Once again FedEx has did it again. I do not know how this service is even in business. We order from Hello Fresh weekly. Our packages are sent out on Friday from Columbus, OH (Hello Fresh) location closest to our home. Packages with food, especially meats has a 3 day time period to arrive, else it is considered bad. I've explained this to FedEx in the past and they deliver it days later. Yesterday, was the 10th time this has happened to me and will be the final straw. We have ordered 80 meals from Hello Fresh over the past year 1/2. That's $9,500 that we've spent in food over the period. That's impressive for the company to have us as a regular customer ongoing. FedEx did it again. They were supposed to deliver the food on Saturday and we received a notification that it was DELAYED. When it's delayed it means that the driver(s) do not want to drive to our location in the south hills from Coraopolis. It's absolutely ridiculous. I called and complained and the guy opened a ticket up for the situation. This week we have no food and need to go to the grocery store. I'm on a tight budget and this changes everything from just paying for our 3 meals for the week. HelloFresh really needs to think about coming up with a better situation or clause in their contract with FedEx because they suck as a company and If I can go in any direction away from FedEx I will. Thanks FedEx for being a terrible company. read more

HORRIBLE!!! Three times now I've had a package that requires a signature indicate failed delivery because I wasn't home and ended up picking the package up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this is nuts. I called customer service yesterday and they assured me it was marked as being their fault and it'd be delivered. Today it was allegedly on the truck at 1 am and out for delivery, then at 1 pm it indicated failed delivery because I didn't answer the door. Someone was home the entire time and there is no video from my ring camera of them being here. Called customer service and they said they'd get back to me. Two hours later and nothing. Never going to use a business that ships with FedEx again. read more

Some packages containing school books were mistakenly delivered to our business. The manufacturer provided shipping labels and I scheduled a pick up to return them. FedEx never picked them up. I called and rescheduled. FedEx said, "We'll really pick them up this time." They never did. I called and rescheduled again. FedEx said, "We'll really, REALLY pick them up this time." They never did. I called and rescheduled a third time. FedEx said, "We'll really, really, REALLY pick them up this time." Of course they never did. What a complete joke. The packages are now in our dumpster. read more

Horrible service. my package was out for weeks. called the company and no results. ended up going to the actual building and getting it myself. read more

HORRIBLE. I ordered a package and, unfortunately, the seller picked the world's WORST carrier... FedEx. The seller claims they did NOT mark "signature required," but somehow FedEx decided to make it so. I had no choice then, I took an unpaid day off to sign for the package. Suddenly, the FedEx tracking went from "out for delivery, between 10:30 and 2:30" to "delivery delayed, will deliver tomorrow 3/6/2025. NOPE. I can NOT take a second day off, I have already lost $185 by taking today off. I called FedEx and they said "it was loaded onto the wrong vehicle." That idiot screwup is NOT my fault. I was already WAY upside-down in this because I wasted $185 for a $60 order, and now I wasted the order as well since I am not going to be home to sign for it. I called, a very un-understandable foreign CS rep told me (as best I could decipher,) "sorry, was loaded onto wrong delivery route and will be delivered 3/6/2025" and, of course, didn't give one single rip about her job nor my inconvenience. I called the FedEx hub at the airport, and got a recording (at 3:15 pm) that they were closed, their hours are 7:30 - 5:00 and call back during business hours. HOW can they POSSIBLY still be in business? A WORLDWIDE CORPORATION??? read more

I'd give minus stars if possible. I am literally perplexed as to why the hell Fedex drops my packages at the front door in a typhoon as opposed to dropping it at my side door (just as easily accessed if not easier) where there is an awning. I pick up my packages and there is a waterfall pouring out of it. One does not have to be a rocket scientist to decipher which door to drop a package in the rain. I'm pretty sure you could teach a monkey the diffLet's get a grip Fedex.... OK UUPDATE--- lol just have to post this...have a long driveway which is on a ma'am road. They drop off my Chewey dog food order at the very wnd of my driveway next to the road...for anyone to pick up. I was home so went down to get it. But seriously- wish I id have kept the snap chat to post. read more

I am a Federal Firearms Dealer. I have a retail store located in Kingston, PA. For two years now I have been trying to get Fedex Ground to correct their delivery pin. They continue to deliver my FFL shipments of firearms, ammo and other items to the wrong address several towns over. To make matters worse they are dropping them at a residential apartment building. I have emailed, and spoken to a person at their local center and they still have not corrected the problem. Fedex Ground drivers are NOT employed by Fedex. Ground routes are contracted out to private owners who hire their own drivers. The drivers change constantly. The labels on the boxes even say Kingston but they still drop them in Swoyersville.. I am still pursuing getting this fixed but trying to get live people on the phone is near impossible. read more

FedEx is the most unreliable delivery service around. Was to have a package delivered today and was placed on the delivery truck at 8:20am from a location 20 minutes from my residence. It is now 9:15 pm and no package. I'm now told no delivery until Wednesday. This is not the first time this has happened. This is an essential package that I needed TODAY. If you want delivery use someone else. read more

