Food is pretty good for a "fast food" stop. But I sat at the drive thru window for a while. I ordered two items, baked chicken parmigiana and chicken fettuccine alfredo. I don't expect five star service or instantaneous food but I waited at least 15 minutes at the window waiting for my food. Not extreme but excessive for fast food/drive thru standards. And all the while, I was watching several employees dilly dallying and horse playing. Two employees were play fighting and several other employees were standing around having conversations as the drive thru line got longer behind me. To everyone complaining about the wait... RELAX. They are newly opened, super busy, and are cooking up "healthier" food compared to oily fried foods or burgers. I actually love their pastas here. So much faster than making it at home. My favorite is the Ultimate Spaghetti. It comes with meatballs and mushrooms, yummy! I'm so happy a Fazoli's opened up in our neighborhood to be honest. I used to live in Chino Hills and had one there. Did you all know that there's only 2 Fazoli's in SoCal? Give this place a try. It was my first time here and my boyfriend hadn't been in over a decade. The staff was so friendly and welcomed us in. We got a bunch of different stuff to try and the gentleman (maybe the owner or the manager? Wish I got his name) explained what we could get as sides and what comes with breadsticks. The staff was amazing... well everyone but the manager. He just walked around like he was bored. He would just stand in random places and suck on his teeth, yes mask was below where it should be. He had constant attitude not inviting at all.. maybe he should retire... he was an older gentleman.... We ordered beer and asked for a cold glass. He just shrugged and said you get what you get. If you dine in or if you go inside and get it to go, it's fast. We got it to go and waited about 5 minutes or less. I tried the fettuccine Alfredo, Baked spaghetti, lasagna, pizza, and baked ziti. The Alfredo is watery and splashes but is okay. Baked spaghetti was good.. lasagna has a denseness to the middle. The breadsticks were great.. they're like lil Caesar's and Olive Garden had a baby. A little limp and floppy when you take them home, but delicious. The pizza reminded me a little of 7 eleven pizza.. maybe it's the packaging. I must say though I liked the baked ziti with meat sauce the best. I'm going to go back for that and the breadsticks. Jen our server went above and beyond to make sure our group of 7 was comfortable. She made sure we all got our food and just provided one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. Disappointed. I was so happy to see this location open back up. The first few months they were open the food was hot, fresh and yummy. Over time it's gotten progressively worse. Long waits, cold food, smaller portions. The last time I had to remind them for my drinks, the kids meal was incorrect and the second helping of chicken I paid for on my chicken parmigiana was not there.
