Wifey needed 60+ year old documents translated from Farsi to English. Faramarz (Frank) had them professionally translated and certified in only three days. Turns out there was some stuff no one else was able to translate previously. Wifey became emotional when picking up the documents and the staff consoled her. Very nice people! They don't accept Apple Pay, so we paid with PayPal. Highly recommended. read more

Frank is a magician!!! This is literally the best service I've ever received from anyone in my life. I had a 24 hour window before I would have to cancel a very expensive international flight. I was very worried I could not get my passport renewed in time. But Frank totally made it happen: he came in to meet me on a holiday, he expedited the process, kept me informed, and then delivered before he said he would. If I could give him 100 stars, I would. He's THE man when you need expedited passport or visa service!!! read more

I took advantage of the suspension of international travel during Covid to renew my passport even though it was valid for two more years. I found Frank on Yelp and he took care of everything. I am a bit of a control freak and usually do it myself, but I wanted a service provider in the neighborhood whom I could call if the process got prolonged or inordinately delayed: a friend had to wait 8 months last year to get his passport re-issued. Frank was very reassuring and took care of everything: photos, paperwork, mailing, etc. And as he estimated I got my new passport in less than six weeks. Many thanks! read more

Frank is awesome! I got my passport one week after I ordered it. He's very organized and the prices are good. Thanks Frank! 5 stars!

We needed to get our one year old a passport to travel out of the country this summer for a family event. Frank was very helpful in fully explaining the process for expediting a passport which involves going to a specific post office that offers passport services so they can verify the documentation and seal the envelope before you bring everything back to Frank so he can act as the expediter and send in for the passport. The worst part was waiting in line for several hours at the post office but it was very quick & easy when dealing with Frank's part. As a matter of fact, we received the passport back a week earlier than expected! read more

HORRIBLE service and discriminates against Asians. I had called a week ago to confirm what I needed to bring in to get my I-9 notarized. The owner himself said that I just needed to bring an ID and that they would provide the form. When I got there, the owner went back on his word and kept helping other customers before me even though I got there first. read more

I wanted to get a simple document notarized. I went to FB Express yesterday during my short lunch break, thinking all would be quick and easy. When I go there, the woman present was pleasant enough, but she was not the Notary. She said that Ms. Bamshad wasn't there at the time, and is usually only there after 2 p.m., BUT she was currently at another location down the street. So far, I've wasted my time. She gives me the address and I'm on my way. I get to the second address, after circling to find a parking spot (more time wasted), only to find that Ms. Bamshad is not there either due to an outside appointment. When will she return? Around 2. Meanwhile, I've wasted my whole lunch break for NOTHING. These people need to COMMUNICATE with each other, and maybe put on their website that you need to call in advance and/or make an appointment. I do not recommend this business. read more
