I dined IN. Because Star Wars a new hope is playing on the tv in the corner, loud enough to make out all the words but not so loud that it drowns out the trumpets and nylon string quartets singing Spanish ballads over the radio. We tried the 32nd Street location for the first and last time. The food was barely warm and the burrito hardly had any meat in it. We ordered online and the link for the #12 combo was not working. That should have been a sign to not order, but we thought it would be good. Sadly we tried to explain to the worker about the link so they could fix it, but English was not his first language and he could not understand what my husband was trying to tell him. I'm so disappointed, my shredded beef taco was completely burnt, the meat. I was starving so I ate what I could with a ton of lettuce. I called to tell the manager & he wasn't available so I complained to the person on the phone. She told me to come back and return the food! This has been my go to spot for burritos and Jamaica juice. It's honestly hit or miss, which is sad considering I only order a bean and cheese burrito and a Jamaica. One day the Jamaica was just completely watered down, then another time the Jamaica water was from a rubber hose. Remember when we were kids and we'd drink out of the water hose, it has that rubber taste. Yeah that. That sucked. Then the last time I went they didn't quite heat up my bean and cheese. Just spent over $40 at this place for carne asada fries and super nachos. My super nacho lacked meat I called the staff and was ordered to bring it back. Stood in the store 15 minutes only to argue with management and the servers about their mistake. I was told to much was missing from an order that never had all the ingredients!!!!! To top that off the manager and server laughed as they mocked me stating it's store policy not to refund or replacement their mistake. Good quality food for the price and made fresh to order. I had the enchilada y rellano combo which is wasn't on the menu but they improvised for me since it's what I wanted. The Spanish rice was light and fluffy, beans had great flavor and it was garnished with the traditional lettuce and tomatoes but also guacamole and sour cream which most restaurants do not do, perhaps it was an uncharge and included in the price already @ $10.99. First of all, let me say I cant believe this place got so many bad reviews on here other then the first review. Second of all let me say that the only thing i've had here are the burritos and tacos so maybe that is why. I have been here about 5 times now so I can comfortable say that the flavor is consistent and the quality is the same every time. My first trip was their opening weekend and my latest trip was last Tuesday. On Tuesdays they have 99 cent tacos and 1.99$ burritos. I would say that it is a tie between the Arizona burrito and the Green Chili burrito for top burrito i've ever had....they are amazing...add sour cream to the green chili burrito to really bring it to life. I've also had the beef taco, carne asada taco, and pork taco....all were good, but not as good as the burritos. I recommend you try this place on a Tuesday and get the Green Chili burrito and judge this place for yourself....if its bad, you are out 1.99$...if it is good you just found a great burrito place like I have.
