Life jackets are provided of course and we have to sign waivers. The river route is so long and scenic and will definitely take hours. The staff are really helpful as well. I brought my Brompton Electric in for service after Brompton recommended warranty repair and Cycle Loft refused to do the work (under warranty) that Brompton had recommended on my 1 month old bicycle claiming that "Brompton doesn't know what they are talking about..." I had an equally disappointing interaction with a salesmen recently after I inquiring about purchasing another bicycle. I ended up buying my new bicycle online since I have had such a poor experience with the best "Gold" experience that brick and mortar has to offer Brompton Electric enthusiasts in the Burlington area.

The Cycle Loft is the best place to go for service, the bike mechanics are excellent. The salesman was very friendly too and did an amazing job .
