Not terrible for Italian fast food. We dined in. Staff was friendly and food was quick and delivered to the table. Breadsticks delicious. The fettuccini Alfredo and meatballs were OK. Kinda reminded me of the Michelinas tv dinners. Floor looked like it had never been vacuumed and there was a smell in the booths. read more

I only visit Michigan twice a year and all my friends and family know that I have to stop here. I had a near panic attack when I arrived to Michigan one time to find that the Westnedge location closed, but then I remembered this one. It's a comfort food to me. It's not the best Italian food but it's pretty good fast italian food. I usually get the sampler and the breadsticks are amazing. The service is usually really good too. Although the drive thru can take some time. As long as this place is still around, I'll keep coming. read more

I ordered loaded spaghetti what was delivered to the table had no mushrooms, sausage or meat balls. Wife ordered chicken Alfredo her chicken was over cooked. The last 3 times we've been here it's been a disappointment. Like eating at Dennys shit show ever time. We thought we'd try again but we won't again. Terrible read more

Fazoli's - Supposedly it's loaded spaghetti. It's loaded with nothing - Italian Near Me - Kalamazoo, Michigan

Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE. The food is cheap AND delicious!!! Also my favorite part is the customer service! I mean the people are so nice its so comforting. I will always come here every chance I get. Shout out fazolis team in Kalamazoo Michigan! I love y'all! read more

This is your average Fazolis, but we don't have them yet on my side of the state, so my friend and boyfriend and I stopped here for a quick lunch this past Friday. She had never been, I used to go to one of the locations with my parents as a kid and more recently, I've been to the Sandusky location. I had the chicken with a creamy pesto sauce which was good, it's actually quite a lot of food. Unfortunately I didn't notice until later that the restaurant offers a $5 lunch combo, for two lunches, a soda, and an Italian ice, our bill was about $20. The lunch combos are a little bit smaller than the regular meals, I believe, but my friend got a salad and pasta, and was full. I wish their bathroom was not so cold - you have to go through the first set of indoor doors to get to it, so that's probably why. Other than that, the food was tasty per usual. read more

Great experience. I ordered the lasagna and I dined in. The food was hot and very delicious. The front counter staff was very kind and courteous. The manager, Joe, brought me fresh breadsticks and I kept eating them. He was professional and friends to everyone in the dining room as well as kept it nice and clean. All the staff seemed friendly. I'll definitely go back. read more

I mean it's nothing special... it's like the McDonald's of italian food, just more expensive. I didn't like how garlicky the fettuccine alfredo was, and it was a little cold but that was probably because I got it from GrubHub. Nothing was especially great, but what stood out to me was the bbq wings which had an oddly good flavor. Overall nothing was super bad about it, but I wouldn't order again. read more

My husband has been craving fazoli's for quite some time now and we just never had time to go to that side of the town. However, I got bogo-ish coupon in my email today from the sign up and thought why not? I had chicken carbonara subbed to penne with extra sauce (7.49+ .50 ) and my husband got build your own pasta of fettuccine alfredo ( 6.99: ended up being zero charge). Boy, The portion was huge. My chicken carbonara was definitely extra sauce and it was GOOOOOOOOOOD. Pretty amount of well done chicken with bacon as well. Can't beat the price for two meals and the best part was the unlimited breadsticks. The customer service was great too. Tip: Sign up for the email list and wait for the BOGO-ish coupon. It will be worth it. read more

Ordered take-out from here, the chicken broccoli penne, and it was just what I was craving; some heavy, cheesy, probably-not-super-healthy pasta. Definitely not what you would consider refined Italian food, but that's not what I needed at the time LOL. The portion was large too, and I was VERY hungry and I still didn't finish. Price is definitely worth it! read more

lester the best drive thru guy I've ever met he jokes and has the best attitude food is on time and very respectful

I always wanted to try this Italian fast food chain because I heard a lot about it. It is a really fast service and for a fast food restaurant, it is quite good. Personally, I expected more and I did not enjoy the food as I wanted. I ordered the Fettucini Alfredo and it was salty for my taste. But overall it is a good place for a quick italian bite. read more

