Desert was no exception to the disappointment. My wifes brownie was meh at best, but the creme brulee was a travesty. The sugar crust was way too thick and unevenly torched. I (a guy who loves hard candy and jaw breakers) could not eat the torched sugar because it was harder than rock and again, way too thick. The creme was nice but after having to excavate it from under the polar ice caps of sugar it was not worth it. Service was also not amazing. After a good start ordering and appetizers, the waiter disappeared for a long time. I needed to ask another waiter for some extra napkins and a spoon (grits were too watery) after over 10 minutes with no sign of our original waiter.
