If anything they should be opening SOONER never later. When I got here at 6 there were 20 cars waiting in parking lot for gym to open. And a lot of them have left and others have pulled up. The facility is cleaner than I've ever seen it--machines and stair climbers are all working properly, which makes a huge difference. He even took the time to explain how the Black Card membership offers better value compared to the classic plan, and now I'm convincing my husband that we should upgrade. The Turlock, CA PF employees are friendly everytime I use gym while in town which is positive for this site. As for equipment compared to other nationwide PF locations it does not meet standards. Many pieces of equipment are worn out or out of order. Specifically, on my visit today 5/6/26, 6 treadmills out of order, dispensers broken, urinal out of order and more to list. I mentioned to front desk to let his manager , franchisee know. Gym is good place but need to live up to PF standards. Hope this review helps bring back standards of gym. Thanks

Of close to dozen boxes this is the second time in my 3 years crossfitting that I've given a 5 star review. This box is well organized, with a large and thoroughly developed facility with everything a crossfitter could need. The classes start and end on time every time! (typically my big complaint with Crossfits). The coaches are knowledgeable and well versed in the Olympic weight lifting aspect of Crossfit (another typical complaint of mine). What I appreciated the most is that they were just as willing to help me, a visitor, as they were their very own, regularly attending members. This is probably my biggest complaint when I visit boxes. I attended for almost two weeks on the weekdays at 4 or 6pm. I very much enjoyed the coaches Renee and Scott, they both had wonderful things to add to my technique in addition to being very motivating during workouts. The members are friendly, the workouts are constructed VERY well with a warm up and cool down EVERY workout (yet another one of my top complaints about other boxes). This box also is big on education! As we all know getting fit isn't JUST about working out but eating right. This box has resources available for diet, workouts away from home, and various record and skill logs for members (online and paper logs). I would highly recommend this box to ANYone. I could only hope that someday I have a box like this one where I settle down.

I had issues with the Prescott Club, specifically their GM who was not professional at all. I had been waiting 2 weeks for a follow up regarding my membership- I needed to add people and apparently my membership type is no longer offered, and I was supposed to get it grand fathered in. It didn't happen so the GM was going to reach out to corporate and find out if they can still honor it. After 2 weeks, didn't hear back after numerous phone calls and voicemails. I called again yesterday and an associate answered. She then said he was "going into a meeting" and he told her to tell me the answer was no. Very Unprofessional and lacking customer service. He, being the GM, should have given me a call back at the very least when he was finished with the meeting for an explanation. Anyhow, very frustrated- I went to Monte Vista today. Taylor looked into my account and did not see any notes since 4/22. This told me that the GM from Prescott did not even reach out to corporate. There was no current notes about my issue. Taylor went above and beyond and provided even better info and rates than my current plan. Now that is excellent customer service. I am appalled at the treatment I received by Prescott's GM- I believe his name is Koby or Colby. ( not sure spelling) I will definitely copy and paste this on their Yelp. Thanks so much, Taylor for treating me well!
