Don't go here. We did what a mistake. We are a family of 5. My husband myself and our 3 girls. Ages 2,4,6. So we went in. We were looking for a place to sit. I asked a female employee if a table was available because there were chairs blocking the area. She responded in the rudest way that no, only tables that had an available sign were available. Said table did have such sign. So we decided to sit at another table. We pulled a chair over because there are 5 of us and only 4 chairs. At this point a male employee came by and told us only 4 to a table. What?? I am suppose to set one of my girls or my husband at another table?. That doesn't make sense. The female employee then said haven't you heard about Covid. Of course I have i haven't been under a rock for the last year. I am an educator of course I have heard of Covid. So I said I think we will just go somewhere else. At which point the male employee said I think that is a good idea. Have a good time somewhere else. Wow. Really great customer service. Another family was there. The woman in the group said they made us split to 2 tables as well, but her kids were teens and I could see that being reasonable but my 3 are young. Decided to get fazolis for the family and when I got there the manager or staff was so rude. Short red hair and glasses we asked if we could get extra bread sticks for the kids and she said I'll have to charge you $2.30 for 2, but if I go in and order there free wtf. Then we told her she forgot one of our meals and she said no that's it in your hand. Thank goodness the little girl that gave e us are order said no that's not it and the lady said oh and went and got it. Worst place ever never been treated so bad at a fazoli like this. The cashier (Baileigh was the name on the receipt) was extremely friendly and helpful. She was also very efficient as there was a long line when we arrived. Sat waiting for over twenty minutes because they closed their drive thru. And then the staff proceeded to screw around, scream at each other, and be completely unprofessional. I don't think there was one single person in charge. We had to wait even longer because once they were done messing around and finally bothered to look at our order they had to put more breadsticks in. Perhaps if you weren't running around the restaurant like it's a playground, you might have been able to get our food in a timely manner. The food here gets maybe 1 1/2 stars. I really go cause my kids have a fine appreciation of overcooked pasta and bland sauce. Ok, seriously, that's not why either. I go because (yep, another mom tip) on Tuesday nights, kids meals are 99cents w/purchase of an adult dish of course. Yo, if you need to feed the whole crew, go on Tuesday. They also will generally have a craft table. That can almost guarantee you about 20 minutes of time to speak uninterrupted to your S.O. if you should be so inclined. Well, I have to add a star-just because my experience today was good. Went to lunch with a little one. This was the first "Itallian"food place i had ever been to that had line to order, just like fast food. (i know, call me a hick, I am from montana and I am use to having my fItallian food bought to my table). That aside the lunch specials were nice($3.99) and the food tasty. I had a plate of spaghetti, a slice of pizza and a bread stick with ice tea. By miscalulation the lady gave me an extra (free) plate of noodles with alfredo sauce. Very good. I liked the flatter noodles. the sauce was tasty on both. and you can order the lunch specials all day. kids eat for 99 cents on tues with every adult order. I put in a mobile order. It was right there on the counter. There were some super indecisive customers there who were still looking on the menu. All it would take was for them to check my name and give me my order and both the employee there and the manager refused to take 5 seconds to check the name while the customers decided. Instead they both refused and made me wait while they took forever to decide and kept changing their minds. When I called to speak to the manager, I found out he was one of the people who refused to take 5 seconds to check the name and he hung up on me. I wanted to like this place, truly! The staff are friendly and it is clean, hence the two stars. I'm from Southern California and I miss the food there more than anything. I've come to the conclusion that people in Colorado have no taste buds. That's why there are so many Noodles and Co everywhere (barf). The bread sticks are soooo salty you can't enjoy them. The food is swimming in a mass amount of sauce and said sauce is...again...so salty. Why such a heavy hand with all the salt!? Very generic but I wasn't too upset because it's pretty cheap. This restaurant has good food and bad food. It takes them a while to make your order (which I'm ok with because that means they don't have meals ready sitting under a red light). The Good Food: Turkey Basil Submarino: Yum. Great flavor and my staple when I come here. Baked Spaghetti and Meatballs: I'm surprised at how good their meatballs are. They have a wonderful flavor. Breadsticks: Ohhh yummy. I think they're the best breadsticks I've ever had. If you order a meal without breadsticks I'd recommend ordering a side of breadsticks. And then a 12 pack to take home. The Bad Food: Fettucine Alfredo: The sauce was just a watered down cheese sauce. (At least, I assume it was cheese.) No amount of salt and pepper could save that dish. Pizza: Like tomato sauce on cardboard. They have a lot more options but I have yet to try them. I love the atmosphere and usually the customer service is pretty good. You know when you think fast food Italian its hard to figure out what type of grading scale to put it on, should I use the bell curve system or Just a straight up 1-100% range. Well I still have not figured it out but thinking back to my childhood and eating at the one in Arvada all the time I remember the portions to be a bit bigger (and just not the I'm a little kid this huge thing) there was not much there at all. I also recall the service in the eating area to be more frequent and much happier. There was one girl who was very happy to be working but the rest of the staff looked to be on ambien. The food was decent, more then I expected but one dish the baked Ziti was a bit bland, and i use to order that a lot. i also had to ask twice for my salad. What turned this from a 3 star orange review to a 4 star "burnt orange" review was the bread sticks! Way better then the olive garden, at least on this visit! Not so customer-service oriented. Rather than build a positive relationship with a customer, a voucher for a free $7 spaghetti with marinara was rejected with no replacement. Seems silly to reject a coupon because it is "old". Love Fazoli's. It's usually really good. Their chicken parmesan is excellent When compared to Olive Garden, Fazoli's chicken is almost as good, but everything else is as good if not better than OG. Most notably, Fazoli's bread sticks are a billion times better than OG's. A couple of times I've gotten overcooked pasta, but it's rare. I love that when I order chicken parm, it's always made on the spot. It's worth the extra wait for it (usually about 5-7 minutes) read more