Fazoli's - Italian Near Me - Kalamazoo, Michigan

I used to get a double cheese slice of pizza at the Fazoli's on Westnedge about 20 years ago - yes, they've been around that long & so have I - and it was quite good for a quick lunch. Decided to try same several days ago from the West Main location and found that the pizza was very different from what I used to get. The crust was not completely baked so there was a gooey layer between the bottom of the crust and the topping and the crust was thicker than it used to be. The topping was completely devoid of flavor and didn't remotely resemble a pizza flavor. I guess that's what you call "progress". read more

We love this restaurant and is fun to take the grandkids there because they love the spaghetti and the red sticks that are never ending serve piping hot with friendly service a nice restaurant to go to. read more

They have so much going on and nobody cares just a drive thru. Young kids working and dont care..... read more

Well what can I say but horrible we went through the drive thru at 9pm and couldn't see anything why because the lights needed to be replaced and the owner has failed to do so so you can't see anything on the menu ..The gentleman at the window said drive around I'll give you a menu and placed my order customer service is amazing so friendly but when it took awhile to get the food I asked why it was taking so long they said only 1 of the ovens is working and the owner won't fix it this isn't days it's months... How can you expect people to effectively give customer service when you give them crap to work with that owner needs to be sighted for negligence of his business read more

This might be considered fast food, but it taste so much better. Service was great. Love this place. Easy on the pocket book too

We were in the drive thru waiting to order for 25 minutes. Then got to the window and took them another 15 minutes to take our card. And another 10-20 minutes to give us our food. Very very unsatisfied. And the workers were very rude with nasty attitudes. On 8/12 at 12:30 pm. read more

Very nice and diligent service. Professional managers and clean dining room. Great, inexpensive pasta dishes and quality dessert options too

customer service sucks wait time is incredibly long and all the staff dosent seem to care about the customers or there jobs the use of profanity in the drive thur was unacceptable and the bathrooms were discussing read more

Fazolis is a great place if you're looking for fast, casual Italian. Sure it's fast food but it's tasty and very reasonably priced. My encounter with Angela was very pleasant and I enjoyed my lunch. Fazolis is not a five star gourmet restaurant so I you're looking for that, you are in the wrong place. If you want a nice comfortable and casual place to take your family for a cheap and yummy lunch or dinner my vote is definitely Fazolis! read more

I went here with a friend of mine and didn't much care for it. All the foods were totally greasy, and the spaghetti I ended up getting was covered in butter. It's nice that you can bring your laptop if you want, but the food isn't very good and the atmosphere is very family oriented, so plenty of kids. You definitely can't do any work there. read more

Anthony and Bryce worked with me to cater my daughter's wedding this past weekend. They were absolutely amazing!!! The food was great. The price was great. And they went way above and beyond in helping with set-up, serving, etc... on the day of the wedding. They also met with us at the venue ahead of time and just made the whole thing stress-free. I can't say enough great things about the staff and food. Let me stress - the price is phenomenal for what you get!!! They don't even charge extra for the waitstaff! (We were serving 140 guests.) read more

The food was excellent. However, the only one working was the shift manager, Brice. 2 of the girls, 1 working there driver-thru and God only knows what the other girl was doing. They were bad mouthing the drive-thru customers. One girl, standing around, roller her eyes when I walked up to get a to-go box, then she turned around as if to ignore me and just stood there, like she's been since we entered the building. when I went up to check on the rest of our order that was sitting in the window for 7 minutes, again she rolled her eyes and said they'll be with us as soon as possible. When she brought the rest of our food out approximately 11 minutes after we received part of the order, she acted like she was being put out for delivering the food to us. you lucky you guys have Bryce at that Kalamazoo store or nobody would come in there. I've never dealt with such unprofessional, rude, lazy, immature workers in a fast food restaurant as I have Valentine's Day Sunday February 14th 2021. read more

The food was cold and it took forever and the service was unprofessional and unenthusiastic wont be coming back unless my life depends on it. read more

The food was really good typical Fazoli's food. The service was amazing, really nice after being on the road 7 plus hours during holiday traffic. They could have turned us away as they were getting ready to have their holiday party but they served us and did so with wonderful attitudes so much so we didn't even know that they were closing early till we were leaving and saw a sign they posted after we came in. So Thank you guys! read more

The staff is friendly, courteous. Love the food and the under 500 calorie choices. Eat lunch here at least once a week.
