I called and was told to email them. I have emailed them 8 times in the past 30 days and have not received a single reply yet. I first reached out in September and they replied and I was told I needed to make a principal payment before they could remove the PMI. Since making that payment they have ignored every single attempt I've made to speak with them. This is the first time I've ever been SO disappointed in a company that I felt moved to post a Yelp review. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of other mortgage companies in the area.
