On March 27, a friend shipped us a package of frozen seafood from Alaska using FedEx Next Day Delivery, with an expected delivery date of Saturday, March 28. We paid for the shipping with a credit card over the phone, and asked the FedEx employee to add $1000 of insurance, but the insurance amount was only $100. We tracked the shipment and saw that on March 28 it arrived at the FedEx hub in Memphis, where it remained for several days. During that time, the package could not be located, prompting us to contact FedEx and open a service ticket. The package was finally delivered on Tuesday, March 31--four days after it was originally scheduled to arrive. The box was clearly labeled "Frozen," "Perishable," and "Keep Refrigerated." However, upon delivery, the seafood inside was completely thawed and at room temperature. Additionally, the shipment was delivered in a standard, non-refrigerated truck. The invoice indicated that 2 pounds of dry ice were included in the packaging, yet there was no evidence that any dry ice had been present. Despite being properly labeled as perishable and requiring freezing, the package was delayed in transit--remaining in Memphis for multiple days--resulting in the complete spoilage of its contents. We paid for overnight shipping, but the package took four days to arrive, rendering all items unusable. Since FedEx did not deliver the package on time, and all the contents were ruined we want FedEx to reimburse us for the seafood, shipping box and shipping costs.

I run a small ebay store that sells the same items with no variations so the weight and dimensions are always exactly the same. I shipped with Fed Ex this one and LAST time. My package was 13 oz 9x3x3, they reported to ebay that it was 2 pounds 4x9x4 resulting in an up-charge a few days after delivery. Upon review of the ebay community this seems to be a common occurrence with other sellers. So it begs the question, is this incompetence or sheer fraudulence?

Not even worth 1 star. I ordered a package that was to be shipped via FedEx WITH express delivery to be delivered on 5/23, for MY WEDDING on 5/28. As I was tracking the shipment, it stated it arrived and was released from customs (the package came from the UK) but had no updated delivery tracking information, which almost 18 days later, still shows up on the FedEx tracking site. The FedEx customer service representative I spoke with yesterday (6/8) felt it necessary to share with me that I've called 19 times, all without resolution, so I will document the calls below. First, FedEx stated that they were unsure of where the package was and that it was released from customs but had been returned to the sender, although they cannot tell me. The next phone call, to another representative, told me the package was released from customs and should be delivered soon. The next call finally sent me to open up a claim and a trace to try to find the package. This person stated that the package was lost and asked for in my personal opinion, information of what the package looked like (as if I would have any idea how it was packaged) and the contents inside. I stated to her that it was the seating chart for my wedding and that it was a decal for a mirror and it could come in an envelope, or a package or in a tube. I also stated to her that it was crucial someone gets back to me as if they cannot find it, I would need to scramble one day before my wedding to come up with a new one. In the meantime, I had contacted the shipper of the package who had also contacted FedEx as this was now his small business reputation on the line. The rest of the 19 calls consisted of me getting the run around and being bounced from one customer service agent to another, telling me it was in customs, telling me it was lost, telling me the shipper had to open a claim online. Then I was told the shipper must file a claim via phone. Then I was told to contact Parcel2go, WHOM my shipper already made a claim and was given the same exact run around. Forget trying to get to a manager, FedEx must think we're all idiots to just deal with their incompetency and pathetic way of running a business. Every time I asked to speak with a manager, I was transferred to another customer service rep, who for the record, had NO idea about anything in regards to my case. You would think after 19 calls, there would be some notes. I was promised calls back by FedEx and never received them. The long and short of it is that FedEx has dropped the ball, is incompetent and ost a very important package that did impact my wedding, and I DEMAND a refund. You should be ashamed of the standards in which you run your business and the way your customer service team speaks with customers, who are frustrated by lack of honesty and respect and the complete disregard of FedEx not being able to do their jobs. read more

I have had 4 orders sent to me via Fedex in the last month. all have been late. But the most recent one still hasn't arrived. It was shipped May 29 and I have been tracking it ever since. First they said it would be delivered Sun the31st. Then Mon June 1. Tracking showed it arriving at the local fedex facility on the first. Then they scheduled it for the 2nd. On the 3rd it said it was on the truck and would be delivered by the end of the day. On the 4th I called Fedex and was told it was still on the truck and would be delivered that day . Today, the 5th. I called again, was put on hold and disconnected. so called back. Was told it was it had just arrived at the facility and given the bay number where it was located, and not given a delivery time! Why does anyone use fedex for their business deliveries? They are the worst! read more

Fedex is a terrible service to be forced on anyone. I live in a 55+ community with 6 buildings each having 10 apartments. In other words we are neither huge or complicated. Our office is at the entrance to the buildings and regardless of dozens of complaint has become the dumping ground for all fedex packages. The woman who works in the office has told fedex drivers that she will not accept packages so the driver drops them in the open lobby. This has been such a problem for years that the residents avoid doing business with anyone who uses fedex. Sad to say, there are times we don't have that option. I have called fedex at least a dozen times and demanded they deliver packages to my address, the address on the package. This is not rocket science. Today, once again the driver tried to deliver my package at the office. The office was closed so he couldn't leave it there so he listed that "the delivery could not be completed as there was no one available to accept the package". In the meantime I am sitting about 200 feet away waiting on the delivery. Fedex sent me an email to let me know I wasn't there to get my package. Nice of them. Called fedex (again) and got the same old "I am sorry for the trouble" line. I was told the package would be delivered on the next delivery day, which is their standard response. Since today is Friday that means Monday, which is not acceptable. I told the woman the the driver chose the lazy way to do his job that I don't care if he has to work until midnight that I better get my package today. I'll get it Monday anyway. read more

I have used FedEx off and on for years. Here is a recent CSR phone call experience I encountered. The first CSR I spoke with had zero clue about FedEx protocol, and kept trying to tell me, "Your package is on route from Memphis" (for over 48 hours?). I told him, "No offense, that must be a really slow Airplane or even much SLOWER TRUCK. Has anyone every explained the FedEx Overnight business model to you?" So, someone needs to explain the FedEx Overnight Business Model to this specific, youngster CSR. Then after demanding a Supervisor, she tried to be dishonest (I took screen shots of the prior) promised deliver dates, which was missed repeatedly. Bottom line is, when all this was going on, it was obvious that FedEx had ZERO CLUE where these Shipments were in reality. Then, when I told her I was recording the call (just as FedEx was doing, you know, for MY PROTECTION), the Supervisor CSR freaked out. ;-) Why? I thought FedEx is also Recording for MY PROTECTION. I told her that I do not trust FedEx, and I do not require or need her authorization to record MY phone Call. I further told her, "If this bothers you, then you have the option to hang up. However, you told me earlier that FedEx is recording OUR Call for MY protection. Are you not concerned now about MY protection". She tried to debate for a bit, then hung up on me. I guess FedEx is not really THAT concerned about MY protection after all. LMAO ;-) read more

