The kid that set up my unit screwed everything up and clearly forgot to mention they offered insurance protection! Very disappointed in how the matter was NOT resolved.

He was very personable and polite. This company knows how to select outstanding employees. The unit and the grounds were clean and well-maintained. When my husband was there unloading the unit he noticed a woman driving around in a golf cart and she stopped to pick up a gum wrapper... Now that is attention to detail!! They're also temperature controlled. My friend says she pays about $130 per month for hers. It seems a bit pricey to me, but you know your things are going to be safe and guarded from mother nature. The location is convenient as well. They're right down the road from my apartment. If I ever decide I need to store some things, I'll be coming here first.

I picked out a big envelope, but the guy said I could downsize to the midsized one. That helped and saved me a little $. The only slight set back was they don't have certain contracts with ups. So I couldn't mail out my already prepaid item for Amazon. I had to go to the ups in dierberghs which isn't too far away. I'd come back to ship here when needed. It's in a lot with other stores. But their lot doesn't get super busy.
