Today I picked up my first adult passport. The service is immaculate and efficient, as well as kind and authentic. Every employee is a professional and incredibly nice. This is the only place I have gone to for my paperwork and passports. My family has been going to Fb for years and that is because it is the best in the city (im from Los Angeles not shreveport). Do not hesitate doing business with them. read more

I needed to get my passport done fast and Faramarz, was so courteous, quick, and helpful. My passport was supposed to come in a week, but I got it in 3 days! This was steps above waiting forever in the post office oh and it was so reasonably priced! Very pleasant experience. read more

I needed a new passport fast. I paid for the 7-10 day service. Frank called me 5 days later to tell me my new passport was in his office. Lightening fast service -- but above that, Frank and his staff are good people who take pride in their job and enjoy helping their customers. It can be an uneasy feeling handing over your old passport and sending it into a potential blackhole of government bureaucracy. But FB executes and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Frank does it right. I highly recommend them. read more

Frank has helped my family get our expedited passports for many years now and his services have not changed but gotten better! I just had Frank helped with getting my passport recently and I requested a 5 day service but Frank had it done on the 3rd day but charged me only for the 5 day. I can not express enough how gracious and accommodating the owner of FB Express was to me and my situation. A friend recommended this place to me and I drove all the way from Orange County to LA to have a new passport in 3 days. From the start to the end he assured me that everything will go smoothly and I will have my passport in 3 days, and by all means, I even received it a few hours earlier than what we anticipated. Forgot to check the dates on our passports and had tickets to travel abroad in just 7 days! Went to the Federal building and told to come back later. Not wanting to take a chance, found FB Express on yelp and was only a few blocks away. Faramarz was extremely helpful and walked us thru the entire process in just a few minutes. Important note: make sure to have all of your pertinent documents including your old passport, driver's license, passport photos, and printed copy of the completed online application. This will save you a lot of time in the office and driving back and forth. Most importantly, got my new passports in just 3 days! read more

I came in to have an I-9 form notarized, for a job I'm relocating for. The staff person who notarized it blatantly lied to my face and said the seal wasn't necessary on this document, there is no place to put his seal, and that he's signed these forms numerous times today without a seal. I spent $40 having these documents fedexed to my new employer only to find out that this was FALSE information. Now, the deadline is coming up quickly, I've wasted time and money, and have to go out of my way to return and have these documents notarized again. I don't even know if FB Express will refund me the money. This was a needlessly stressful situation, a big waste of my time and money, and I don't recommend anyone use this company for notary services. read more

As I feared, the owner of the business did use the info he had recorded to call me up and raise his voice again to me. We disagreed about the error in the document - okay by me. We can agree to disagree. He asked me to remove my review. I stated that I was not incorrect that he raised his voice at me, even after I paid him, and I had to run out of there as I simply do not care to be spoken to so unprofessionally in a business transaction. His voice went louder and louder. I had to hang up and my ears were ringing! All he needed to do was apologize for losing his temper. We're all human. I mean, I gave him the money he asked for. I know that we will never see eye to eye. It's water under the bridge to me, and a lesson to me to double check my own paperwork. I hope the owner takes this review to heart. It's just bad business to yell at a customer who has handed you money, and is not yelling back at you, and has not insulted you. Just say that you understand that an error is made, you get what they are saying, but, you can't change the rule. Better yet, tell the customer that they will be charged again, BEFORE the transaction has happened, and let the customer choose how to move forward. I especially hope I am not contacted again. read more