FedEx always leave my packages in a public area of my apartment building where anyone can steal them. Which has happened. This is an upgrade from them dumping it on a bench outside of the office for anyone to grab. Recently several packages have gone missing a box of cat litter 2 separate times and these boxes called Loot Crates. Last week cat litter was missing. Said it had been delivered. Called FedEx customer service explained about the multiple missing packages (after receiving delivery confirmation... A couple times I was at home) and also the fact that they leave them in places for anyone to take them. I did make the comment that maybe the drivers were stealing them. The customer service rep (only good thing about any of this) made a report. Magically my ("already delivered") box of litter appeared the next morning. To be clear I'm NOT saying it was stolen by the driver...I just found it ironic that when I mentioned the driver might have it appeared. They are costing people money either through leaving packages in public areas (or wherever looks good to them) so they get stolen. Or through drivers not delivering or stealing them. If FedEx isnt going to do anything about this someone needs to. We're in a pandemic where majority of people have to get things shipped. This is unexcusable. Also why the hell is no one using UPS or literally anything else? read more

tracking 53470757741 takes fedex 7 days to get a package five hours away from northern illinois to wisconsin. all i have to say is everyone stop using them, maybe they will change the way they are treating customers. package has been 20 minutes away for 6 days but evidently it is too much of a bother for them to deliver it. was on a truck to deliver today, but guess what not delivered. no excuses. I waited for a package all day. I received an email from the company saying my package was delivered an hour ago. I was surprised cause no one knocked on my door or called. I went to look for the package and it was nowhere to be found. I immediately called FedEx and they said the will contact the driver and call be back. After several hours no one contacted me. I called again and they said no one called the driver and it will take 48 hours to complete an investigation. No one followed up. FedEx is horrible and I always have issues with them. read more

FEDEX CORPORTATION are the worst service provider!!!! I filed a claim on a damage shipment and requested an update on the case. I called 6 times to the Fedex Revenue department and every single time they transfer me to another department where the phone rings for appx. 10 times and then you hear the message "Good Bye". After the 3rd call, I asked the customer reps not to transfer me, but to stay with me until someone picks up the phone at the other end. However, they did not listen to me and decided just to transfer the call to another dead end. It feels that this is the standard Fedex customer service training program where they send all complaint calls to a dead end. I am surprise of how a big corporation like FEDEX treats their customers. Or perhaps I am too naive and this is a common practices in the package shipping world. I hope they realize that customer service is the image of the company and rectify the issue. To be fair, I did get 2 out of 6 customers reps who apologized for the situation, but the other 4 did not even care to apologize and simply send me to a dead end. One of the rep (Savannah) was so rude that she simply did not want to hear the complain and proceeded to send me to the dead end automatically. Fedex management, "wake up and fix your customer service at the revenue department"!!!!! read more

If I could leave NO stars I would. For the third time I have had fedex NOT deliver a package on time. I cannot believe this company is still in business with their seriously crappy service and don't give a s@#t customer service. I rarely write reviews if any . But this time , it has been so bad that I needed to share in case it happened with someone else . I ordered this shipment that I was supposedly going to receive in 2 days , I even got my tracking number and it showed the scheduled delivery day . Then in a day it changed to pending for 10 days . And am still waiting for the shipment . They have the worst customer service I ever experienced . I called them first time and the associate said we will open investigation, and u will here from us in 24 hrs , of course nothing happened , i call again in 2 days , the guy says i was gonna revived it the next day , that day i call to make sure that am gonna get it , the associate says ur definitely not going ri receive it today , we will investigate it more .here i got so frustrated , how disfunctional this is , he primed to send an email which he never did . So in a week I talked to 3 different representatives , all so unprofessional and disregarding to the clients . . read more

Do not use FedEX for any shipping. They will not deliver your package if you live in a gated community because their drivers will not be given the gate code. We have paid for expedited delivery of a very important piece of hardware I need to work from home (COVID-19) and when we attempted to call FedEx to ensure that the driver has the gate code to get into the community the rep said they will not deliver because they will not take the gate code. Again Do not ship using FedEX. they will not deliver to you if they don't want to. read more

I am trying to have packages delivered at work in Tampa. A sign on the front door says deliveries are round the back. Fed Ex tracking says there is a delivery exception and that the business where I work is closed. Day after day. It isn't. I've been at work every day but Saturday that they "tried" to deliver. The security guard says the Fed Ex truck drives in the circular driveway by the front entrance and doesn't even stop. The US mail is delivered EVERY DAY no problem! I keep calling Ralph Lauren, who tells Fed Ex to go around the back but the drivers can't be bothered. The exact same thing happened with something I bought on eBay two weeks ago. It's hard to get through on their customer service line. Fed Ex is worthless! I am not going to purchase anything online that is delivered by Fed Ex. And one star is generous. There should be a no stars option. read more

Absolute garbage. Ordered a $400 World Series jersey, waited months for it to be delivered, and then delivery day comes around so I wait at home all day, checking multiple times throughout the day. No jersey, wait until the next morning only to see it finally marked delivered. Unless ups runs trucks passed 1am that's complete BS. I called and after dealing with their shitty automated service finally was able to get some chick that barely spoke English assuring me it was delivered at my doorstep and wouldn't take no for an answer. After telling me over and over it was delivered she finally told me call the company I got the order from and hung up. I called Fanatics, and of course they said everything went smooth on their end and it was an issue with fedex. The jersey is no longer in stock and I was told it probably won't ever be again. So I missed out on a possible once in a lifetime opportunity (given my team hasn't won in 30+ years) because of fedex's incompetence. Don't ever use this shipping service and do your best to avoid orders that ship through them. Terrible company. read more

I received a call from FedEx at 7:41AM. They left a message that a package for me did not have the house number listed. I returned the call at 8AM. Spoke with a representative, he made the correction and sent it to the respective department. 10:20AM, I received another call from stating that I will receive my package today. I thought for sure it would have been delayed. Excellent service friendly the Cincinnati location! read more

Customer services is the worst. When trying to get anything done through the call centers, you have to almost get belligerent with the staff and demand management as the call center reps cannot think for them selves. After emailing the CEO (Fred Smith) I get a POOR response from one of his Executive Management Specialist who could care less at what I had to say. I have now canceled my business account with FedEx and will utilize other options for my logistics and shipping needs. read more

Worst ever customer service, so hard to talk to a live person after talking to a machine for a while. A big package was delivered to my address incorrectly, called them up so they can deliver it to the right address. Called them three times and still no action has been done for several days. Useless customer service personnel who doesn't do anything to have the package re-delivered although they are aware that there is already an open case. How can you trust these people if they can't read the address correctly. It seemed like they don't really care knowing that a package was delivered to the wrong address. Their first action should be to pick it up since they made a big mistake. They should be thankful that it was reported to them so they can fix it. The street is wrong (not even close) and so is the house number. They have to be re-trained. Feel sorry for the recipient so we ended up posting a note in their house so they can pick it up. read more

Fedex, you used to be the gold standard in the industry. I recommended you to colleagues all over the world. I could literally set my watch by the promptness of your drivers. In the past two years, however, you have lost valuable packages and refused to pay out on them. You are virtually always late, and tracking packages is pointless because you just click PENDING whenever you bloody like. Why bother sending a package with signature required, you ignore it. Your drivers are careless and indifferent. The older guys avoid making eye contact because they know you don't care anymore. And the new guys... they don't want to work. In the face of all this, you raise rates whenever you like yet refuse to take responsibility for damage and loss. All covid did was afford you new opportunities to cheat the public, something you have taken great advantage of. So many people are aware of your failings, there's no point in defending yourselves. Your company needs to be restructured from the top down, you should all be getting your walking papers. And me, I'll just use UPS. To blazes with you. read more

