Chaos is the nicest thing I can say. Ordered 50 wings for pickup through GrubHub. GrubHub sent a message that order was ready at 1200. I went inside to pick it up but it was not ready. A young lady ran the order off on a piece of paper and handed to the cook. Told me it would be 5 minutes. The coin mumbled something about having to fix 9 million wings today. At 1215 I went to counter and checked on order. Was told 5 minutes. I said that was what I was told 10 minutes ago. She just said "I know". At 1222 another young lady was prepping order and told the cook he had something mixed up and the order was incorrect. By this time I was over it and asked if she had 50 wings. She said yes and I said just give me what you have. I'm tired of waiting. She gave me the order and I said tell the cook I'm sorry for ordering so many wings. My sarcasm went over her head and said "oh that's ok". No apology for the chaos. I guess Karma kicked in because when I got home I found I had 60 wings!!! LOL. Next time I want wings I'll go to Chilis. And no Buffalo Wild Wings in Columbus is not a viable option. They make Fazolis look like a well oiled machine. read more

You can't go wrong when you bet on the breadsticks. This place is magic with those things. As far as the Alfredo sauce goes it's missing something that makes it ultimately taste like it came out of a can. Tried the new wings twice now. First time the garlic parmesan wings were surprisingly good. Second time they were wet, soggy, and fatty. read more

Every time I decide to eat here, I have the best of time. I walk in to the counter to order, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. You pay for your food, they hand you a table number and a beverage cup. I always get the 50-50 sweet tea and I sit down anywhere. Not long after sitting down my food arrives. Baked Ziti is usually what I get because it's the greatest. While eating there is always someone that is walking around with a basket of fresh bread sticks. Life is Good, no this is not an LG plug. The food was hot and tasted fine. The problem was the tables were all and I mean all dirty. There was no where to sit. A lady finally came out to clean but it was long past time for that to happen. The restaurant was not really busy. They are known for bringing breadsticks around....I guess that was not a thing at this location either. The drink area was a mess. I go here frequently because the rewards app often gives me deals too hard to pass up. The staff is friendly, consistent, and I always have a good experience here. The only think I would say they could improve on would be the tidiness of the place (straw wrappers, etc) and the speed of service (but you can't complain much, this is a Fazoli's after all). read more

Started out going to a different restaurant but was not allowing dine in. So after a few minutes of throwing ideas around our group of 10 agreed on Fazoli's. Most of us hadn't t been there in more than a year. So truly like going for the 1st time again. Great company lots of laughs. A few minor issues which I can look Over due to the atmosphere our group brought in. My only issue was the sandwich my husband got. A turkey bacon club. It was the most pitiful sandwich I have ever seen. All toasted garlic sub bread with about 2 thinly sliced turkey slices, 1 strip of bacon, 3 thinly sliced tomato pieces, a leaf of lettuce and a a cup of some kind of ranch that was questionable. All that for 7 bucks. When you have to tear a sandwich apart to look for the meat. That is NOT worth 7$ in my opinion. Will not be back again. I get sick every time I eat here. Fatty meats, poorly trimmed. Dry salad mix with just enough lettuce to cover the bottom of the container. It's time this chain step it up and serve quality food like they used to! $10 for a poorly made salad and drink is outrageous read more

My wife and I had a chance to go get a bite for dinner without our picky 7 year old daughter, so we decided to give Fazoli's a whirl. It has been about a year since we ate there. We were looking for something cheap and quick. They are doing some exterior renovations (we literally had to bump into painters on our way into and out of the restaurant) and it looks really nice. Clean lines, good colors, etc. The teen girl in front of us asked for a free pepperoni pizza and drinks for her friends because her mom worked there. Then the mom popped her head around the corner and said, "yeah, that's my daughter". I'm all about free food but let's be discreet folks! We were surprised that our baked spaghetti, three slices of pizza (one double slice and one kid slice) and two drinks cost $19. So much for cheap! Then it took about 10 minutes for the food to come to our table. So much for quick! A couple can eat at Chipotle, Zwanzigz, Panera, Ru Yi, Papa's Grill, etc for the same price. The food tasted okay and the service was friendly. Otherwise they'd get 1 star. Cervelo R's review would have been much worse. read more

I came here earlier this week for lunch and was very disappointed. Arianna, the woman who cooked my food left hairs all in it. That's not even all. I went to the cashier to get a refund and she was the most rude woman I ever met. I didn't get her name but I wish I did. I'm planning on reporting this entire situation to corporate. How are they still open? When I went to get a refund, the cashier told me that they don't do refunds and that it's my hair. My hair isn't black it's blonde. Explain that to me. Never again will I eat here. Just a bunch of ungrateful staff. read more
