Damian completed our luxury bathroom additions from scratch, converted our basement into a recreation room, added several bedrooms, installed appliances, electricals, and plumbing, and crafted a beautiful porch, all within the agreed timeline and budget. Damian is a great contractor if you are trying to do a flip or even just renovate your home to look more luxurious or more "homey." After talking to him and explaining my time limit and everything, he said he could do it so I hired him on the spot. Our projected start date was originally June 1st, but didn't start until June 12th due to change orders at other jobs they were busy with. Ryan was the lead on my project and they were a pleasure to work with. In the end we had a mishap with Lowes and a couple of things that Mike came out and fixed, but in the end we got our beautiful little bathroom remodel, I've referred Damian's info to a few people, and would definitely work with Damian, Ryan, Mike, and again.

Josh is absolutely amazing! I was in the midst of trying to do repairs that I was responsible for,…read moreafter the sale of a house and Josh sent me a receipt for materials that was compared to another estimate, josh's receipt was $70 and another company quoted me $600 for materials!!!!. Josh is super transparent about using technology as a form of accountability and he did a great job fixing the repairs I needed done right away, constantly checking in with me to make sure that everything was up to my standards. I was hoping to use him for more work but unfortunately, the new owner was a complete dick and decided to pull the plug on Josh finishing the work, BUT, he will realize what a huge mistake he made because I do tons of projects all over the country and I've never had a contractor be so transparent and communicative with me. The buyer is brand new to the real estate/investment industry and will have to learn these lessons himself, but as far as Josh goes, he is one of the best Contractors I've ever had the pleasure of working with, super honest about pricing and doesn't try to over sell for any reason, which is hard to find these days with any construction jobs because of inflation and delays and shipments etc. If you're looking for a reliable contractor that can do pretty much anything, Josh is your guy!

Our client called 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment, saying he had not arrived yet. I contacted Joshua, and he texted me back saying the text he sent me in the morning must not have gone through, and he will need to reschedule for another day. Still wanting to work with him, we asked Joshua to pick a new day and time for the next appointment. The same thing happened the second time around leaving the customer waiting, only this time he stopped responding to calls and messages. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews about businesses, but to no-show twice is not acceptable.