I needed something printed on 8 x 10 paper. Over the phone they claimed they could do it. This hurts me to report FedX, when I used them in the late 80s and early 90s I loved FedX, I would not use any other shipping service. Today was my first day since then that I needed to schedule a simple pick up at my now office in 2021, and boy oh boy, it was eye opening. 1) do not blame it on Covid, I am so done with that excuse 2) We still need LIVE people talking to us on the phone OR we need LIVE people on your Chat-assistance online of your website. Do not insult me further with your stupid useless automated "press 1 for this, press 2 for this, BS. Trust me, because I've tried, if I punched "0" to get to somebody LIVE---enough times---I got hung up on from punching "0". No matter how many times I told your automated line "Representative"---I got "I'm sorry, I didn't understand BS" 3) My new employer of 2021 has a Fed-X account, only using this account number to expedite envelopes to get to us on the receiving end, never on shipping packages out end---until today. 4) Today was the first day I used our Fed-X account to schedule a pick up for 2 packages going out. 5) Why was it so dang easy for me to schedule a pick up on a certain date at a certain location ---but so dang difficult to TELL me what TIME my packages would be picked up the next day??!! Then finally, I got a ridiculous time frame of 8am to 6pm---ridiculous--and do better!! 6) Why was it so simple to schedule a pick up, and there was absolutely zero questions asked of me if I had filled out the proper fed-x packing slip number or scanning label???? Ya see, that's my experience way back in the 80s that I needed the proper FedX paperwork in order for a pick up to run smoothly. 7) Sure enough a FedX driver showed up, but he didn't see any Fedx scanning paperwork for him to do his job, and pick up my packages. 8) I explained to this driver I was trying to reach anybody from FedX to ask these logical questions, but wans't able to reach anybody LIVE. 9) This driver attempted to call his FedX boss---no surprise---this driver wasn't able to reach anybody LIVE to answer his call either. 9) This driver loaded the heavy boxes into my car FOR ME to drive to a FedX location. He told me somebody at the FedX office would lift them out of my car. Yah right!!. 10) I strained myself unloading my car to your counter. 11) After I recovered from the sticker shock of how much it costs getting boxes to the destination, actual shipping went pretty smoothly. But I wanted to make sure that my employer was NOT going to be charged for the pick-up that I scheduled---that never did happen. So the FedX person told me to call again another phone number. I explained to her I had no probelm calling, but so help me IF I don't get someone LIVE on the phone I was going to blow a hissy-fit. 12) With her help, I did reach someone LIVE to my surprise, thanks to the store employees who wanted to get rid of me fast. 13) I told this LIVE person on the phone, I gave her my employer's FedX account number and told her that we better NOT be charged for a pick-up order that didn't happen. 14) All I got from this LIVE person was to call yet another phone number if there are any charge-disputes. I am sick and tired of this run around. FIX your FedX faults. Pay potential FedX employees enough hourly wages so that logical questions can be answered when a customer like me wants to pick up a phone and ask a simple question. It really is THAT simple--pay employees well to do the job. Who was the FedX Einstein that makes it so simple to jump online to schedule a FedX pick up from a location---but nowhere alerts the scheduler that proper FedX paperwork needs to be submitted first-- BEFORE a driver can pick up a package. I am a part time worker of only $15/hour, but I have enough common sense to see that your current FedX online system is ridiculous. What happened to the company I once thought so highly of???????? read more

I did my adult son a favor today by sitting by the door with his very vocal dog to sign for a package. FedEx is continuously overcharging us based on estimated dimensional weight, and bogus fuel surcharges. For the past 6 months, we have continuously attempted to set-up a telephonic or in person meeting with our FedEx Representative for the Las Vegas, NV area to discuss these problems. We have been "promised" countless times that "someone" will get back to us within 48 hours and it has never happened. We find FedEx's response to our concerns wholly unacceptable in terms of both customer service and business practices. I used to be a fan and lived in Memphis, TN in the seventies. For me, FedEx has gone from first to worst. Their business practices lack reasonable transparency and - in my opinion - are class-action worthy for those lawyers out there. read more

I had a package shipped via Fed Ex. After a month being shipped I finally called and the only answer I could get was "In Transit". Then I was told that I couldn't go pick up the package because the person on the other end of the line didn't have the address for the FedEx location the package was at. Then I was told I couldn't go pick it up because it was on a truck but they didn't know where the truck was at. Then I was told it would arrive via USPS, even though I paid for FedEx shipping. Then I was told I needed to contact the seller of the package and have them reship my order. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, but conveniently they were all busy, even after waiting 30 minutes of waiting. Then I asked for a call back and was told that they couldn't guarantee me getting one, all the while never admitting they messed up. My order was from NOVEMBER. And all my tracking order says is "IN TRANSIT" for over 5 days....I will never...NEVER use FedEx again. read more

6th straight mis-delivery. I have a large mailbox with my numbers prominently displayed at the bottom of my driveway. Multiple Chewy deliveries left in the street and stolen even though Chewy promises and the label says front door. No longer use Chewy. Two weeks ago filters delivered to a neighbor who delivered them back to me. I called and filed a complaint and was told I would get a call back. No call. The other day I walk out and see my frozen food being delivered next door. I call to the driver and walk to the end of my driveway. As he drives by with the door open I call to him and he ignores me. I drive over and get my food. I call and same promise of a call back from Sparrows Point manager who complaint department spoke with. No call. I call back 5 days later and they speak to Stephanie at Sparrows Point who tells him the manager will investigate and call me that night or tomorrow. Well tomorrow has come and gone. I have notified the shippers that I will not buy from them if they use Fed Ex for delivery. One has promised to use DHL. I will no longer use them for my law office. read more

ok fed ex here is your chance to explain why you let your reps hang up on your customers???? i have called several times and requested a supervisor or requested that the call be directed toward a specific department. the front line rep states that i have to give them information that is not part of their focus. when you opt out, the rep says, "since you are not giving me any information, i'm hanging up"... and they do. i am in california and there are privacy laws. basically when requesting assistance, do not have to surrender any information unless your are speaking with a peace officer or an officer of the court. your front line reps are acting as if they have subpoena powers. you have a switchboard operation named justin and requested if he could transfer the call to the fraud department. this switch board operator did not answer that query but start asking questions about the call. i informed him that the the matter is focus of the fraud department. justin stated that "ok since you won't give me any information, i am terminating the call". so why is this and why is the switch board operator needing to know matters that are the focus of the fraud department? the worse case is a call center rep in the bristol office named sierra. this princess has hung up on me twice? i have asked her twice if the supervisor on duty would take office the call. "if you don't give me any information, i am hanging up "!!! and she does. when asking for assistance or requesting additional assistance, it not dependent on answering any questions. you can not demand name, nature of the call, or any information as a condition on transferring a call. it's similar to when radio shack would not complete a transaction unless you gave them a phone number or zip code. you have these children that have no idea of the laws that relate to their jobs, playing office. so you have children that are saying, "if you don't play by my rules" you can't do business with fed ex. finally i do request that the phone rep will discuss the matter with their superior. by state and federal law, the supervisor must take the call for additional assistance. the front line rep hangs up. read more

