She is incredibly insincere and has no respect for the relationships built between landlord and tenant. ( We were there 6.5 years ) When you ask for receipts of cleaning, she cannot give one, just an estimate. When questioned about it, she threatens keeping an entire deposit. She will say things aren't being renovated so they need proper cleaning, then the whole house is renovated 3 weeks later. She will not let owners talk to their tenants, because she won't get her way. I truly hope she is not like this with everyone. We did everything she asked, and then some. Edge real estate and Christy Pearce are a definite no go for my family.

They attempted to charge us for rent ready repairs we completed ourselves…read more when confronted, they changed the list of items to exclude what we did and added a few more items they did that weren't agreed upon. The new list still had the same charges as the old which was way over priced. They removed a freezer without our knowledge and refused to reimburse us for it, claiming we agreed to have it removed. Their front door lock didn't cover the paint on the door so they decided to paint the whole door which was never approved by us then charged us for that. Our new outside light was stolen and mysteriously replaced. Due to the discrepancies in the invoice list, we requested a list of items they are charging us for and in addition provide information regarding a $300 charge for material. They said they would charge us $77 per hour to give us such list and refused to work with us. we simply asked to be able to see what we were paying for and to have the items we did not agree upon deducted from the invoice and they refused. In addition, they did not offer to return or reimburse us for our freezer that was removed without our knowledge or permission. pretty reasonable requests with no willingness to work with us. moving forward we will not be using this company. I can only imagine what a nightmare it would be to continue.
