We chose the partial planning package, and Kari worked with us every step of the way, from identifying great options for vendors to recommending all of the little details that we never would have thought of ourselves.     Working with Kari and her Feathered Arrow team was the BEST decision we made throughout our wedding planning process. Kari is so knowledgeable about the wedding space - she is so familiar with all of the venues and has wonderful vendor recommendations that she was able to tailor to the feel we were going for on our wedding day. We ended up going with an amazing venue that Kari had suggested right from the beginning and worked with vendors Kari recommended that were all fantastic. Kari is super well-respected in the wedding industry and you can absolutely see why. From her fantastic recommendations to her fool-proof checklist to the frequent reassuring phone calls and FaceTimes, working with Kari was an absolute dream. Kari's style is one of my favorite things about working with her - she is such a wonderful person and so patient, caring, sweet, and so much fun! But she's also a total go-getter - super organized, thorough, communicative, and persistent tracking down answers with vendors (super important!). As a result of working with Kari and her team, we had an unforgettable wedding day with amazing food, beautiful decor, but most importantly felt completely personal and true to who we are as a couple and was super meaningful. Everything went smoothly and the months leading up to it were way less stressed than we imagined we'd have been.     We could not have pulled off our wedding without the Feathered Arrow team. We had 4 unexpected venue changes - the most recent of which was just 3 weeks before our wedding. Kari and Jess are organized, communicative, and handle challenges with a calm demeanor which we appreciate. They stepped in to help us secure a new venue and helped us navigate all vendor contracts and changes. They helped with decor selections, taking into account our personal touches and color palette. As a couple that was a little hesitant if we would really need a wedding planning team to pull off our big day, we are SO happy we decided to. They manage the details behind the scenes so you can enjoy the best day of your life!

    We absolutely loved working with Kari. She just got the vision immediately, from our first call, and suggested us the venue we eventually booked before we even started working with her officially. Kari is so knowledgable and experienced and was really able to help make the whole experience so fun and smooth. The wedding weekend went even better than we could have imagined and all the guests were so complimentary. It was amazing to get to sit back and enjoy the weekend because I 100% trusted that Kari and her team got it under control.

    Feathered Arrow was incredible! Word don't even begin to describe how thankful we are for bringing our wedding vision to life! We had some last minute changes due to the rain & space constraints as setup was underway and we truly appreciated their ability to adapt and make the evening truly magical for my wife and I. From the moment we walked into the Redwood Room at Calamigos Ranch to start our photo session and saw how breathtaking the space already looked, there was such a huge sense of relief for me knowing my wife and I could relax and enjoy our celebration. They created final timelines for a family and vendors, took care of all final check-ins with our vendors and so much more. During the event they were their to support us and keep us moving along the timeline, but did it all from the background and really without our guests even knowing they were there working behind the scenes to bring the event to life. It was a night my wife and and I and most of our family and friends will never forget!

