They make you pay full price for a can soda because their machine is broke . And will not tell you that it's broke

Sandwich's are pretty good and so are the breadsticks. The chicken fettuccine Alfredo is not good and same with the lasagna.

The Cape Girardeau store did such a great job with our catering order. The food was delicious and hot and their service was excellent!! I would highly recommend Fazoli's for family functions or office parties!! read more

This was the absolute worst experience I have had there. It took 8 minutes for someone to bring our food that had been sitting on the warmer. The cook had to yell at the girls working to take the order out to us. There was maybe 4 people inside and no one in the drive through. Finally we got our food and our spicy ziti was completly wrong. We got up to grab silverware and there was none out. We asked one of the girls and she rolled her eyes and set out plastic ware and did not even tell us it was out. We go up about 5 minutes into eating and we see one of the workers scooping the Parmesan cheese into the containers. No gloves were used, and neither was a scoop. She put the container that had everyone's hands on them into the entire bucket of Parmesan and screwed on the lid. As we were packing up our food we asked the cook if we could have a couple of extra breadsticks (because they are unlimited when you eat inside) and it proceeded with "your going to have to wait. I have a big catering order that I have to do first and then you will get your breadsticks". We waited for another 5-10 minutes to see if we could get them, and no one was around. We left unsatisfied, disappointed, and will not be back at this Fazolis. read more

The service was great!!! Super welcoming and friendly. Definitely coming back. I don't know if it was just the people on shift that night, but they were awesome and super personable. They went as above and beyond as they could for dine in fast food. Also I recommend coming inside if you're here for the breadsticks because (in my opinion) you get more and they're fresher. read more

It's been quite some time since I've eaten here, not because it's terrible, but because I just haven't been drawn here. Within seconds I had fresh breadsticks at the table. They were delicious! The service is usually sub par. This visit we were one of two customers and it took an unusual amount of time to get our spaghetti. In fact, we had to go back to the counter and request it.. Fast service. The food is okay. They could have more staff out cleaning tables but they might be short handed. They also have endless breadsticks so someone comes by and leaves them on the table for you. read more

We eat here often; it's my sons favorite place. I would say 9/10 times the service is pretty great. I think some of their new managers have helped with that. We love Fazoli's! Will continue to visit frequently:) read more

I recently went to Fazoli's and bought my granddaughter a child's meat sauce spaghetti meal. I was so surprised at the very small amount of meat sauce and the amount of meat was really shocking. If there was more than a teaspoon of meat in total, I would be surprised. I thought, well, this was a mistake, the cook goofed up. Then few days later, I came back and ordered two ADULT full size spaghetti with meat sauce dinners. I am attaching photos. This time I specifically told the person taking the order that I had been very disappointed with the quantity of sauce on a previous visit, so would they please not scrimp on sauce. If you look at my photo-- the sauce quantity is very spare and you will have to zoom in to see the tiny amount of meat in this dish. This cost almost $7 and change and it is maybe .30 cents worth of noodles-- ridiculous!! There isn't enough sauce to barely cover the noodles. read more

Wow. I love Fazolis and am from out of town. I placed a call ahead order at this location. Upon arriving to the store, I waited 5 min with other guests behind me until someone came out. What upset me was I saw the manager in back gossiping and she looked right at me as she casually said "oh someone's out there." Not 'someone will be right with you,' or 'we apologize for the wait,' etc. When someone finally came out and I mentioned I had a call ahead order she said "they may be done with that," she then looked at the customers waiting in line behind me and asked them if she could help them! I asked if my food was ready, if it'd be possible for her to go ahead and get it before helping others behind me in line so my food doesn't get cold. She brought it out, didn't provide a receipt or confirm my order. When I got to my hotel (wow, what a surprise) the order was completely wrong. I had 3 pasta meals and 2 bags of breadsticks. What a joke of an operation. The entire crew should go away, hire people with customer service skills and remember how to train your staff on what to do and how to engage with guests. Oh and the pasta I didn't order, tasted like throw up so after all of that, I had breadsticks for dinner. Thanks Fazolis, this location is an absolute joke to your organization. read more

Was really looking forward to lunch here as hadn't been to one forever. Walked in and straight up to counter as no one else was in line. No employees at any register, but four back in the kitchen area taking & laughing, avoiding any eye contact or acknowledgement that I was waiting to place my order. I had a really good experience. I downloaded the rewards app and got the free baked spaghetti, definitely not the best I've ever had but I looked at the prices while I was there and I would definitely pay the $7 for it! All the employees I encountered were very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. I waited about 10 minutes to get my food which is understandable considering the place was pretty packed and they had to cook the food. I'm not sure if it normally takes that long. The girl also gave me extra free breadsticks (I got my order to go) and those were great. I would definitely recommend this place read more

We were greeted with piping hot breadsticks and my hopes were high. I've loved Fazoli's since I was a kid. Food was good at this location and in general the place was tidy, but not clean. You MUST clean your restrooms!!! The smell hit you like a brick wall. Gulp. Such a strong yeasty smell. Like a poorly run nursing home. The whole place could use a deep cleaning. If I was the manager I would be closing down for a week to scrub that place from top to bottom. If that was done then this place would probably become much more popular. We were there on a Saturday at supper time and it was dead. read more

I love Fazoli's but this particular location in Cape Giradeau has got some problems. I've stopped there a handful of times now while traveling and won't be going back. The restaurant is dirty, some employees not very friendly and food was not as good as most other Fazoli's, particularly the Fettucine Alfredo. On our most recent visit most of the soda selections were out and didn't get changed during the 45 minutes we were there. Whole restaurant was dirty, floors, bathroom, tables, etc. They advertised unlimited breadsticks with certain meals and we couldn't get more than one (they were allgedly still cooking for 45 minutes). What a bummer because I usually love Fazoli. read more

If I could score them a zero I would. I had a previous bad experience so I didn't go for awhile.. I decided to give them a shot and got over looked for hmm some odd reason.. I was second in line by myself. Then a family of about 5 comes in.. I stood there for probably 3 minutes and the family behind me stood for an additional minute or so! While the guy in front of us were ordering, the (I'm assuming manager) was nearby the whole time and noticed the wait, so she said "I can get you guys over here" and skips over me. The family noticed and said I could go first since I was in front of them. But I said no I will wait since she already over looked me. So the guy finally completes his order and leaves to sit down.. the guy that was ringing him up, then turns his back and just starts making bread sticks, leaving me idle by myself.. standing for 45 seconds to a minute I just walk out utterly disappointed on my lunch break.. could possibly have been that I was the only black person in the restaurant? Who knows... but they were NEVER get my hard earned money again read more

I've visited Fazoli's twice this year. On one occasion, I found a cockroach in my food, and, on the other, I got food poisoning. The manager I dealt with after my latest unfortunate experience with Fazoli's was rude and unhelpful, and conducted herself with the demeanor of a high school student. read more
