I'm so glad I did because after learning TM, I now wish I didn't waste my time trying to learn other forms of meditation. Having a qualified teacher guide you throughout the entire process makes such a difference. Overall, I feel much calmer and have greater clarity. Michael Neer is the teacher at this location and if you're interested in learning TM, you have to learn from him! Not only does he have decades of experience, but he is also patient and approachable. I was a bit nervous at first, but he kindly answered any question I had. I feel so fortunate that Mike was my teacher!