    Without a doubt, Kari is one of the leading professionals in the wedding industry as a whole. Having Kari by our side throughout our entire engagement and planning process was definitely the greatest blessing of our entire wedding experience. From the very moment we came across her website and IG, we found that the warmth, professionalism, and drive that she exhibited with her words to be completely unique from any other planner/coordinator we had previously looked into. She is just as composed, caring, intentional, and motivated in person, and we finally became EXCITED to begin the hefty planning process as we finally felt that we had found our support! We came into the planning process with big dreams of what our wedding day could be, and she helped steer us in the write direction while never stifling our creativity or excitement. With a very large and detailed wedding of 250+ guests and many, many vendors, Kari handled every single detail one could think of and always was one step ahead in meeting the needs of others and executing the logistics of the day. Through the six-month planning process, Kari was the ultimate teammate and helped curate conversation with vendors and took great care in helping us find the perfect team for our day. She is extremely creative and multi-talented, turning the act of planning a special event into a unique creative process for all involved. Together, we created the most beautiful, intentional, thoughtful day. Every single piece of the day was beautifully orchestrated thanks to her. We were extremely impressed with her preparedness, organization, and relaxed demeanor in the midst of so much responsibility and coordination. She aided in enabling our wedding day to be the best day of our lives as a duo, and she managed it all with grace, kindness, humor, comfort, and selflessness. She eliminated any possibility of stress and replaced every moment with joy, excitement, and support -- fully allowing my husband and I to be present in every minute of our wedding and rehearsal dinner celebration. We will never forget the care and support she showed us during this special time in our lives as long as we live, and we are eternally grateful for every phone call, text, email, mood board, meeting, and brainstorm she so graciously gave to us.     We found Kari through a friend's recommendation and are so glad we were able to work with her for our wedding this past October. Kari is lovely, wonderful at her job, organized, professional, helpful, flexible and a total pleasure to work with. She took a huge load off of our shoulders in terms of communicating with vendors, managing our venue and the many venue requirements, managing the vendors on the day of, and making sure we stayed on schedule and got everything done. We also delayed our wedding by a year due to COVID and she was instrumental in getting our vendors organized for a new date. She remembered all the the little things I wanted done (including reserving a ceremony seat in memory of my brother) and made sure they happened.     Kari literally saved my dream wedding... I can't believe that I already haven't written a review for Kari and her team at Feathered Arrow. I'm so embarrassed.There's a big story behind this one, so here it goes. Kari was always my favorite part of the wedding planning process. From our first coffee meet to all the emails and walkthroughs afterwards; we clicked. She is not only a talented and professional event coordinator, but more importantly, a support system. A confidant and friend. She handled literally everything, and I mean everything: contracts, emails, pricing lanterns, sourcing escort boards, putting me in touch with the right people, picking up linens, etc. Not to mention, dealing with my thousands of emails. For the entire 10 months that I was engaged and planning my wedding, it was honestly a total breeze thanks to Kari and Feathered Arrow. Here's where I really knew Kari was THE ONE... My husband Ryan and I were married on November 17, 2018 and the weekend before our wedding we were forced to find a new location due to the Malibu fires. So sorry for the all caps here but any bride-to-be has to realize that MY WEDDING WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED IF IT WERE NOT FOR FEATHERED ARROW. I'm being 100% serious. Kari literally moved my entire vision from our original venue to our new location at the wonderful Maravilla Gardens in just 3 days. The day was literally so perfect because of her and her staff. Guests still sing of her praises. After the ceremony and throughout the evening, everyone could not stop complimenting her hard work. My whole family even follows Kari on Instagram because we are THAT indebted to her. I have tears in my eyes writing this because what Kari offered was more than just a service-- it was moments and memories of a day I will never forget. Not a single detail was sacrificed during the relocation. She worked tirelessly to update all my contracts with our vendors and made sure that there was no stress on me what so ever. The big day went without a hitch and to be honest, it was better than Ryan and I (guests and families included) could've ever imagined. It was so perfect and. I knew from the moment Kari and I met that we were in good hands. We had already loved Kari so much before all this happened, but now, I can't imagine my wedding day without her.     Words cannot express my gratitude for Kari and Feathered Arrow events. My wedding was perfect and something out of a magazine and it was the all because of Kari and her awesome assistant! I used Kari for planning and day of coordination and I can't imagine having done this without her! She was a constant calming influence and absolute wedding detail ninja! Every Pinterest list or wedding planning list you find online only covers 50% of what actually needs to be booked, bought, organized and executed and with Kari's help you get 120% and not a second of your day is forgotten or left unplanned. If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again and if you think you can go with just any one think again because you want Kari! She is a top-notch planner and just an incredibly sweet person who was so fun to meet and plan with and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. Her network of vendors is also a huge plus with Kari. She even had recommendations for onsite babysitting services and our day after brunch. The week of the wedding Kari touched base with all of my vendors and completely took over scheduling and bring their contact person. I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful and relaxing it was to not deal with a single email or phone call during that week and of course the day of! The night of the rehearsal she wrangled and organized the whole bridal party and put my mind at ease with a complete walk thru. My mom and I sourced our own mismatched vintage dishes and trusted Kari to put it all together the day of and she did exactly that. Every single detail was perfect and it was all thanks to Kari's design genius! It's like she was reading my mind and I loved everything she came up with! Most of all the day of our wedding every second went absolutely perfectly and went unbelievably smooth! If anything wasn't perfect I had no idea because Kari just handled everything! We enjoyed every moment and we didn't have to worry about a thing and I owe that all to Kari and her team!

Since our venue did not provide any services, we hired all of our own vendors. 3LB was essential in ensuring everyone was coordinated and in place on the wedding day. Additionally, because we used their rental equipment, their staff ensured everything was set up exactly according to our instructions. I want to specifically highlight our wedding day coordinator, Jennifer. She was terrific and served as a calming influence throughout the day, ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. I cannot recommend Three Little Birds enough. To anyone considering their services: do yourself a favor and hire this team; you won't be disappointed.

The team arrived almost an hour late, several seat cushions were visibly stained and even molded, the cushion covers were not all the same color we had asked for when booking, and some of their staff were rude to us. Members of our own team had to jump in to cover cushions, tie them to chairs, and set them up to attempt an on-time event start, despite having had many other things to take care of for the event. At one point, our own executive leadership, who had arrived to attend the event, were helping assemble chairs just to keep things moving. Post event, we expressed our extreme disappointment, and after some back and forth over the course of weeks, the company did acknowledge the issues and agreed to provide a partial refund. Unfortunately, despite months of follow-up and repeated assurances, it has now been over FIVE months, and the refund has still not been provided. I normally prefer to handle situations like this privately and give disappointing companies the benefit of the doubt. But the lack of follow-through and accountability has been incredibly frustrating here, so much time has been wasted with nothing to show for it. I am sharing our poor experience, complete with photos of how the rental items arrived, so others can make an informed decision when considering booking with this company.