I wish I can give a negative on here. It is unfortunate when a company get so big that they take customers for granted and don't care to resolve issues. Twice in March I ordered furniture and both times Fedex lied and said they delivered to the front door (I live on the 2nd floor of the apartment complex) but both heavy furniture were left on the 1st floor where people are driving and walking by. The last incident was on 03/26/21 and I called Fedex multiple times hoping they can send someone back so they can deliver the sofa properly as it was too heavy for me to push up the stairs by myself. All the reps I spoke with said they needed to send a message to the facility in Anaheim, CA to send someone back and each time a follow up call was requested. No one came back and no follow up call was ever made. Both times the heavy boxes had to wait out there for hours until my husband came home to push them up himself. Again, unfortunate that Fedex is too big of a company to care about the poor service the customers are experiencing. I wish that furniture companies would stay away from using Fedex. I'm sure there are other delivery companies out there who would be happy to take on the work and actually do it right! read more

Ordered an item that would require a signature when delivered. I called Fed Ex and was told that the package had an ETA of Oct 1 between 9:10 am and 1:40 pm. I also received a text stating the same ETA. Waited patiently for the service I have grown to expect from Amazon and UPS. But this was Fed Ex. By 8:00 pm i realized the package was not coming. Wasted day waiting. I called and had a frustrating discussion with a computer. Determined that I could request the package be delivered to a local Dollar General where I would pick it up. Oct 2, no package. Finally on Oct 3 I received texts that the package was available for pick up but I had better pick it up in 5 days or else. Upon picking up the package I received a text from Fed Ex telling me that I had picked up my package and that I should "take control and manage my delivery next time". If I have control next time, I will manage to NOT use Fed Ex. read more

I have been shipping through Fedex for a long time and never had any issues with items being damaged. This time I shipped an Guitar that I sold online to California and it arrived damaged. I paid $101.40 shipping cost which included $200 worth of insurance. I filled a claim with Fedex and they declined it twice. Also called and talked to them 3 times, to a different person each time and one of them was very rude. The box was well packaged I've shipped Guitars regularly for years and have never had one damaged until now. The box looked like they dropped something heavy on it. It was smashed. Fedex insurance is a scam they try everything they can to get out of paying! It's just free money for them. read more

We have more 14 packages from different senders which should be delivered 10 days ago. And, all of them are exactly in the warehouse near our house. Every morning, we can see the packages are out for delivery, but in the evening, all of those are rescheduled to the next day because of weather exception. There's no snow, no rain, no wind. We have contacted the customer service thousands of times. Today we were told we would definitely get our packages, since they could see the vehicle number and the driver's information. We spoke with the customer service supervisors. The supervisor said no customer service can see that information. All they told us is that they would send the information to the station and we would get a callback. We didn't get any feedback for over a week! We just want to know what happened to our packages. We were transferred to the distribution center once, but the station said they didn't know what happened. We asked the customer service to transfer us to the station again, all of them said they cannot call the station. All they can do is just send information to the station. We asked what if the station didn't call us. The supervisor kept saying we need to call the 800 to see what happen and no other options. They passed the problem to their customers! It's a cycle. Our problem won't get solved forever. read more

I have important documents I need to send internationally and tried calling FedEx international for rates. I dialed the number I gave the information and was awaiting a quote when I was transferred to a representative due to problems with in the system. After a brief time and hold the representative answered and introduced herself and I was immediately listening to music as if I was on hold. After a brief time on the whole I was transferred to the customer satisfaction survey. I entered a one because zero wasn't an option to rate my satisfaction. I thought with such a low rating they would be interested in what my issue was but apparently not as my call was abruptly ended. I don't think I will and trust my important documents with Fed ex so I will choose DHL where I was given a quote with no issues. read more

I order fresh flowers online and they used to ship UPS, where I never had a problem. Now they ship FedEx which is the WORST. If the flowers are international they will ship in to Miami and then they will send them to freaking Tennessee for some reason, even though the delivery location is in another town in Florida, not that far away. So since they have to go to Tennessee, any winter storm that comes through pretty much guarantees to make the package late (fresh flowers keep in mind). Then, when it finally makes it to the local FedEx branch, the delivery drivers for some reason make up excuses that they can't find the address or they attempted delivery or some other BS lie. The flowers have to be signed for, so they can't just drop it off. None of the other delivery companies have trouble finding my address (neither does FedEx when I don't have to sign for the package) and we always leave the gate open and are home waiting when the flowers are supposed to be delivered. Such BS, screw this garbage company and it's trash logistics. read more

The delivery manage option does nothing. Even if you request that a package be held or provide delivery instructions they are ignored. I've had this happen several times and as a result packages stolen. read more

I placed an order that was to be delivered to my home and the company I purchased from chose to utilize FedEx. I received notification that my package was to be delivered on Saturday October 23, 2021. The next message I received was an attempt was made and that due to a "Security" issue it could not be delivered. On Sunday October 24th I received notification that my package was out for delivery. I drove home from vacation early to be there for delivery. As I sat in my living room looking out the front window I received another notification that an attempt was just made but again due to Security reasons my package could not be delivered. I live in the back of a neighborhood and any vehicle that comes near my house has to drive by. NO FedEx truck drove in my neighborhood yet the allegedly just attempted deliver. The driver clearly LIED at least once and most likely both days. In addition I am now notified that "One" more attempt will be made. I called customer service and was told they will look into it and attempt to deliver my package again. NO CLEAR RESOLUTION. If I had a choice it would not be FedEx. read more

