Well deserved 5 stars! This location just opened up in May and we've never even heard of a Fazolis before! First time was in the drive-thru, there was quite a line so I figured must be good!! Ordered their lunch special 7$ EVERY DAY including weekends before 4pm. Fettuccini Alfredo w/ a slice of pizza + a drink! Great deal! Paid and continued to wait, the manager comes to the window with an order of complementary breadsticks apologizing for the wait, WHAT! Amazing customer service! :) 2nd time here, dine-in JEN took our order as we sat down and she was amazing! The frozen pasta at Stater Bros is better than this. My food was cold and bland but it was quick service!

They only get one star because the breadstick was bomb. The food on the other hand was absolutely disgusting. The noodles were hard and cold but the sauce was hot. We got a sampler with different pastas and ALL had the same verdict. As first time patrons we decided to ask for our money back as we were leaving to eat elsewhere. The manager at first did not even want to refund us anything. Then she decided to only refund the food items but charge us full price for the drinks, even though we trashed them in front of her. She should be ashamed of herself and the owners, shareholders, franchisee etc...whomever is in charge of this establishment should rethink whom they have representing their organization. I haven't been to a Fazoli's since they all closed in Utah. We traveled to California and decided to drive an extra 40 minutes just to come to this location, and it was the best experience we've had this whole vacation! Service was AMAZING, the food was fresh, breadsticks were brought to our table. The waitress also brought the kids things to color and cleared off some of our garbage for us. It was even better than I remembered! I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back next vacation! read more

This was the first time trying this place and I have to say, i won't be coming back for the same thing. I had the chicken Alfredo with a side of breadsticks. The quality of the chicken was definitely sus and on top of that the pasta was undercooked. The service however was great. Fazoli’s - Italian Near Me - Norco, California

This place is the perfect answer as to why there aren't more restaurants marketed as "Italian Fast Food". I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it fell short of any hopes I may have had. The portions were decently sized, but the pasta dishes all tasted pre-made, as though they were cooked in bulk and just left to dry out under heat lamps for an undisclosed number of hours. I visited this restaurant with my family of 4, with each of us ordering a different disappointing menu item. The chicken in my Smoky Chicken Carbonara was not only extremely dried out (undoubtedly from it's time beneath the heat lamps), but also so overly-seasoned that it was inedible. I barely touched my meal, and honestly I should have complained and had it removed from the bill, but I didn't want to be that person. I will not be returning. My suggestion is to save up a few more dollars, and spend your money at Olive Garden instead! read more

My first time back since in door dining opened and I'm IMPRESSED. The food was amazing as always and I noticed a lot of new faces! The loaded fett was so amazing however I am confused why they changed the name. My husband ordered the regular spaghetti with meatballs, it was a simple dish but it was still so Killer! Now I have to brag about my server. Kaylin was the cutest and nicest girl we had! She came whenever we needed and didn't need her but she wanted to make sure she was giving us her attention and it was greatly appreciated. We stopped by today and had a great dinner. The line was long but moved fast inside. We ordered a family meal (chicken parm and lasagna) and there was a lot of food! There were lots of employees cleaning tables, asking how everything was/if we needed anything, and handing out free breadsticks. Both my boys loved everything we tried! Ordered online thru Postmates. My driver gets here and says hey just to let you know there was confusion about your strawberries! I said oh maybe no modifications? He said No they said that you didn't pay for them and they were out anyways so it didn't matter and I said on the menu it comes with strawberries I'm just allergic and I asked for them on the side and he said yeah I don't know but she was really rude just to let you know it was a weird interaction about strawberries. Get inside to check my order I asked for no cheese on top of the pasta full of cheese and I ordered a meatball sub no meatball sub I asked for strawberries instead of calling me and letting me know that they are out of strawberries there's no strawberries there's no napkins there's no forks there's no nothing it's a bare bag the bag is all ripped and I'm trying to figure out where my food is I called and spoke to the kitchen manager he tries to pacify me but forgets to mute the line when I guess he realized he couldn't! He Proceeds to tell him that I'm upset he tried to calm me down but couldn't! Gm gets on the phone oh yea we forgot the sub she put the order in wrong! In his defense he initially tried! But I didn't want a few free meals! I at this point just wanted my money back She was also rude to my driver! Why would I go back? It's been since Friday he said he would initiate a refund... no refund! Im just so disappointed at the lack of customer service! My entire $50+order was wrong! Came home 1/2 of my order was missing my food was cold and the salads looked like crap . Called and I heard the manager tell one of the girls I don't want to speak to her and he was rude . I love this place. Took my kids here on a lunch date. I have a 1 year old and a 4 year old. The girl who took my order noticed my hands were full they helped me to my table. ( carried my cups brought me a high chair) My 4year old loves to chat and they actually took the time to talk to her. Our service was great. The food was delivered to the table fast. Wow! What a horrible experience. Sat in the drive-thru for 45 min, trapped. Couldn't get out. Finally placed my order. Got to the pick-up window and asked if the order was correct, kid said yes. Asked again if the order was correct and was she sure the order was correct. She just said yes and blew me off and walked away. Yep, you guest it, they forgot one of the meals I ordered. Had to park and go inside to get it. Walked in and it was like coming across a heard of deer in the headlights. The girl at the counter was literally shaking from the stress of giving me a salad. When I got home, come to find out they gave me the wrong salad. This facility used to be a Fazolis years back then was 5 guys, now back to Fazolis. My first time here and they opened yesterday. The drive through was just like in n out so I decided to go inside which was packed too. I ordered quite a bit of food and only wait about 8 mins even with the drive through being as crazy as it was and how long the line was inside. My food came out SO good and fresh and the girls up front were quick and friendly and there was a trainer that caught my eye. I wasn't sure what her name was but she was on it on the orders coming out from the kitchen she kept keeping an eye out on the tickets making sure all the food was coming out right I noticed this because I was sitting there waiting for my food and I was able to watch everybody up at the front. And anytime something wasn't coming out in a timely manner she would make sure it comes out she spoke to the staff very friendly but she was stern making sure all the food came out on time I really like to see when higher up people treat the regular employees and talk to them well especially in a hectic environment and when you're really busy I really liked that I will definitely be back again and bringing my family and telling my friends :) read more