She took the time to understand who we were as a couple and brought that vision to life in a way that felt personal, meaningful, and beautiful. Every decision, every recommendation, and every element of the wedding felt thoughtfully planned and executed. One of my favorite memories happened on our wedding day. I had told myself I wasn't going to cry, but after the ceremony, I remember telling MJ how happy I was and how perfect everything had been. For example, during planning, we were dead set on having a "last hour" EDM set, with a curated mix with mashups, remixes, edits, etc., but James graciously communicated that it's difficult in a wedding environment, as it's more about keeping guests dancing and engaged than "performing", as a EDM DJ normally would at a show or club. This was something we really appreciated. He was an absolute ace during the wedding ceremony and reception. As MC, he kept our guests involved, made announcements with grace and charisma, and masterfuly navigated different guests' (drunk) personalities during a game. After our call, I also had meetings with other event coordination companies and it was clear to me that JM Events would be the best fit for us as they seemed the most competent and professional. I also liked that JM Events was based nearby our venue. Two months ahead of the event, Alexis began working with us. We tossed around a lot of high-level ideas we were considering and Alexis provided insight on whether or not or how they would work within the constraints of our venue and timeline. Alexis and Lilian also had vendor recs at the ready at different price points whenever we needed them as well. Over time we narrowed down which ideas we wanted at our wedding and Alexis provided invaluable insight on wedding logistics and restaurant service ops that we should consider in our planning. She attended our venue walkthrough with us so that we could begin to visualize placement for different "stations" at our wedding and also served as our advocate with the various vendors we had hired. She also checked in with us and the vendors over increments in time so that we met all of our venue deadlines and to ensure that all of the vendors were in lockstep with what we were planning.  The week of the event, Alexis worked to make sure to send out event confirmations with all of our vendors so that each vendor was prepared to arrive on time and any accommodation our vendors needed were provided. This was so impressive that my make-up artist asked me where I had found Alexis! Alexis and Lillian were consummate professionals through and through, I felt supported the entire time and any question I had was met with a very considered response that only a very experienced events planning professional could provide.  Our wedding celebration was one of the best days of both my husband and my lives. We also received so many compliments on our event, like "best wedding ever" and "can I copy your entire wedding?" I was on cloud nine the whole night and in watching some of my friend's video footage I saw Alexis working in the background making sure that our timeline was executed exactly as planned.  I know certainly that without JME and Alexis, our night would not have went off as seamlessly as it did and I am so grateful for JME and their team. My (then) boyfriend and I got engaged in February 2021, and I always knew I'd want a slightly longer engagement, just to push things out so I'd have more time to decide on what I wanted and how I wanted it. From the start, however, we already knew we wanted to work with Lilian and her team. Given that I had more time, somewhat wanted the challenge of planning a wedding, and felt pretty prepared, we opted for the month-of services. Once we started working with Lilian, our wedding-planning life honestly became sooo much easier. I feel like we had a pretty good idea and plan for everything we needed, yet, Lilian still, easily, made things even better. There were so many things we didn't know we needed. She was so thorough, organized, and thoughtful and knowing she and her team would be by our side to finalize the details and (basically) walk us down the aisle, really put us at ease. Her communication was spot on - not just with us, but with our vendors, and with handling any (not unexpected) last minute changes. She was so easy to reach and communicate with, and was always so patient and efficient. She knew what we wanted, what we needed, and offered suggestions along the way. On our big day, her team was just as great - from the pre-wedding set up, making sure our bridal party had everything we needed, even helping us order boba - Lilian had everything all thought out. She checked in with us throughout the busy night, and helped wrap things up seamlessly. We truly couldn't imagine a more perfect day, and would not have had it any other way. Not only did Grace plan our wedding in that short amount of time (about 4 months) but she also planned our rehearsal dinner and welcome party the day before. Somehow, she made everything feel effortless. The wedding was beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of. Grace handled EVERYTHING, from venue coordination, food, drinks, logistics, rentals, linens, signage, party favors, website details, photography, videography, florals, hair and makeup and even helping secure approvals with the fire marshal for real candles and full drapery. Every vendor she recommended was incredible and together they created the absolute dream team. We had countless calls and probably millions of text messages from me, especially as a Type A bride, and Grace was patient, responsive, organized and always one step ahead. She truly understood our vision and made us feel supported throughout the entire process. Our welcome party, rehearsal dinner and wedding day were PERFECT. Honestly, beyond perfect. Guests are still telling us it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Our wedding party and immediate family kept saying not only was it the best wedding ever, but that we had assembled the best vendor team imaginable all thanks to Grace. What meant the most to me was how stress-free she made everything feel. My husband and I were actually able to enjoy our wedding day because Grace handled every big and small detail behind the scenes. She even made sure tray passes and our signature cocktails were brought to our getting-ready suite because she knew we would miss them while taking photos and doing makeup touch-ups.
