Open communication has been GREAT and even provided a ballpark price quote! Very happy with them, and havent even brought my dress in yet! **CONTINUED** I am beyond impressed with this business. Long story short, my apartment complex lost my dress I ordered for my brothers wedding and I was scrambling to find a dress days before flying out to CA for my brothers wedding. I brought the dress in Friday afternoon, like 1:30/2PMish and had to bring the dress in significantly (ended up finding a dress last minute on FBMP a few sizes too big) and it was ready Tuesday evening after work! Its like it was originally made that size from the company! Beautiful work, flawless execution of this alteration. They had transparent communication around what they were gonna be doing and to say I am impressed is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I am shouting praise from the rooftops for this business and please dont keep hunting for dry cleaning/alterations.. THIS is your place!

I would recommend this service to families, business owners, daycare centers, and everyone in between. Excellent service and very competitive pricing. Thanks again!

Sounds simple enough but I kind of doubt most places would be ok with that. Most would have forced me to pay for that right then and there. The dry cleaning and laundry service itself is as good I've ever had and the location of this place relative to my workplace just fits the bill completely. Only downside would be that there is no parking so if you are looking to park and pick up or drop off you might have an issue. I walk into work so that's not an issue for me.
