We needed to get our one year old a passport to travel out of the country this summer for a family event. Frank was very helpful in fully explaining the process for expediting a passport which involves going to a specific post office that offers passport services so they can verify the documentation and seal the envelope before you bring everything back to Frank so he can act as the expediter and send in for the passport. HORRIBLE service and discriminates against Asians. I had called a week ago to confirm what I needed to bring in to get my I-9 notarized. The owner himself said that I just needed to bring an ID and that they would provide the form. I wanted to get a simple document notarized. I went to FB Express yesterday during my short lunch break, thinking all would be quick and easy. When I go there, the woman present was pleasant enough, but she was not the Notary. She said that Ms. Bamshad wasn't there at the time, and is usually only there after 2 p.m., BUT she was currently at another location down the street. So far, I've wasted my time. She gives me the address and I'm on my way. I get to the second address, after circling to find a parking spot (more time wasted), only to find that Ms. Bamshad is not there either due to an outside appointment. When will she return? Around 2. Meanwhile, I've wasted my whole lunch break for NOTHING. These people need to COMMUNICATE with each other, and maybe put on their website that you need to call in advance and/or make an appointment.
