We stopped by Feast It Forward for a bottle of wine to enjoy. This was my first time here and I was really happy with the way this spot designed its interior and exterior area. This spot instantly gave me a warm and cozy vibe. Service was friendly. The worker gave us some recommendations to choose from and also told us which ones were sold out. We ended up choosing the 2020 B. Wise Trios Cabernet Sauvignon and was not disappointed! Amazing wine, amazing company, amazing service, and amazing interior/exterior designs... what more can you ask for?

Feast it Foward is a nonprofit that basically aims to feed the hungry in unique ways and through events. We did some wine tasting on a Saturday, with Roger pouring our bottles and sharing conversation in the adorable patio. Afterward, they allowed us to play the instruments sitting in their facility which looked like it was solely for decor. It is a really charming set up both inside and outside with lots of options for seating, including wide bench swings big enough to lay on. Their website had noted that their Summer Wineland Saturday series was taking place, but I believe it was cancelled that day (or inaccurately listed on their website). This was fine, we still enjoyed the wine tasting, in a cool and casual picturesque atmosphere. And service was great, everyone who helped us was super friendly.  We returned the next day, and found that festival-like atmosphere that was advertised for Saturday taking place on Sunday instead, with cornhole, tables with macarons and energy pod chocolate dips, plenty of diverse seating, a stage, and the sounds of reggae providing a treat for our ears. But it was like a million degrees outside, so we didn't stay long. It was still cool to check out. If the weather was more bearable, I could see this being a lot more lively event. Overall, the Studio by Feast it Forward is quite cool, and a lot more laid back than many other wineries or tasting facilities, which I appreciated. But special events and live music make it that much better, and by the way, there is a view of the Oxbow stage to enjoy live concerts as well. Also, they have a tiny dedicated parking lot for the venue, but you probably shouldn't be using it if you are drinking.

I would of gave 4 stars if a staff member wasn't rude to us. Quick tip be pleasant to your patrons. Back to Feast & Forward. I had no idea the wine tasting studio existed. Shabby chic outside area was too cute. They also offer private igloos towards the back which is a fabulous idea. Since the day was around 88 degrees they advised us it would be too hot to sit inside the igloo but offered us a private area. My suggestion is to rsvp. You can bring your own desserts and pizza is also an option in the back if you get hungry. I'd like to say it had an intimate feel amongst my friends. I would totally come back.

First time here on a Saturday and so glad I finally got to experience it. We were meeting to celebrate a friends birthday so all the different seating gathering areas made it easy to choose a spot to sit and relax with adults and kids. All the staff were super friendly and always checking up on us to see if we needed anything. I love how they have a self service spot to get water and the Asian food truck was just the thing to munch on yummy dim sum while sipping on bottles of wine.

Super cool vibe and idea for the space. However, the food choices are limited and not much for the kids. Unfortunately, outside food is not allowed so eat before you come. Drinks are reasonably and selection is okay. Everything is walk up service so pick out a seat first before trying to get food or drinks. I would've gave this place 4 stars but the lack of shade forced us to take the kids a park where they could play and not be in the direct sun. This past weekend was really hot. I believe this place could be a lot better if it had some misters and more shade. We will be back for sure but later in the evening when it cools down.

SUCH a cute place! Randomly ran into this place one day with my hubby and enjoyed it so much had to come back and bring friends. Walked in with a group of 4 without reservations on a Thursday afternoon. We decided to just buy a bottle and enjoy it outside. They have a bunch of cute areas to sit outside. The inside is uniquely decorated. The service was great.

There's so much to say about this spot. By far it's the best eclectic fun event space in Napa. Oh yeah, it's also a wine collective that offers an awesome variety from at least a dozen different brands. Since I mainly drink white wine, my go to is a bottle of their Acres Sauvignon Blanc. It's a great place for both small gatherings, date night or fun spot to kick it with the girls or even to host large events. Last year I invited about 20 friends for my birthday and we had a blast just kicking it and hanging out. The kids loved playing with the giant Jenga and cornhole (yes, it's kid and dog friendly most days). They have a large stage in the back with all kinds of wooden tables and really cool shipping containers turned into mini lounges. I love their first Sunday of each month because they have a DJ spinning Reggae music and usually some cool arts and craft vendors (I recently picked up some African earrings that have now become one of my favorite pair). The best part is it's located right across from the Oxbow and just a couple blocks from downtown (just take a nice stroll over the Napa river bridge on 1st street).