I am very disappointed at the very bad customer service. In regards to this specific Fedex. Fed Ex Office Print & Ship Center 15951 Golden West St. Huntington Beach CA 92647. I have noticed that the office staff are allowing a homeless vagrant to loiter and camp out in the parking lot every night. He sleeps in his silver Suv. Calif. plate: Surf. The onsite manager turns a blind eye. She could report the homeless vagrant to property management. She just turns a blind eye. Then other vagrants start to camp out over night. In the customer only parking lot. Next: The very fat female white adult with red hair is bipartisan . She uses selective enforcement . Of which is a violation of : Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. Example: Some people come into this FedEx. They don't purchase anything. They just sit and use their lap top. Yet, it appears if a male Hispanic adult that does make purchases to establish patronage . She says this is loitering. Loitering : Calif. Penal Codes: 647g and 555.2 is constituted as being the private property of a business. Not conducting business. Or soliciting drugs or sex. Or disturbing the peace. Such as yelling or sleeping. Yelling is a violation of : Calif. Penal Code: 415. as being loud and boisterous. Most recently the fat female white adult with red hair turned a blind eye . There was a female white adult homeless vagrant sleeping in the bathroom. We could hear her snoring. She then came out of the bathroom then was sleeping on the computers. The female fat white adult with red hair spoke with the homeless vagrant. Yet did not make the homeless vagrant leave the store. The female white adult homeless vagrant did not leave the FedEx until two or three hours later. Plus: Continued to yell and put on make up. Its believed the fat female white adult with red hair at will employee turned a blind eye because the vagrant is white like her. So is the elderly male white adult that sleeps in his car. Calif. plate: Surf. In fact the bathroom is suppose to be locked at: 11:00 P.M. to 07:30 A.M. yet the very fat female white adult at will employee with red hair leaves the customer only bathroom open and unlocked so the dirty filthy homeless vagrant can use the bathroom any time he wants. According to the very fat female white adult with red hair; Her manager wants all customers in the Fed Ex using the printer or computer. Or its loitering. Note: If this is the case this should pertain to all visitors. Many students of Golden West College just come in . They don't spend any money. Just use their lap top. Yet, the very fat female white adult with red hair turns a blind eye. Isn't this hazing and selective enforcement if she only focuses on certain people of color? Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. The onsite manager condones of her at will employee's unjustified behavior . Plus: These at will employees are making : $12.00 or more money an hour. Yet , to lazy to clean the bathroom. It smells like urine. Where is it written in the employee hand book for any at will employee to use selective enforcement ? If not this is a breach of implied contract. Calif. Civil Codes: 3300 and 3400. Isn't this grounds for termination? I was under the impression that FedEx did not condone of bipartisan treatment toward any customer. If a customer makes a purchase this is a business transaction. Or establishing patronage. Yet the very fat female white adult with red hair specifically will only address certain customers. She claims her manager wants all visitors the go to this store to use the computer or printer . Or its loitering . No signs are posted in the store that suggest this. Loitering is not conducting or paying for any services or products. Loitering is yelling and disturbing the peace. Loitering is defined as soliciting sex or drugs. So is the onsite manager inventing her own Calif. Penal Code? Yet to allow the male white adult to sleep in the parking lot. Plus: The recent female white adult vagrant to sleep in the bathroom. Then sleep on the computers . Then put on make up. Yell more and more. The very fat female white adult with red hair turned a blind eye. Then leave the bathroom dirty . No employee is required to do anything unsafe or illegal at any time. Calif. Labor Code: 6300. Yet, to be bipartisan toward enforcing rules not posted only enforced toward only certain people of color is racist. The at will employees job is to work with best efforts . Calif. Labor Code: 2924. Does not FedEx have diversity training ? How does a at will employee enforce rules not posted? Yet , only enforce them toward only certain people. Not all ? Not all visitors come to this Fed Ex and buy or purchase anything. They just sit. Use their lap top. The very fat female white adult with red hair turns a blind eye. She does not say anything. Is racist behavior condoned of at FedEx? Yet the onsite manager appears to be turning a blind eye on this bipartisan treatment toward certain customers. Bad customer service. read more

fedex is a complete nightmare not only is this company customer service sucks they're rude disrespectful and their service is trash! and that's just a nice things about them! you can just throw the whole entire company away! i have placed an order with amazon expecting that my package be delivered through amazon at amazon is any better because they're just as bad! but on october the 10th 2023 the package was to have arrived to me approximately 10:00 i received a notification from amazon asking about how the service was and also informing me that the package had been delivered which i had said strict stipulations on how my package was to be delivered because the residents that i reside you cannot enter the location without the residents allowing you access to. so i received a notification informing me that my package have been delivered which i knew it wasn't because i had been home all day to make sure i was available to receive the package! contacted amazon they stood it to me that fedex was the company that was to deliver the package and that the package was signed! and since i did not sign it i need to contact fedex to find out exactly what was going on contact fedex after speaking to a plethora of people with nasty attitudes and rude behaviors someone explain to me that someone at my residence sign for the package i confirm to them that no one signed for the package i'm the only one who resides here so i receive an email from fedex explaining that i needed to contact my neighbors and ask around regarding the package so it's eliminate all of that i went to the property manager's office to ask him to pull the cameras into my knowledge after viewing the camera it confirmed that the fedex driver never arrived here in the first place!! so after being called a liar a many a times being hung up on from fedex and informing them that the video camera showed that fedex never arrived here someone called me on the opposite end from fedex confirming the same thing that i was trying to inform them prior to that they delivered it to a different address which was a hospital that has the hospital name on the front of the hospital! so i informed them why would you deliver my package to the hospital and that is two different addresses so after speaking to the person on the the other end they asked me why don't i just go and retrieve the package?! ((are you joking where do i go this is a hospital!)) as if they expected me to go to every floor to ask where the package was! so after they told me where the package was they stated that it needed to take 48 hours for me to retrieve my package! amazon chooses not to hold any type of responsibility at all regarding the package they wanted me to handle everything myself even though you purchase things through amazon isn't that interesting! they have the tendency of leaving the customer buy themselves to handle the nightmare after they bail out!+((this is what you pay amazon for!))) which all of my amazon packages are always late anyway so in the beginning i assumed it was amazon that had the issue of why i didn't receive my package because they are known to do that since i've been ordering from amazon for the last 2 years it has been a nightmare so i assume since i put pacific stipulations and it had been there hopefully somebody would have the decency of actually comprehending and learning how to read! but i assume they hire people who don't know how to read because reading is fundamental! ((but back to fedex they stated i needed to wait 48 hours to retrieve my package even after they found out where the package was! so i called them and confirm hey i found out where the property is can someone just go there to retrieve it since i confirmed to you that this is something that i need for my business and it is stopping my business from making ((this company does not give a damn about the consumer! but it's interesting because this company always want to make money but they don't care about no one else who has a business!!)) you would think it's a business that supports other business there do not!!!! they make it more difficult.soon 10/11/2023 i contact the fedex to receive a follow-up since i hadn't got any phone calls since the last call i received the day before. the representative informed me that the package had been delivered but no one was available to receive the package?! ((i explained to the the representative man you all must be joking because i had taken off again today to receive this package for my business because it is imperative that i receive it and you all cannot have access to the premises without someone allowing you access so where did you all deliver the package!))) again fedex giving me the runaround! i intern ask to speak to supervisor the supervisor ! this company is a nightmare and i still haven't gotten my package!!!!!!!! read more

FedEx isn't just failing at delivery--they're failing at basic accountability, internal escalation, and corporate oversight. Since August 2024, I've filed 13+ formal complaints with FedEx, all tied to repeated violations of their own delivery policies. Despite using FedEx Delivery Manager to input detailed, confirmed instructions--and even printing the correct drop-off location directly on labels--drivers repeatedly ignored them. Packages were left at the base of the stairs or at the back of the house, completely exposed, despite clear instructions to place them at the front door under the awning - resulting in multiple damaged packages. I called FedEx's call center more than a dozen times. Every time, I was promised a callback from a local manager within 48 hours. That never happened. I was told the issue was "resolved" repeatedly, yet nothing changed. Eventually, I began demanding written responses--and that's where FedEx drew the line. They will not put anything meaningful in writing. All I received was vague fluff with no real answers, no timelines, and no accountability. FedEx's overseas agents openly admitted they couldn't escalate issues to corporate and that even serious complaints "go nowhere." After six complaints to FedEx and multiple to the BBB, I was finally given a local number. That's not service. That's containment. I also contacted FedEx's executives directly and warned them I'd escalate to federal regulators. Not one replied. FedEx even made false statements to the BBB, claiming local management had contacted me when they had not. I called them out--no correction, no retraction, no explanation. This isn't just personal. Failed deliveries create cascading problems for sellers--returns, refund requests, negative reviews, and lost trust. Businesses take the hit while FedEx avoids accountability. If this sounds familiar, file with the FTC. File with your state Attorney General. Don't waste time with the BBB--they won't act. But regulatory agencies will. Google reviews raise awareness. Legal filings force change. This isn't a rogue driver. It's a company-wide failure--and FedEx knows it. read more

