After countless emails and phone call attempts I was finally able to get a hold of someone on their Facebook page by literally typing a . repeatedly until someone responded. The customer service at this company is so atrocious it inspired me to write my first negative review. Their system allows a customer to place an order that the company cannot process. Supposedly, somewhere on this busy website they list lead times - but not on the ordering page. Here is the sarcastic and inappropriate response I received from their customer service: "It appears that you do not wish to take any responsibility for your actions - i.e., placing an order with so little time before your event on a holiday week and not reviewing the clearly posted processing times nor our clear cancellation email - both Rush Processing and Expedited shipping were offered directly on the checkout page - processing time is highlighted twice - once in bold on the item page. By your argument, should you choose to operate your vehicle well in excess of any posted speed limit, the fault lies elsewhere since the manufacturer created a vehicle that could exceed the speed limit." A simple solution to the problem, along with an apology for the issue, would have been standard. Super rude individuals. I have used them in the past without an issue. That must've been my lucky day. Because I haven't had luck like that since. I recently placed an order on their website and paid for rush processing which states production time will be cut in half from 10 days to 5 days. They emailed me to say they were refunding my money and canceling my order. I asked why if I was willing to pay for rush and examples the importance of the order, for a military retirement dinner. Their response: "Wonderful response. We appreciate your service and have several family members who are veterans. But that has nothing to do with this situation. If you had read the information provided on our site about processing times for this product you would have noticed immediately that delivery by the date specified would be impossible. We quite clearly state in multiple places on the site, including but not limited to, the product page itself, that production time is 14 business days and cannot be rushed." I responded and told them to save the excuse I was ordering with someone else. They replied again to say the other company was on for it. Who does that??? What serious business does that? Super cute favors. Make sure you order with plenty of lead time!! I ordered 36 heart-shaped measuring spoons for my nieces bridal shower, and the guests and I were very pleased with them. The problem was that they took much longer to arrive. In fact, they arrived in the middle of the shower! Thirty ladies applauded so loudly (I had told our guests that their favors would most likely be given out at the wedding) that I think we scared the Fed Ex guy because he ran away from my porch after dropping off the box. The order was placed on June 20th. Shipping was ground: 2-6 business days after processing. Items arrived July 9th. Even with the July 4th holiday, it took 19 days from ordering to delivery so 12-13 days to process a small order? It seems way too long. Maybe Amazon Prime has spoiled me. read more

Do NOT order from this company! I ordered customized champagne flutes on 7/30/15 for my 10/17/15 wedding. The order status said processing but when they didn't arrive a week before the wedding I emailed the company. Maria said they sent the order to the manufacturer on the day I ordered but it was never received and a week before was too late to do anything. Other sites had similar glasses available on rush order but they cost 3X as much and she obviously didn't want to admit to the company's error and pay the difference. She then turned it on me that I should have contacted them 2-3 weeks ahead of time even though everything appeared to be processing. i wish i could give 0 stars! below is the exact email of what i sent this company after not getting the favors i ordered for my sister's bridal shower. after failed attempts to get a hold of customer service. they will never have a live rep and force you to email. they never responded or at least tell you they won't meet the order so you could come up with a plan b. ~ i cannot believe this is how you plan to keep a business going by not meeting your orders and delivering on time. to make matters worse, you don't have a true customer service team who answers phone calls and your only method of communication which is "email", you don't respond to. a simple email letting us know you can't process the order by my event date would have been better than being ignored. i usually don't write these kinds of emails, but i am very frustrated. customers come to you because they are celebrating a special moment in their lives and as a token of appreciation to their guests buy your products. now i have to run to a store and think of a last minute crappy plan to replace the simple label that was supposed to be attached to a favor. i have sent over 10 emails over a 5-day period to simply request a status update on my order that you were supposed to expedite because i paid for it. i checked the item number and my product didn't require additional time to process because it was a simple label i could have created myself in 15 minutes. you don't even have the courtesy of telling your clients that you cant make their order so they have enough time to do something about it and come up with a backup plan i will make sure all my wedding planner friends and all sites get a true review of the horrible business you are running and your horrendous customer service. and i expect a full refund!!!!! read more

