The service was excellent, the owner and his wife I believe were very helpful and friendly telling us all about the belt. The design is so unique, a buckle system completely different than I've seen before but I have to say it is better. The belt has a 10 year warranty is gun rated in thickness and still less than half of what I expected while being twice as durable and well made as I had imagined. But I was convinced it was in our cabin, somewhere. Next morning I found it under the bed. What a relief and blessing! As soon as we got home I asked a friend if she could recommend a jeweler. Without hesitation she said, "Kimball's in Knoxville". So we drove from Crossville to have my ring repaired at Kimball's, expecting to wait a week or more to get it back. We walked into this breathtaking store and were greeted by Pam. I explained my situation to Pam, she took it from there. A very short time later the jeweler appeared and told me that he could fix it that afternoon! A couple hours later we returned and my wedding band with its diamond, now securely set, was ready. And it is gorgeous! My 60 year old diamond ring sparkles like new! The staff, the jeweler, the service and quality were excellent. I can highly recommend Kimball's. They turned my traumatic event into a wonderful experience. Thank you so much!
