But this experience was far from professional. There were so many issues, it would be too long of a review to list them all but I'll list some of the terrible highlights. *Poor management/supervision *Terrible process and attention to detail *Prep work was shoddy *Workers left the job site dirty each day and ruined a piece of our brand new carpet *No regard for the fact that we were living and working from the space (the job took 7 days, unnecessarily). *Skill level of workers was mediocre at best *Communication and language deficits *Several times each day we had to do quality control due to dripping paint, missed spots, wrong sheen of paint, using the incorrect color in places---we only had 3 colors. *Misuse of caulk in a large area that needed to be repaired by a professional drywaller. *We paid almost 11k for the work and it wasn't even worth half of that with the quality we got. They gave us a 1.5% discount for "inconveniences"

I really enjoyed talking with him as did my mother-in-law. And then I never heard anything back from him. I figured he was busy so I gave him a couple weeks. A couple weeks turned into over a month because life happens and I recently sent him an email asking him if he was still interested or what happened or if he had anything for me from our meeting I don't know what happened but communication went to nothing and I feel like I was ghosted after our first meeting, which sucks because I was really excited with all the ideas that he had given me for a remodel of my kitchen that is not incredibly user-friendly at the moment.

I received a response from Tim who came to the site, inspected the project and even agreed to proceed/provided a verbal estimate. Despite this, he then stopped answering my messages and calls. After doing our due diligence and getting quotes from multiple contracting companies, we decided to…read morego with Titan because of Tony's clear and detailed description of the job to be done, including a breakdown of costs for all materials. The workers who did the job showed up on time every day and were courteous and receptive to changes to our initial plan as we went along. Once the job was completed (siding, gutters, paint, and replacement of one window), the quality of the work and materials was excellent. We could not be more pleased that we chose Titan, and we absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of home repairs.

They were very prompt to come out and work up an estimate which was competitive Best of all, they could do all the exterior work and not have to coordinate with two or three contractors. Lada also did interior trim of some new windows and will be replacing a sliding door unit. I was impressed with the work crew's attention to detail in the siding tear off, prep and installation as well as the prep and execution of the painting. The entire crew were very easy to work with and professional. Ivan was frequently on the job overseeing and helping out and was very knowledgeable and helpful to explore options and contract add-one. He always confirmed with me the colors, what was to be painted which color, which items were to be removed or masked, etc. The entire project went like clockwork, the quality of work is top notch, communication was frequent without being intrusive, and no surprises with budget or scope of work. As a retired project manager I have great respect for Lada Exterior's professionalism and value provided. I highly recommend Lada Exteriors for any exterior work including siding, gutters, deck repair, windows and doors, and painting. I understand they do roofs and while we did discuss possible roof repairs that ended up not being needed. They are certainly knowledgeable about the right way to do remodel and repairs and how to work with a budget. I will gladly call on Lada Exteriors if I have exterior projects in the future.

I was initially referred to this company by another that couldn't take on the job. Anthony, in…read moreadmin, was perfectly decent to deal with, though I was shocked at being asked for $350 simply to develop a cost estimate on a simple, one-window replacement. Encouraged by the solid reviews here on Yelp, however, I agreed to the earliest inspection time, which was about a month out. The person who completed the inspection was also perfectly decent, looked at the job site for around half an hour and dropped the cost of the price estimate to $250. I saw this sum as worthwhile based on the assumption that I would receive a fair and reasonable quote on what would turn out to be good work. Not so much. I was quoted an estimate of around $7500 to replace one 6' x 2' window and some slightly rotted framing. This not a credible or fair-minded amount based on the materials and work and I can only presume they didn't really want the work. Based on this experience, I pretty much feel scammed into paying the upfront cost estimate and would highly recommend avoiding this company, particularly for minor window work.
