First of all a "do you need any help" would be nice. Their ice machine wasn't working so we went at the counter for some ice. After 10 minutes with no help, the coworkers ignored us completely while passing by us. They obviously saw us but the audacity to act like they didn't. Including there was dasher waiting. How are you not going to ask do you need help or are you waiting for an order to multiple people at the counter. The coworker was acting "busy" while it was so obvious he was not. I removed the lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles (I left my dentures at home and those items are difficult to chew). I also added mustard. If you got a hankering for a Dave's single or a Baconator, this Wendy's will do nicely. We had a decent experience at this location. The service was good. The wait time was short. The place was very clean (almost on par with a hospital!) The employees were nice and overall our food was good. My only gripe the last time I was here was that there was something wrong with the soda machine. It didn't dispense any ice. Even without the ice, the drinks tasted watered down. The good thing was that we ended up asking the people at the counter for drinks and they were happy to serve us drinks using the soda machine for the drive-thru. read more

The evening crew at this place are the most unprofessional people I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I chose to go inside because the drive thru was wrapped around the building 13 cars deep. Now I know why the dining room was so empty. No one wants to deal with the jackasses inside working here. I won't make that mistake again unless I'm in the mood to witness the lowest of the low in terms of customer service and professionalism. There were only six people inside total for the dining room. Three were in line and told me they hadn't even been greeted or spoken to when I got in line. The "manager", Julian, who looked to be about 17 years old with his cell phone glued to his head finally came from wherever he had been hiding to enter a code on the screen so another employee could ring people up. We sat at a table to wait for our to-go order. THE ENTIRE TIME the kid was on his cell phone having a personal conversation while he went around half cleaning tables, while milling around in the back area with several other employees who were acting very suspicious. It was so weird. This is the second time I've gone inside the building at night. Once was about a year ago and I said I wouldn't go back after that experience because it was so infuriating. I thought surely the same idiots aren't going to be working there, but they were. I was very surprised. My brother and I had a good laugh watching the s-show, got our food and left.
