The communication upfront was good in the beginning but that started to fade a little along the way. I had to reach out to get any information on the work schedule. But I like to know what's going on to schedule my day out and when the leave the side gate unlocked. Sione was able to schedule Randy to spray for underground termites prior to the pour. The work was completed in 3 days. There were some finishing touch issues with the completed work but Sione sent a couple guys out to fix the issue.

Initial request was to repair one end of a CMU wall that was cracking because the rebar inside was…read morerusting and swelling. Later F&S told me that the other end of the wall was also cracking due to rebar rust/swelling, and we ended up replacing the whole section of wall. I will say that they do quality work and had no problem touching up two small areas in the new wall that I found that were missing some mortar between CMU blocks. They also included a drainage pipe at the bottom of the new wall that was not done correctly by those that did the original wall.

Kapena is very talented and extremely good at fabricating things (designing and building). He can weld, demolish metal pens & concrete walls, do carpentry - like build a ramp/walkway, paint, do plumbing, run heavy equipment (fork lift, excavator, skid steer), lay cement, and so much more. Doing projects on the farm takes a lot of thought due to numerous factors. We would tell Kapena what we want done, how we want it done, and why. Kapena is a great listener and will follow what we want to the "T". There have been a few times, however, he will stop what he's doing and propose something different to us and the reason why he thinks it's best. Majority of the time, he's right and has come up with a better way of completing our project.
