase of his life that they lost but can't give two about. #FedExcouldntcareless

Always dependable when you need a quick copy. Wasn't overrun with other customers so was in/out in less than 2:00.

Great service. Staff members were welcoming, kind, and helpful. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Would recommend to anyone.

I'll never ship with them, and given the choice I avoid receiving packages from them. But sometimes there is no choice. They have damaged packages. They've lost packages. They've lied about damage, loss, where packages are, etc. I've had to escalate to corporate, and they don't seem to have any actual contact with the local managers. It's a ridiculous way to run a business. This time Sweetie was waiting on an important package. The scheduled delivery time was longer than it should have taken, but, oh well. Then, she stayed at home all that day because she needed to sign for it. The front door was open because we had contractors in and out. I got home to find a "we couldn't deliver, no one home" sticker on the door. 1) She was home. 2) The door was open, people were around- they said they actually told the driver we were home, and yet the driver still failed to deliver it. 3) She signed up for text notifications; nothing, till after she eventually went and picked it up from a nearby center. 4) She wasn't given the option of just picking it up there in the first place, which would have saved time and aggravation. Ridiculous. Inexcusable. Support the Post Office, or go brown. Avoid FedEx at all costs.