Do NOT order from Favor Warehouse! I ordered 250 picture frames on 7/8/16; Favor Warehouse promptly took my payment of $233.10. However, I have contacted them several times and filed their required FW report twice, but still have not received my merchandise. The last communication from them was an e-mail dated 7/25/16 that said I would receive my merchandise "early the next week." It is now Thursday of the "next week," and I still have nothing. They do not answer the phone at all, and the message says that they are extremely busy with calls, no matter what time of day or night you call. I either want the merchandise, or a FULL refund immediately. I will report them to the BBB, the Google Trusted Store, and the State Attorney General's Office if this is not promptly resolved. They should not be allowed to conduct business this way. Update: After reporting Favor Warehouse, and sending several more e-mails, FW told me to file a dispute with my credit card company, and that they would not be able to fulfill my order. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered rose mirrors for a bridal shower 2 months in advance, which I thought was plenty of time. The website claims the order is processed and shipping info is sent within 5-7 business days which is NOT true. I decided to email 3 weeks after my order when I didn't receive a shipping confirmation. They say they will answer your inquiry in 24 hours, which is also not true. I got an email saying they are experiencing higher than normal email and call volume and they would answer my question as soon as possible. 2 weeks later, no answer. I call and a recording says everyone is busy and send an email and the recording hangs up on me. I send emails and get automated responses. I have asked for a full refund and cancellation of my order. This place has the worst service. Beware! UPDATE: after sending more emails and telling the company I would be taking legal action if I did not hear back, I received an email that said they were unable to fill my order and to file a claim with my card for the refund and they would consent. Instead of calling me and asking me if I wouldn't mind a later delivery date, they automatically voided / CANCELLED my ORDER via email. Do not order from this company! I ordered 120 mini lanterns for my wedding that were supposed to arrive January 8th by EOD, but it did not, and tracking kept saying "in transit". When I finally received them on January 11th, only 48 of the 120 lanterns were in the box. I contacted the company and they said the package was supposed to be 70lbs (which was true). They asked ME to contact UPS to find out what happened to it (which should have been THEIR job, as it was THEIR product). UPS told me they didn't know where the rest were and would have to put in an investigation, so I emailed them to tell them that....no one answered me. I emailed them again asking someone to call me. They call the next day and ask to send a picture of the shipping label (so I did) and all they said was they would issue a UPS investigation and get back to me (WHICH UPS ALREADY TOLD ME)....mind you, I still needed the rest of my 72 lanterns. I emailed them again TWICE and tried to call multiple times (you CANNOT get a person on the phone there....very fishy) and NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my credit card company in order to get my money back and order elsewhere. Not to mention...I started opening the boxes of lanterns this weekend and 80% of them had broken glass in them. read more

Do not order products from their online website. Favorwarehouse.com They made my custom favors and made the order incorrect twice and I paid for express shipping. They only offered to refund my money if I returned the items but it was too late the second order came 2 days before my event. So I had to use the favors with the wrong artwork all they offered was a credit for the rush fee but not for the inconvience or the express shipping. I would not recommend them at all got to another vendor who is better at making the products they sell with better printers and graphic designer. read more

As the day got closer still no favors.I emailed the company asking for an update and voicing my concern about receiving the favors on time. My favors were not for a wedding but rather for a graduation party. I ordered the mason jar with lids. The product showed in stock and shipping from NY (I am located in NJ). I picked these favors because of price (they were the lowest I found) and from the picture they looked great. After I placed my order, I started reading such negative reviews I began to panic being that my event was 3 weeks away. I read the complaints about non response, or the run around and became concerned. I ordered these on Friday 4/22/16. I sent them an email that afternoon (they close early on Fridays I read) explaining that I read the reviews and that my event was 3 weeks away if they cannot meet my date I would need to cancel. Since they had closed for the day I figured I would sweat it out until Monday to try again if I heard nothing. I was surprised on Saturday evening I received an email saying not to worry that my order would ship on Tuesday the 26th and arrive by Friday the 29th the latest. To my surprise they arrived the Tuesday 4/26! The product looks great, the personalization came out as they illustrated as well.