Great place to get wine and relax. The decor all around inside and outside is super cute. You can sit yourself wherever you please before a certain time.

After we finished eating, I frantically researched (read: checked Yelp) for a winery to visit. Housley seemed to fit the bill--good reviews, dog-friendly (we had her dog with us), and what seemed to be a reasonable tasting price. We get there and we realize it's owned by Tamera Mowry (who is now Mowry-Housley!) There's a picture of her and her husband (a former baseball player) in the window. We're sort-of starstruck. Shortly after, her husband (and the winery's owner) Adam walks up with their daughter and asks us how we're doing. We continue to be starstruck. Service was wonderful. Seating was comfy. The views weren't the best (we were drinking on the sidewalk and there's a parklet too.) The 5 wines for $29 was not bad, but the size of the pours was lacking. The first pour was the smallest and then slowly they seemed to give us more (maybe they heard me!) Honestly, the pricier wines tasted better. I wish our wine tasting could've been free if we bought two bottles or something--I would've done that! Cute merch and store with goodies inside. Bathroom is clean. Would be back!

Nice touches adorn the restaurant throughout. The menu has a lot of wonderful options. The service, provided by Alex, was excellent. We started with the Dungeness Crab arancini, which are probably the best thing we ate all evening, and that's saying a lot because everything we had was great. These arancini are perfectly fried crab meat rolled into a ball served over a delicious tartar sauce. I wish I had 3 orders of this, at least. We ordered the soup of the day and their bread service. The soup was a white bean and sausage and it was perfectly salty and fatty. The bread and butter was a perfect accompaniment. The Carpe Diem salad was also really special. It had these Cabernet soaked dried cranberries that were so good and tart. For an entree, we ordered the short ribs which come over a risotto. It felt a little heavy, and maybe the sauce could've used a little acid to cut the heaviness. It was still really delicious though. For dessert, we had the espresso crème brûlée. This was just the icing on the cake of a great meal. I love Carpe Diem and hope to come back soon!

Everyone having wine chose the Signature Flight, which included one white and three reds. I appreciated the option to substitute a Sauvignon Blanc for the Chardonnay, a nice personal touch. Each wine was distinctive, balanced, and delicious in its own way. You could really tell the care and craftsmanship behind every pour. What really stood out was the hospitality. Our host was not only incredibly thoughtful but impressively knowledgeable. She explained where each wine's grapes were grown, described the flavor profiles we could expect, and added insights into how the terroir influenced the wine -- all without it ever feeling too technical or over our heads. Even better, our designated driver was offered iced tea, lemonade, or an Arnold Palmer, which I really appreciated. It's always a plus when tasting rooms consider the full group's experience, not just the drinkers. The vibe was so warm and relaxing, we ended up staying for over two hours. It felt less like a stop and more like a true experience. Definitely one of the highlights of our time in downtown Napa.

Cozy seating, warm lighting, and little areas that make the whole wine tasting feel personal (Being in a large living room with different seating areas). She knew the wines, walked us through each flight with confidence, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and fun rather than "you don't know much about wine". I would absolutely come back. My one comment is that they don't offer the full House of Brown collection for tasting. I tried the Chardonnay and wanted to explore more from that line, but it just wasn't available there. That's really my only issue and that's why I would give them a 4.5/5. Check them out if you haven't already done so. It's so amazing to go to a place and then go back to work (part-time job) and have someone ask you about that specific line of wines. I was extremely excited to inform the shopper of everything I learned. He purchased everything I showed him from the line and we talked about 30 minutes. Great place to visit.

With a wasabi and fennel infused vodka, it was too unique not to be curious about. Upon arriving and looking over the menu, SEVERAL cocktails stood out to me as intriguing to try. Think maybe lime/ginger sparkling water with just a hint of spice. Refreshing and different for sure. I also tried the Mucha Lucha w/ cilantro infused Siete Leguas Blanco, chorizo infused mezcal and cubes made of hot sauce that make the drink have a bit more of a kick as you allow them to melt.