Placed an order on Home Depot's web site for 2 pet gates which are not available in any of the Home Depot stores. The total cost was $42.38 for both. I paid for the order with my PayPal account. So far, no problem. Home Depot gives my order to FedEx to make the delivery, and this was the beginning of a big headache for me because FedEx delivered my package, but they delivered it to the wrong house and would not take responsibility. I know they made the delivery because after several phone calls to FedEx customer service, one of their reps said to me "I checked your order and have confirmed that your package was delivered because the driver took a picture of the package at your front door". He said that "the picture clearly shows the package in front of a white screen door on a house that has some brick". I responded "my house does not have a screen door nor does it have any brick anywhere on my house so clearly the package was delivered to the wrong address" so I asked for a copy of the picture to hopefully find the house that my package was delivered to. I assumed the package was at least delivered to the right neighborhood. The rep stated that he could not send me a copy of the picture and just asked me to contact the shipper. I said the shipper has nothing to do with this issue but he didn't want to hear it. So I called Home Depot and then I was told to open a case with PayPal. Obviously no one wants to take responsibility for this issue which is understandable for Home Depot and PayPal because they did their part without a problem. It was FedEx that pretty much admitted that they delivered the package to the wrong house. By the way, I opened up investigation cases with all 3 companies which went nowhere. FedEx is entirely at fault here but they completely dismissed my issue without taking responsibility for their mistake. FedEx has no interest in customer satisfaction and does not stand behind their service. It appears they are now too big to care about their customers and the quality of the service they provide. read more

Here is no option for less than 1 star, because FedEx not worth it even for One star, FedEx are garbage and worst company ever I seen in my life, I shipped a Frozen food to my daughter and I choose overnight option and paid lots of money for that option, I call the facility and ask last Friday if I can bring my package on exact delivery time and they told me bring 3 pm Friday because I have frozen food so I am trying to save as much as time I can, I packed the whole box and went to FedEx location and they told me sorry, Your package do not deliver on next day or you can not choose the overnight option on Friday, please come back on Monday if you want to use overnight option, I picked up the box and drive to home and open the box and all food rearrange in the freezer, than I Packed again on Monday and he told me to bring at 3pm. so I was there sharp 3pm, he show me some overnight option like the next day 8am , 10am or 12am, so I choose 12am. Because my daughter has classes in the morning, Suppose to be deliver my package yesterday Tuesday February 8th, 2022 by 12pm, but today is Wednesday February 9th, 2022 2:10pm but still my package not delivered, the best part is I am in Washington and my delivery destination is in Washington and when I checked the status of my package yesterday, No one can believe it, my package was in East coast "Memphis City in Tennessee" 2500 miles from here. I called 5 times different number, One guy told me the reason is your package is in Tennessee because in our facility in Pullman Washington the guy find the Covid so we shipped all package to East Coast. So that is mean only one guy working in whole FedEx Pullman facility, he was lying , the other guy told me, when we received packages from all states we must shipped all packages too our main head office in East coast and then from Main head office FedEx send to all packages to all facilities to deliver. I am attaching a screenshot. I am 100% sure my froze food going to be melt and stale when FedEx deliver to the destination after 48 hours. read more

FedEx attempted delivery to my address on 3 separate occasions. On all three occasions, the driver did not scan the Door Tag that was left, making the barcode & tag number invalid. I called customer service all three times, and was not able to get through the automated system due to the unscanned tag, and since I'm not expecting a delivery, I don't have a tracking number. I called back 11/14 & spoke with a supervisor whom retrieved the delivery info via the delivery address. The supervisor provided me with the package info including the recipient, and advised me where the package was being held. 2001 Howard LN, Austin, TX 78728. When I went to retrieve the letter, the lady at the counter was very rude. She told me the DT did not work, so I needed a tracking number. I don't have a tracking number, because I'm not expecting a delivery. She said most people know whether or not they are expecting a package, and to contact the shipper. Although I advised on multiple occasions that I don't know who the shipper is. She shrugged her shoulders and was adamant that she could not research the info further even though I had already been provided the info via phone. I called back and spoke with Marja whom as expected could not locate the DT number, and further stated that it was not possible to search by anything other than a DT or a tracking number. I told her that I called this morning, and have already obtained the info, I just need someone to reach out to the local location, and advise of the problem, and view my ID & release the package that I was already was told was there. She continued to tell me that the supervisor provided me incorrect information and that a shipment can not be located by address. After asking to speak with a supervisor multiple times, she disconnected the call. I called back again and spoke with Jenny, and she disconnected call, and refused to transfer me to a supervisor as requested multiple times. read more

I am giving it one star because I can't give it anything lower. I ordered something, and it was skipped through FedEx, and it was scheduled to arrive on a Wednesday. It arrived at the local FedEx site Sunday. So I thought, "Wow. I'm gonna get it two days early. That's awesome!" But I was wrong. Dread wrong. FedEx held onto it until Wednesday, and then delivered it. When I checked the tracking information to see if they were processing it or scanning it, the tracking information simply said, "Not yet scheduled for delivery." So they held onto my package for TWO DAYS simply because it hadn't reached the estimated delivery date. And this is AFTER I received another package from them that was delayed for three days. I was going to get it on Thursday, they delayed it to Friday, and then delayed it to Saturday. I noticed the tracking said it was still one state away on Friday night, so I called customer service Saturday morning. They promised me it would be delivered, and since I requested to sign for it because it was a guitar that I didn't want just sitting on my front porch, I cancelled my plans for the day. I looked at the tracker a few hours later and noticed it still hasn't been updated. So I called in again. Again, I was promised it would be delivered by 4pm. Then, 4:30 came around and they updated it to show it arriving on Sunday... Then, on Sunday at about 11am, I get a notification on my phone from the tracker saying it was delivered. Sure enough, there it was, right on my front porch without me having signed for it. Exactly what I tried to AVOID. So I looked at the name that signed for it. It wasn't me or any of my neighbors. So I called them to ask who signed for my package. It was the truck driver. Apparently, the driver can just sign for your packages now. This company had the WORST business efficiency, model, and interaction I have ever seen!!! It's amazing how they're still in business at all!!! read more

Absolute shit company, Let me explain why real quick. So I sold a laptop on eBay and shipped it with UPS and it went to SC. The buyer received it in like new condition and returned it because it wasn't the model they thought it was. Got it back and it looked like it was never touched amazing!!!!! So I relisted the item and sold it to another person in the same exact state SC. This time I shipped with Fed Ex to keep the cost down just a tiny bit. So the laptop arrives at the location and the same day it arrived the buyer replied saying it is broken. I said no way and I had them send me pictures of the box and everything. Sure enough it was broken all to shit like horribly broken. Also I would like to mention I used the same box and supplies that I used to ship it with UPS. So the same day the buyer asked to return the item and get a refund I filed a complaint with Fed Ex showing pictures of what it looked like before and what it looked like after. The claim included pictures of the laptop before and after as well as pictures of the box that showed the packing peanuts, Styrofoam, Bubble wrap and the 4 fragile labels that were stuck to the box. Fed Ex closed my claim without ever emailing me or calling me and I only found this out due to the fact of me calling them on 12/16/2020 - 12 days after the the claim was filed. None to less I waited on the phone for about an hour just to hear these words from the customer service agent -"We are still waiting on the pictures of the box from all angles" I said well its at the buyers location there's nothing I can do I have tried to reach out to him for more pictures and he wont respond. They then said again - "We are still waiting on the pictures of the box from all angles" I recorded this whole thing and I have screen shots and recordings of everything. The most I can say now is that the west coast is guaranteed to have allot of broken Covid-19 vaccine Vilas . read more