For an Italian fast food place, it's pretty good. The service was fast and it was lunch time. I had the ravioli with meat sauce. I had the combo so decided to try their pizza and it came with a fountain drink. Loved the crunch on the base of the pizza. The meaty sauce really stuffed me up on the pasta. There was plenty of breadsticks to make me walk slow after my meal! The service was great as they followed up to make sure we enjoyed our meal. The price was just right for the amount of food I got. Love this place! Was super sad that they closed down in vegas so when I moved here and noticed this not to far from the house, I was excited and so were the kids. First they have a lunch special everyday that is 5 dollars, you get two picks off the list and a drink.. nice and cheap with five of us and delicious. I always get spaghetti with meat sauce and ravioli. Second the bread sticks are great!! If you eat inside they have unlimited bread sticks and boy do the kids eat a ton. I had such an excellent experience here! Generally, I don't rave about fast food establishments, but this place went above and beyond. I wanted the items on the spicy trio, but I'm not a fan of spicy food, so I was casually mentioning that fact to my husband. The order-taker overheard me and offered to make it less spicy for me. I was surprised, as I wouldn't expect that sort of menu alteration at a fast food place. Additionally, while we were eating, there was a worker coming by offering us freshly baked breadsticks continuously. We were also very impressed with how spotless the whole place was. Went 12/2/16 for dinner with the parents. My dad is hard of hearing so he leaned in during his order and said, "I'm sorry what was that?" AMELIA was working the front and instead of being polite she chose the opposite. She's lucky I didn't totally go off on her. So she walks back to the menu above her head and mimics Vanna White minus a smile. She literally physically said NOTHING but used her hand to underline something on the menu. Then she rolled her eyes, sighed and slumped her body. Oh it's not over... my mom's turn to order... mom gets up there, says her order and then gives Amelia a coupon for a kids meal. Which she proceeds to read and FLICK BACK AT MY MOM. Doesn't give her the discount, doesn't say a thing! My parents walk away and I walk up and AMELIA walks away and says to some nice kid, "I'm done! I can't do it anymore!" Kid walks up and with a smile greets me. I reply, "wow! It's nice to see a smile. And you're friendly too. She wasn't pleasant at all!" He replied, "sorry, she's new. It's ok." I said, " well no, it's not ok but thank you for being so nice." This nice kid had to help me again as we got our receipt with our meals and realized Amelia never took off the coupon item. Later AMELIA was put on cleaning duty. She half assed wiped off tables and slammed the spray bottle down as if she hadn't realized we were all aware of her tantrum already. Not impressed. This place is a great deal! The price is low and the breadsticks are plentiful! They also give you ranch or Alfredo sauce upon request that really adds to the tasty meal! Cheap, quick, and quality of the food is solid. It's quicker than Olive Garden and cheaper but the food is still very good. Very underrated.

I feel like quality is a problem at Fazolis. Yes, it is fast food, but there is still a need to have descent food, a clean restaurant, and good service. I like the food here. But every time I have gone through the drive-thru, the wait has been ridiculous. Tonight there were two cars in line when I pulled up, one at the intercom and one at the window, and it took over ten minutes. That's absurd for a fast food place, the food is not good enough for that. And when I finally got my order, there was no apology for the wait, the staff inside were clearly in no rush, joking around and hugging each other, AND they didn't give me all my breadsticks that I paid for, which is the sole reason I come here. This is probably one of my favorite italian restaurants in colorado. I loved it when they had the all you can eat pasta but sadly they dont offer it anymore. The breadsticks here are simply amazing i just cant stop eating them. The staff was also super friendly and always had a smile which made the whole dining experience even better. The food is always good here and unlimited breadsticks! What can i say, if you love pasta and breadstick then come here you wont be disappointed. So disappointed...I used to eat here a lot but the last four or five times my order has been messed up. Last time I ordered pasta with creamy basil sauce and when I left I realized they gave me just plain alfredo sauce instead. I went back and they apologized, told me it was because they were out of the basil sauce, and gave me a complimentary dessert. That was nice of them, but it would have been a lot nicer if they'd told me they were out of it when I'd ordered. I gave it one last try tonight when I ordered the vegetarian lasagna to go. I confirmed during my order that it would have the basil sauce on it and they told me it would. When I got home...no basil sauce! Just alfredo again. And to be honest, I don't even like their alfredo plain so I ended up throwing it in the trash. I'm a little over wasting my money here now, paying for items I didn't even want. I just left this location and if I could give negative stars I would. We went used the drive thru and upon arriving we were greeted with disrespectful voice on the other end. We asked for a minute and when we ordered a kids size pasta the lady tried to charge a big size and when we corrected her she got angry. And said well what do you want to drink and we stated we didn't want the meal and she was very rude saying we had to have that it came that way. And I asked for a manager she said I am her name is Jennifer then when we pulled around to the window she was very rude and unprofessional saying I heard you threaten to punch me and she's calling the cops and that was NEVER said!!! When I asked for her bosses name she told me no I could call tomorrow and get that info. Demanded that I pay and to leave and not come back! I told her to cancel my order and we left. I was so horrified by the way we were treated. I will never go back and I will be getting in contact with her boss tomorrow.
