Without reservation, I can say she is the most honest and hard working Realtor that I know. She has an incredible background -- originally working for two of the top agents in Philadelphia as their licensed assistant. After Susie decided to go on her own, she's made quite a name for herself. But in addition to have an amazing "can-do" attitude, she's also a pleasant coworker who has the respect of all of her peers -- something rare in our dog-eat-dog business. I strongly recommend Susie for all of your real estate needs.

First and foremost, they are actually easy to communicate with - even when they are not in the office they are responsive. Any issue I've ever had, they have responded promptly, and if it couldn't be fixed right away, they provided continuous updates with a practical game plan. This just doesn't happen everywhere. Now as far as my actual apartment goes...there is no place I have ever lived, including my childhood home, that has ever felt like home. THIS apartment is my home. It's clean, spacious, warm, and my neighbors are very friendly. I have never had an issue with rodents (which is amazing for the city), nor have I had an issue with noise. And my rent...the value is amazing. I have such a great apartment for such a fair price. There is no way you're getting my apartment at this price anywhere else in the city. West Philly is in a great state of transition now, and I know many folks are upset at what appears to be uncontrolled gentrification. To me, I think The Spak Group is building great homes for EVERYONE in West Philly. My neighbors truly do reflect the diversity of the neighborhood, which I greatly appreciate AND respect being a person of color myself. I hope they continue to grow and expand throughout the city. I plan on renting for them for years to come. These guys are actually doing it right.

Their responsiveness and ability to act fast made a huge difference in the competitive Bucks County market. He talked down to our realtor through every negotiation. The house needed a new roof and Paul had someone without any licensing give quotes to negotiate. Thankfully, our realtor did not put up with this we had two reputable roofers come in. The sellers removed the doorbell...Paul tried to pass it off like it wasn't a fixture attached to the house. His agency, Keller Williams, actually stepped in to resolve it because Paul had lied. He tried to convince us to close without accepting all of the keys at the table. At closing, he was incredibly rude. While everyone went around and introduced themselves at the table, Paul was 15 minutes late and didn't even say hello to my husband and I. He shushed our attorney who was doing her best to be as reasonable as possible. He insulted us to our faces. The office manager even had to step in. I would never recommend using or dealing with Paul in any manner. If you do happen to be interested in a house he is selling, be sure 1. your agent is as amazing as ours was and won't accept his mansplaining and slimy behavior, and 2. you have an attorney at the closing table because he will try to pull one over on you at the last minute.

Because I live out of state, they made it very easy for me to send me the contract, closing documents, etc. and even had the title company send a mobile notary to my home for me to sign the papers. Though we closed several months ago, I am just now getting some pictures of what they've done with my parents' home. I spent the first half of my life in that house. He explained the different options, conventional, FHA, borrower PMI, Lender PMI, etc. and put no pressure on me what so ever. He also was extremely efficient and knowledgeable with regards to estimated closing costs and quick with advice on how to save money on things like title insurance and homeowners insurance. As luck would have it we fell in love with a home at the end of December and Steve and his team sprung into action. They moved so quick and had everything set up perfectly. He found us an amazing rate the next day and had an offer letter ready the next day as well. Long story short we closed on the house 25 days later, seriously, 25 days later and this is with the new year and MLK day in between. I had expected it to take double that time but Steve absolutely came through for us. And his estimated closing and cash to close numbers were spot on and less than the realtor estimated. Steve is an awesome lender. My only complaint is that he couldn't be our realtor as well because with someone like Steve on your side there is almost no need for one. If you are reading this then do not hesitate to contact Steve, especially if you are like me and have a million questions and feel the need to text and call randomly as thoughts come to you... sorry Steve.
