Told me they could show up next day around 9am, okay great I will take it. 9:53 am - text them to make sure no issues at gate entrance. Company responds with, we'll be there at 11am. 10:52 am - text them again. Receive text they will arrive in 55 minutes. They arrive at 12:15 - 3.25 hours after agreed upon time. None of this was okay - I directly told the person when setting up this appointment I was making it work with my schedule by them arriving at 9am, 10 at the latest. I did not need next day cleaning but went with it since she was so adament about it. They did not communicate arrival times and I received updated arrival times only as responses to my texted inquiries. Arrival of cleaners: Male and female cleaners arrive, seem very very friendly. I walk them around space, ask them if they need me to move anything for them, and leave so I am not in the way. Cleaning completed: They text me 1.5 hours later to say they are almost finished. I arrive home and they say they are sorry but they broke one of my wine glasses. This was upsetting as wine glasses were a gift from my deceased mom. They offered to pay for replacement. While that was the right thing for them to do, it cannot be replaced. Scanning apartment before they left: cleaning looked okay. Within a couple days after the cleaning: appeared they did not move couches/ottoman to sweep/mop underneath. Large pieces of glass, from broken wine glass, were under furniture. Along with leaves, dust, etc. Top of fridge was covered in dust. The dining room, used as a home office, furniture was dusted but was never moved to clean walls and floors. This was my first time using a cleaning service and I am so disappointed by the experience.

I was able to provide Larissa with a copy of the checklist and she promptly responded with the items I would need to complete in advance which was fine because there are items I didn't expect the cleaners to do. Things like remove stains from garage floor. This isn't something that was needed since the stains were there when I moved in. The garage just needed a sweeping. When I got back to the home, they were on the garage floor scrubbing! I felt so bad and quickly stopped them as this wasn't part of the service. The team (Noelia, her husband, and Neubison) did an excellent job. The house smelled amazing and everything was spotless. They paid attention to the smallest detail. I would definitely use them again. Larissa was great and very communicative. I knew exactly what to expect. She worked with me on the quote and was able to bring it to a place where I could afford. Payment is done fully remote (including tip) through Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. Larissa texted before and after the cleaning to ensure things were ready and then as expected. Super friendly and great team.

Their rates have varied over the years since I have moved to bigger/smaller places etc but their quality has never let me down. Let's just say he is now a Sergio believer :) they fold clothes, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, clean bathroom, and even organize. They have always gotten 5 stars from me.

The person named Scott called and said if you are calling to sell me something then go f*** yourself and hung up the phone. I never had the opportunity to explain to him that I need services. I called the company back because there was no way that this person, that is running a business would be this nasty. I left another message about Scott, in hopes that someone else from this company would call me back and apologize for the disrespectful, unprofessional, disgusting behavior. Scott called back and this time he called me a cunt and other nasty words and hung up the phone. I would never support this business ever. I won't go into detail about the extra measures she went to for my husband and myself, but I will saythat she really went more than an extra mile to accomodate our special needs for a last minute cleaning. After that I have come to depend on her on a regular basis. And CLEAN! My word do they ckean! I am tempted to risk looking too Hollywood and wear sunglasses in the house after they leave every surface shining. They also come when they say they will. What a wonderful concept. So if upon arrival you felt like it should be more, I should have been informed ASAP. NOT when the job was done. I'm out of town. I can't check for anything, all I got was 70$ for the 1st hr, and 60$ for additional hrs with 2ppl. My issue is not with the price, it's with you telling me months after our initial conversation per text which was 130$ for the first deep cleaning and 100$ every 4 wks after!! They were charging more then the first cleaning with NO explanation why!!! Absolutely unacceptable. Things change, yes. NOT after service rendered or after an initial agreement with no reasoning. Then I get home and the wall behind the stove is dirty, there's broken glass on my front door step, a ring at the bottom of my shower, and dog hair on the back of my couch. What was I paying extra for??? You didn't even do the bare minimum. So bad day or NOT, unacceptable service for the LAST day of service.

Most weren't available (it was the holidays) or were slow to respond. Happy Feet saved the day! Tellis patiently explained options over the phone including cost saving tips. Since we have hardwoods, he recommended a blower for each room that was flooded ($30 per day) and one dehumidifier ($61 per day). It didn't include a wet-vac which we already had. Another company was going to charge $600 so to say using Happy Feet saved $$ would be an understatement! More importantly, they responded fast, set everything up and left clear instructions. They also picked up the equipment in a timely manner and made sure that all was well when they left. Happy Feet is reasonable, reliable and professional. Communication is excellent! I highly recommend and will be using them in the future. Thanks Tellis!