I put a vacation hold on a package and they threw it out because they said it was perishable. Well, it was not and was an irreplaceable item insured for $1800. Did not even try to return to sender. Makes no sense. Something very shady happening here. I was given run around for days and had to physically visit the facility to talk to someone (their P&D Manager) who actually knew what they were doing. Gross incompetence by their QA group because they violated their own processes by not verifying the contents and they made assumptions. A complaint was filed but expect little to nothing to occur from it. I WILL NEVER USE FED EX EVER AGAIN. read more

Such an awful company that blatantly doesn't care about its customers. A package with a sold-out item was delivered to the wrong address on a Saturday. I tried calling their customer service number several times and couldn't contact a human. I also tried to reach a human being through the Virtual Assistant to no avail. I finally received a response to a direct message on Facebook only to be told that they wouldn't help me find the package because my package was shipped FedEx Ground Economy, which only accepts claims made by the shipper not the receiver. So, now, I have to wait until the shipper contacts FedEx to have this issue completely caused by FedEx's incompetence addressed. Before this latest issue, I have had to submit complaints 10-15 times because packages have been left at the end of my driveway, in front of my garage, in the middle of the driveway, and beside my mailbox on the side of the road. read more

I wish I could give it negative ! Two weeks ago I ordered a package from Walmart Walmart sent it through FedEx FedEx marked the delivery as done I went outside there was no packages to be found I searched in the bushes and nothing I contacted FedEx they asked me if it was in my mailbox it was an ironing board it was not going to fit a mailbox finally after about three different calls I was told that it was dropped off at another address and to go look for it. Now it's not my job to search all over Mount Lebanon for one of my packages the day before they delivered a package didn't see it either they tried saying that the building wasn't marked. That's another line of BS because there is a sign that says so. However this idiot from FedEx manage to come to my building and drop off three packages for another address not an address in my building read more

FedEx as a whole is a bunch of lying scumbags. I run a business and rely on things being delivered on time or at least getting accurate information about delays. In the past 3 plus years I've never had a single delivery on time from FedEx. It's always at least a day late usually more. The last time the driver said they attempted delivery while me and my whole family were home. No knock on the door no door tag left. When I called to see why they said they attempted delivery but clearly hadn't I was told 3 different things/ lies. One guy said he would contact the driver and create a ticket. The next guy just flat out lied and played dumb. The last guy claimed it was a computer error that they hadn't attempted delivery but pushed my delivery until the next day..... so which one is it. So many lies it's hard to know what to believe. Long story short if you rely on FedEx you're going to be highly disappointed and when you go searching for answers you going to be repeatedly lied to. I'm shocked by the attitudes of the employees who work for FedEx. read more

I can't comprehend how a business this large is this bad. I was supposed to receive an expensive package yesterday but struggled to track it. I waited all day for them to notify me at 7pm it wouldn't be arriving. So they try to deliver it at noon today... A business day... when people work. And there is no option to schedule a day or time with them... They just keep bringing it every day at random times. Which honestly is just funny to me. What a waste of time and resources for a company. Additionally, contacting any real person via customer service is always a nightmare and I'm still unclear on whether they're going to try to deliver it tomorrow (a day during which I will not be home again) or just hold it at a local station. read more

I ordered a package May 13th I have yet to receive it. This by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The tracking info says the driver left it on my front porch which is a complete lie because the driver is no where on my camera log. When I called I was told to file a claim which I did several of them actually. I finally got in touch with the P&D manager from from the fedex facility where the driver picked the package up from. I explained the situation and they were suppose to get a hold of the driver because she couldn't tell me where the driver left the package because they do not use GPS. I haven't heard from them at all. read more

The past 3 deliveries made at my home by FedEx were not on time and 2 of them were sent to other states. I don't consider 50% delivery success acceptable. There was no valid reason for the incompetence by FedEx. In the future when i order online I will inquire with the company shipping the order. If FedEx will be used I'll take my business elsewhere. I've had it with FedEx incompetency. read more

This morning while turning into my driveway, the Fedx truck that was behind me barely missed running into me because he was in a big hurry in a 25mph speed zone. He had to swerve over into the oncoming lane. (2 lane road) . He couldn't slow down and allow me to finish pulling into my driveway. He turned onto the street down from me so I walked down because he had stopped at the very first house on the street. I wrote down the license plate number of the truck. He jumped out of the truck with a package and ran to the door while I said "I know you're in a big hurry to deliver" that's as far as I got. He hollered, I'm busy and jumped into his truck and took off flying down the street. I know that they have a lot of packages to deliver and on a time frame, BUT, I believe that safey on the roads should come first. Plus being respectful. He was very ignorant and shouldn't be on the roads if he can't drive safely. He NEEDS TO SLOW DOWN!!!! Yes, getting packages to customers is important, but, so is LIFE!! **This show as being in California. This took place in Pittsburgh PA read more

I order a part for my vehicle on July 3- with two day shipping. Naturally it wasn't picked up july 4. But wasn't picked up till Friday at 4. It arrived at a sorting facility 30 minutes away Sunday morning. So naturally I'd think it would be delivered Monday. NO- delivery expected Tuesday by 8 pm. I call fedex to ask if I can go get it-NO. Can I get it expedited--NO cause I'm not the shipper. I call dealer to ask them to call-they call and are told it can't be done cause shipping has begun. So basically two day shipping takes 6 days. Funny how amazon gets ANY item to you in two days--less than 48 hours--it's never shipped fedex. One was the lowest rating. To bad I can't go lower. NEVER ship fedex read more