Urgent Complaint Regarding Delivery Failure - Support Ticket C-171442785 Dear FedEx Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the failure of your service to deliver my package as promised. I paid for overnight shipping to ensure the timely delivery of a laptop repaired by Apple, which I urgently need to complete my exams. The package was originally scheduled for delivery by 9 AM but was then delayed to "before 5 PM." I took every step to ensure I would receive it, including signing up for email and text alerts and rearranging my schedule. Despite these efforts, your driver, Olga, did not come to my residence. Instead, she took a picture of someone else's house and marked the delivery as attempted. To make matters worse, I received an email stating the delivery would now be delayed until 8 PM the following day--well beyond the timeframe I needed. What adds insult to injury is that I had my partner take my car for the day so I could be home to receive this critical package. Yet there was no option provided for me to pick it up myself. Meanwhile, deliveries from Nike and Amazon were made to my door without issue on the same day. I am incredibly disappointed in this level of service, especially given the premium cost of overnight shipping. This delay has caused significant stress and jeopardized my ability to take my finals, which are crucial to my academic success for my MBA I expect an immediate resolution to this matter, including confirmation of when I will receive my package, as well as an explanation of why this occurred. Furthermore, I request a refund for the overnight shipping fee and assurance that such issues will not happen again. And if I have to buy another laptop I would like to be reimburse. Please address this complaint with the urgency it deserves. Sincerely, Support Ticket C-171442785 read more

They under appreciate you, you get absolutely no hours, the main "boss" is sexist and seems to have a problem with most the girl employees. Screws people out of their benefits by accidentally sending them a whole month late. They spend so much on the building and had to tell us durning opening yet nothing works in the building. They have "strict" rules against racism, politics, sexism, etc. You are always being told what's wrong even though no one trains you on anything, Except the other employees that aren't being paid to train you. They are trying to get rid of people even if they are great workers. Let's certain people stand around but when others do it it's a huge issue. Just another company that promises you they are different when it's utter garbage. Rather be right then worry about your safety. A lot of OSHA violations that they don't seem to care about. The benefits are decent but they only give you 3 hours a day so your benefits take up most of your checks. New building and nothing works. Ceiling leaks already, machines breaking down, equipment doesn't work. Safety lady Jen seems to have her head so far up her own musculus sphincter ani. to even give a actual poo about the actual safety of her employees. Would rather boss you around to what she thinks is right or wrong rather then sticking to the OSHA rules. The main boss Ross is highly rude to the female employees. Has to bring them down at the work place. Babysitting a perfectly good working employees is apparently more important then doing something more useful. Must be nice to have a part time job to just stare and not say anything to a female employee. Says they are strict on racism but that's also a lie they would rather have a good employee leave and keep a homophobic and sexist worker who also harassed people because the company refuses to do anything about it. Very unprofessionalism and arbitrary service and headache they put me through. I'm in the process of trying to buy a house and needed to ship documents and checks to an HOA office that takes two weeks to process for me to get a letter of approval which is needed to close. The shipping was supposed to take a couple of days to deliver and took a couple of weeks. The shipment was time sensitive on top of that causing pushback on my closing date. I'm set up with FedEx text service which consist of giving me shipping status notifications and through the shipping process, not once did I receive a single text alert so I had to check the site daily making the text setup useless. On top of that, the online tracking was inaccurate stating the package was delivered (still late a week after shipping) and it was still in transit. I called customer service and the status of the package and they said they'd open an investigation and call me back later today on 3 separate occasions/3 separate days and never called me back. I asked for a refund because the service was bad. No one following up with me and the package was delivered late. It'd be one thing if it was 1 or 2 says late but 2 weeks late! With no explanation.. they told me they need my acct number to start a refund request. I have an acct with FedEx and it's doesn't say my acct number anywhere. I told FedEx this and asked them to please tell me it. They said they're not authorized to give me it. So if it's not on the site on my acct profile and they can't give it to me, how am I supposed to retrieve it to give it to them to start my refund request?! No help at all. I called corporate and they said all refunds are suspended until further notice so nothing at all can be done. This is my 1st and last time using FedEx. read more

Your service is terrible. Driver said delivered package to my house on saturday when I was home all day, we had a light snow and there was not a single tire mark period, so how did you deliver? Do you equip your drivers with drones or helicopters. So I call and you put a trace on it fine, next day driver describes my house to a tee, which is not surprising because he delivers 2-3 times a week so obviously he knows what it looks like. Following day I call and complain more and they said someone called in that the package was miss delivered and they would pick up and redeliver that afternoon. Waited until following afternoon and called again, they told me they have no idea what I was talking about that it never happened, that my package was delivered on saturday. They let me talk to the north jackson ohio terminal manager George and after talking down to me he promised to call me back in a few hours. Much to my non surprise that never happened either. Fedex is a bunch of liars and the first thing on their application must be are you a rude POS that has no morals and would lie even to your own mother for personal gain and for the gain of fedex. The absolute best part is this was printed material for my business that I needed for my trade show, has zero value to anyone else so why not just bring me my item, its not like it was a tv or something of value. My vision on fedex is scum. I have cancelled my shipping account with them and request that anything I buy is not shipped fedex. They cannot be trusted, of course any business that has their corporate headquarters in banjo playing moonshine drinking deliverance TN should be considered sketchy anyway. read more

Sadly, Fed Ex used to be an excellent company, but my experiences with them in the past few years have been really not good. Once they kept a package for over a week because they refused to unload it from the truck, and wouldn't allow me to come to pick it up even though I live 20 minutes away. Lately I used their service because the company I was buying from did not offer another method of shipping. The package was scheduled for Monday, then rescheduled for Tuesday without reason, then rescheduled again for Wednesday, again without reason. On Wednesday the FedEx truck finally arrived at my house, the driver sat there for a few minutes and then left without delivering the package. I called customer service (in the Phillipines) and was told "it must have been another truck" when there would be no reason for any other FedEx truck to come down my private driveway and park in front of my house. They later tried to say that no one was home so the package could not be delivered, even though there was no signature required and the driver had never attempted to ring or knock; I watched the whole time. I called back and spoke to customer service again, and they said they would "escalate" the situation, but were not able to explain what this actually meant. I checked their website the next day, and they blamed me for "requesting an alternate delivery date". FFS. It's one thing to screw up, but when people, including customer service, lie about something and try to blame the customer for their own mistakes, that's really poor quality service, especially for a business that's built on customer relations. I will never use them again. read more

