He remained my Real Estate Agent in several different capacities for the next 10 years or so. He was my Property Manager for the main bulk of time, and then when I was ready to sell, he easily slipped into being the Seller's Agent and represented me while I lived several hours away. During the time he was my Property Manager, Mike kept the condo full. I had a very good rate as far as low vacancy. He took care of issues as they came up and was very responsive (phone, text and email). He charged a fair rate as far as his commissions and would make sure I was happy with the final amount. As my Real Estate Agent, he found buyer's within a month, and we closed last week. It was a smooth sale, no glitches along the way from start to finish. Mike has a lot of connections in the area, and was always able to get the reliable handyman, Sears guy, or chimney sweep whenever needed, which is a big relief when, as the owner, you live hundreds of miles away from your property. I would recommend him in either role (Property Manager or Real Estate Agent).

The O'Keeffe team assisted us buying a home in the Newtown area in December 2024. We were moving from North Jersey and Mary Ann did an amazing job with educating us on the different areas of Bucks county that would fit our family's needs. Mary Ann's expertise calculating the value of homes and excellent negotiation skills allowed us to get an amazing deal on purchasing a home in Newtown significantly under asking price. Prior to putting in the offer, she helped us calculate how much the renovations of the house would cost and the potential future value of the home after those renovations to determine if the real estate purchase made sense for our family. The O'Keeffe's teams negotiation skills were on fully display with assisting us deal with some challenges from the sellers side on closing day. Their negotiation skills allowed us to secure the home and receive some credits from the sellers. After we closed on the house, the O'Keeffe team provided us with numerous great recommendations, such as, contractors and fencing companies. This information was invaluable to us since we were moving from out of state to the Bucks county area. Working with Dennis and his team was one of the best decisions we made in the home buying process…read more We initially went with another lender and very quickly it proved to be a mistake. Our realtor referred us to Dennis and from the first interaction we knew he was the one we wanted to work with. Being first time home buyers we had a ton of questions and not only were they answered, they were welcomed. In this market, Dennis was able to snag us an unbelievable rate which was crucial for us. After closing, we also got a sweet card and screwdriver kit in the mail which was a nice touch. Dennis' team also followed up with us making sure we received communication about when/where to make our first payment. 10/10 would recommend and will use Dennis and his team in the future.

Every single team member responded to calls or emails within 15 minutes. There were no surprises at closing, which is great. I had some trouble making the first payment, even though I am pretty tech savvy, and a team member took care of it for me quickly and efficiently.
