We had to be out of the house the next day, but where do I turn at 4 PM in the afternoon... A Storage Inn to the rescue!!! I called and talked to the on-site manager explaining the situation. He told me to come right in. He set me up with a great little unit, did all the paperwork and had me out the door in 20 minutes. Thank goodness for angels! This was on October 4, 2019, I wish I could remember the young man's name. I just called and talk to, what sounded like a different gentleman, to make sure we are all squared away with nothing due. He was very personable and polite. This company knows how to select outstanding employees. The unit and the grounds were clean and well-maintained. When my husband was there unloading the unit he noticed a woman driving around in a golf cart and she stopped to pick up a gum wrapper... Now that is attention to detail!! Thanks to your staff for making a difficult situation so much easier.

Their was no hassle about getting back a deposit once I finished renting their unit. They were also courteous about giving me a specific receipt I needed to turn in to military transportation. When I made the choice to rent a unit, I was…read moreassured that the company protected your items from bugs, rats, etc. I was also informed that they required a $25 dollar deposit in case of damage to the unit or lock replacement. They then informed me that upon vacating, all I needed to do was give the unit a light sweeping, turn in my lock and key, and within two weeks I would have my deposit back. However, after I vacated, and removed my things, over half of my items were infested with bugs. Almost all of my boxes had evidence of mice chewing through and living inside of them. The bottom of my couch and love seat had been torn into and you could hear the mice feces rolling around in my furniture when we moved it. I contacted the company about the damages, and they refused to take any responsibility. I accepted my loses and just forgot about it. However, my last straw came after waiting a month, and I had not received my deposit. Upon calling them they stated they were not going to refund my deposit, because they found miscellaneous trash in my unit. My movers made it a point to sweep out the unit for me. When I stated these facts, they still refused to refund my deposit. When I asked why someone had not contacted me regarding this matter, they stated it was in my contract that they did not have to do it. So, I sat around waiting for a deposit that was never coming. They are very unprofessional. They seem to offer competitive prices, but when you actually realize they do not offer the services they claim they do, you realize you are wasting your money. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