Hi. I ordered phone, paid for next day delivery. Fedex left a note, I signed note same day and taped to the door (it's still on the door actually). Tracking number shows they never came back. We called and asked where to pick it up, they said we can't, it can only be shipped. A few days later we tried to call again, but they no longer had a person to speak to, just an automated voice saying there's no one to talk to. When I tried to sign up to Fedex online to manage package and see if that could help, it required a phone, the one sitting in their facility that I ordered but they failed to deliver, so obviously I couldn't use a phone to sign up. 12 days later they sent my package back to shipper. We recommended the shipper switch package delivery companies, since UPS and USPS didn't give us any problems like these. Shipper is considering it, due to our request, and because Fedex has given them recurring problems. I have reordered phone, without next day delivery this time. I will now be watching tracking number for delivery day, then sitting at window all that day waiting for Fedex to arrive to ensure I don't miss my package. This stuff shouldn't happen. They should have allowed us to pick up our package, so they wouldn't have a bad review, so they wouldn't have had to worry about delivery, so they wouldn't have had to put all that work into shipping it back to sender when they failed to make a delivery attempt after note was left. It makes no sense to have no pickup location. Did the guy we talk to not even know what he is doing? Or is this seriously a Fedex policy? read more

Beware of FedEx. I used to trust FedEx to protect my shipments. After receiving military orders to Virginia, my military colleagues sent me a DVD with data and my coffee stein from previous ship's wardroom. I received notification from FedEx that my shipment was on the way....until I didn't. I was then traveling for work and for a death in the family. By the time I got back home to realize my shipment never arrived, I checked the tracking number online, only to find that there was an "exception to delivery", "package damaged". I was confused because there had been NO notification that there was damage or that the package was sitting in a FedEx facility. I called FedEx and was told that since 12 days had passed, the package was DISCARDED! I received NO NOTIFICATION regarding "exception to delivery" OR "package damaged". When I called FedEx, I was told that if a package is damaged it is "company policy" to not inform the recipient that he or she will not be receiving said package (confirmed by a "customer advocate"). I find it fascinating that customers will receive notifications regarding each and every location of their package during its journey, but that damage to a package is not worthy of a notification (to a paying customer). The only conclusion I can make is that FedEx is trying to COVER UP damage they caused to my shipment which included items that can not be replaced. Oh...also, days after I found out the package was discarded, I received an email that the shipment charge was increased to $19.85!! haha...ridiculous. Case # 1126961906. read more

Let me start by saying I worked for FedEx for over 3 years. 3+ years of driving & 3+ months of loading trucks. For those who aren't aware, Fedex is subcontracted out. Which means FedEx doesn't directly pay their employees. Their employees don't have benefits or retirement. The pay is meh at best. So the reason UPS is so much better is because the employees are held to a hire standard & taken much better care of. The problem with the FedEx comes directly from the head of the snake & I gotta tell you since moving on to better things... I've noticed how much of a nightmare it is to deal with FedEx as a customer. They're estimated delivery is ALWAYS off. The packaging is always destroyed which doesn't surprised me. I worked with these people, I know how they operate. I've seen it all. From people throwing packages to people punching packages to people pissing on packages. Yes I said pissing. When you have a company as large as they are who subcontracts out drivers it's an absolute free for all. You wear a FedEx shirt but you don't work for FedEx. It's bizarre. FedEx doesn't give a shit & will never give a shit because companies still use them to move their product for one reason. FedEx undercuts UPS bottom dollar, since FedEx pays their employees like shit they can afford to ship packages for much less. FedEx needs an overhaul BAD, but I don't think it will ever happen. So as angry as I am right now about them fucking up another one of my deliveries I know it won't do any good. As long as they're making money they could care less about reviews. read more

Title: A Total Disaster with FedEx Rating: I recently had an extremely negative experience with FedEx, which unfortunately left much to be desired in terms of efficiency, transparency, and customer service. Despite having paid the shipping cost in the United States with a promise of delivery in 5 days, my package suffered inexplicable delays and a total lack of effective communication. The customer service was beyond disappointing; on my first attempt to contact them to resolve the issue, I was abruptly hung up on, showing a lack of professionalism and consideration. When I managed to communicate again, I discovered that my package had been held without apparent reason, then sent to the destination country, and, surprisingly, sent back to the country of origin, resulting in a delay of two weeks beyond the promised delivery date. To make matters worse, once the package finally arrived at the destination customs, FedEx did not declare the correct value, leading to an additional charge of more than $400 to release my package. This situation not only significantly increased the total cost but also resulted in an excessive charge by customs. This accumulation of errors, lack of transparency, and poor handling of the situation by FedEx have been completely unacceptable. I feel obligated to share this experience to warn others about the potential headaches they may face when choosing this company for their shipments. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I sent a FEDEX envelope on Monday with delivery requested by 10:30 am on Wednesday. Got an email that said "early delivery - Tuesday by 10:30" -- Wonderful -- No delivery. Got a notice "delivery by 10:30 Wednesday" - great it's still on time. Got a notice it was delayed to end of day Wednesday -- no delivery. Got a notice that delivery was attempted, but FE did not show up at the office at all that day so they lied. At this point, I'm frustrated as my important delivery is not delivered. Got a note that said "you can pick up your delivery after 5 today on Fuqua" -- way outside the delivery area. Looked up the record and it shows delivery Thursday at 10:30. It's 12:15 now and it's not delivered. I've filed a Case with FE, I've talked to the Resolution Team, and I've contacted FE Customer Service 4 times as of now. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. From now on, my delivery service of choice will be UPS. They've never let me down. As for FEDEX, if they can't deliver an envelope across town, how in the world are they going to meet your international shipping needs. I don't think they will. I paid for a service I did not get and no refund was offered. These people do not tell the truth, Customer Service is a joke, and you can trust your package will be delayed. read more

Worst service ever. I have used fedex in the past to ship documents to India. Those documents went fine. This time I had to send some documents and some home baked macarons to India. I started my shipping on Saturday. They took it in a large box and gave me the receipt saying it will be delivered by Wednesday of the coming week. I do not work in customs so I do not know what the process is and they never bothered to tell me we need to do KYC for custom clearance in India. This delayed my parcel for 2 days. After the clearance, the parcel sat in the same city for another 2 days. then in the next city for 3 more days and then they updated the status to Pending! When asked when they will deliver, the only response given to me was : "sorry maam I understand it must be very frustrating" How useless are these people? Can they not check and tell me what is causing the delay? I do understand there could be transit issues but if you know there are shipping delays and huge backlog, why gove me a wrong estimate delivery time? And then daily update the delivery time to the next day! What's worse is for this shitty service they cost me 200$ for 2lb package Seriously the worst I have ever seen! No professionalism, no punctuality, money grubbers, horrible customer service. An epic example of how to do eveything wrong! Hopeless read more

If I could give zero I would! Last week a package was giving to fedex in Edmonton ab for an over night shipment we were told we would have it by the end of the day the following day. They gave a tracking number and everythin. Well they lied it never showed up , we called, they said oh its on its way Friday by end of day, still nothing. Saturday I get up and go to work my boyfriend is still stuck at home waiting for it, still nothing, at 2 pm fedex shows up at my work to drop a package off for someone because it's Saturday and so I asked have you been to veteran yet and he's like no not yet (thinking great it's coming today), not a damn thing. We say fine if not by Monday morning we'll call again.. we waited all morning and nothing we call again and they tell us we don't go that far out (more lies!!!! They were at my work Saturday) they said they had to contract out so we would have it Monday night forsure! Never came! Now it's Tuesday almost a week later and we called again they said they gave it to canada post today and didn't even do over night which they were paid for... so we are still waiting for it.. and they lied multiple times saying it was sent out when in reality they had it just sitting there the entire time! Such a useless company and shouldn't be a business or an option at all! read more
