He also provided a game plan (professional photos, stager, pre-inspection, etc.) for selling our home and getting the best price. He has contacts with his silent seller program and brought us a perspective buyer who bought our home on the spot. He also helped us in our home search and was always "thinking outside the box" in order to find every option available.
